The technology they use is very new, so expect that to relflect the price, especially if you have insurance like United Concordia who doesn't like to pay for anything other than a routine cleaning and the most basic type of filling (even then, they only pay half). If you get the new type of fillings, with the ceramic prints... they're pretty amazing. United Concordia will cover part of it, but not all, so be mindful of your insurance. Since it's my back molars, I needed the stronger filling, so it was worth it in the end for me. This office is awesome, but not all offices in the "Smile Generation" portal are as good, so be careful when choosing a doctor on the portal.

My insurance company called their office with me on the line and verified that I had full coverage, and still this was not enough. I was told that they were to call a number and receive a fax with my benefits and 3 hours before my appointment was called and told that they had to reschedule my appointment. I now have to wait another month to see another dentist to have my appointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Kim and Dr. Kickish were both so pleasant and patient. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. All service prices are discussed up front so there are no surprises and they even have an in house plan that makes sense. They are NOT the pushy "gotta have this done" and "let's up sell"dentists I've been to. They seem to genuinely care and I felt right at home here! I returned for a second visit as I needed a tooth extracted. I'm not a great patient and even have fainted before, so I let them know my concerns. They were a tremendous help and Dr. Kickish and Kim both took extremely good care of me doing an outstanding job! I highly recommend them!

At my visit to the dental office of Caitlin Wild, I clearly explained that I only wanted treatment that was covered by my dental insurance. Despite making that request, I was subsequently charged more than $230 for treatment that I did not want and did not believe I had authorized. That was extremely frustrating. When a patient specifically communicates that they want to limit treatment to what their insurance covers, the expectation is that the office will clearly explain what is and is not covered and obtain the patient's agreement before proceeding with additional treatment that could result in an out-of-pocket charge. I was also concerned by what I perceived as a strong emphasis on recommending crowns rather than fillings. In my experience, the recommendations seemed more aggressive than I expected, and I felt that I was not being given enough reassurance that less extensive treatment options were being adequately considered. I believe patients should feel that they are making their own healthcare decisions--not that they are being pressured into expensive procedures. Dental treatment can be costly, and patients deserve clear explanations of their options, their expected insurance coverage, and their potential out-of-pocket costs before treatment is performed. My purpose in sharing this experience is not to tell anyone what decision to make about this dental office. Rather, I want other patients to be aware of the importance of asking questions, confirming insurance coverage, getting treatment costs in writing, and making sure they explicitly understand and approve any procedure before it is performed. After psyching myself up in the parking lot by listening to "Eye of the Tiger" and slapping myself in the face a few times, I got out and went in, mind racing with possibilities: a dozen cavities, tooth extractions, dentures. Unlike your standard medieval dungeon, the office was not equipped with torture devices, very few screams could be heard from behind closed doors, and the staff was friendly. Much to my surprise, Dr. Kolokithas was nice, knowledgeable, funny, and nonjudgmental. She did not flog me for all those years I had forgotten to floss (Sorry, Mom!). She worked quickly and skillfully, with a refreshingly positive attitude. 6/5 Would def recommend.
