The replacement windows require so much weather stripping to keep sealed it is laughable. They had multiple visits to patch up the very bad install. They either caulked closed or open the window drains. Should have gone with the cheaper windows and installers as we would have had a better experience.

The aluminum was a dark gray and peeling. They did an absolutely wonderful job removing the shakes without damage, replacing the aluminum wrapped 2 x 6 with Palight (white vinyl with wood grain) and rehanging the shakes. They were careful, respectful of my property and worked very efficiently at a good price. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Guys that came out were very nice but did forget there miter saw had to use mine no big deal. Left a gap inside on part of trim until I said something. Left the screen at warehouse and when I called was told they forgot it. Then they called me and said it has to be put on the frame as the screen is not connected to its frame. Then they would just drop it off and I would have to make sure it fits properly. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Amount taken was 1/2 the cost. before he got the check he was answering his phone and email, after his phone was disconnected and he will not respond to emails. I rate him less than minus 100 as he ripped off an elder. if anyone knows where he is please let me know ASAP, as we need address to take him back to small claims court.
