The new tenant was complaining of a lingering odor. When I called back for retreatment, they would not come out unless I paid another $100. If you call them for odor removal prepare to be underwhelmed. Sprinkle baking soda, you'll get better results. The 1 star is for not standing behind your word or your work.

Waited all day no call no text, called at 4pm only to be told they would not be out until Wednesday morning. I cancelled appointment called another local company and they were out the next morning ON TIME and serviced tank. Need I say more!
