WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I am just one person and I will…read moreusually gives places a shot twice before forming a bad opinion. Ut this was awful and I will never take my car back. They had my car 4 days and just did front brakes and an oil change. The price was more than the dealer estimated they never called me and I had to co tinge to call them and they left Friday without calling me or letting me know my car would be there over the weekend because they don't work and no one knew anything about my car. I called Monday and said I must have my car back today. When they finished it I received a call to come get my car when would I be there to pick it up. When I got there and voiced my concern I received and apology from the manager and that was it. As I said it cost more than the dealer. This place isn't worth a second chance and I will be seeing if I can find the owner.

Let me just say, has got to be some of the worst service around. Went for numerous things, 1 being my brakes...2 months later now and they're already grinding. This entire time they've made a metal grind sound but now it's like the pads are worn all the way down. Also needed them to fix my gear shifter, they not only didn't do anything for it, they tried saying "all you have to do is screw it back in" like I wasn't paying THEM. $1500 down the drain, never going there again. If I ever run into any of them around here...gonna have a problem.

My bumper was destroyed in a parking lot fender bender. Larry, the manager, promised to work it in if I could leave the car all week, since I needed to travel the following week. They said the Car was a total loss and was eventually getting towed to the salvage lot. they diagnosed the car wrong. They stated it was the transmission, yet it was the engine. I ended up buying the car back from insurance to fix it up. Got the car back from a new engine replaced from a different shop. This shop did not touch anything but replacing the engine. I got the car back, and a huge part of the bumper was gone. I called them and had a long talk with them stated the bumper was not broken, that the took the whole bumper apart. Had photos and all to show the bumper was all with them. they tried to state they are not responsible for lost parts after the car left their lot, and that they put all the parts in the car. yet, the piece that is missing cant even fit in the car. So they are trying to blame it on the tow truck person. Yet they were the ONLY ones who touched the bumper and took it apart. They will NOT help replace the part. They gave us 3 different stories of what happened with all the parts. Long story short, I now have to come out of pocket $600 for a piece to the bumper. DO NOT GO TO THEM If its a total loss car because they WILL NOT help you replace anything when they break things or miss things.

Don't be fooled by the simplicity and grittiness of the shop - they do quality work at affordable rates. They can get swamped sometimes so definitely call ahead. I made the mistake of just stopping by on a Saturday morning for an oil change but had to come back the following weekend because they were booked. Recent comparison shopping - I needed front brake pads & rotors. The dealership wanted to charge $700. At Auto Doctor, I only paid $400 which included an oil change and tire rotation. Huge savings and I could not be happier with the work. I highly recommend this shop - great service and prices.

Finally they provide a check out sheet and I had the veh towed home to do what I wanted then returning to him or someone else for the remainder. I attempted to remove the wheels to have the tires replaced and discovered they had hammered the lug nuts so tight there was no way to remove them without equipment.. this was soooo unnecessary other than maliciousness! Of course they deny ever removing the wheels.........how do you do a full $160 inspection without even taking off the wheels
