And that would be due to the fact that the rear main seal was not done as they said it would. And upon calling them to ask why we were hung up on multiple times, disrespected beyond belief and told that it wasn't included in the bill. But after finally being able to speak with some asshat manager he proceeded to read off all that was on the service order, and the very first thing was THE REAR MAIN SEAL. When we asked him to read the first repair on the list again he started yelling at us, told us we were crazy and never call there again. Now this is all after they called us and told us the Yukon was ready but upon "test driving" the Yukon in their parking lot there was a loud snapping sound and the Yukon would not move, shift gears and started smoking. Best of luck to anyone that is a customer at this place, is being referred by a customer or business or for the love of god himself has a vehicle there and is waiting the ridiculous wait period to get their vehicle back.
