To the owner of Mold Pro,        You came highly recommended from multiple different people and that is why we chose to be patient with waiting for your company to do the work needed to remediate mold in my master bathroom. Because the mold was so extensive to the flooring, I have been staying at my mother's  house in hopes that once your company came to do the work it would be done thoroughly, and right. We waited almost 3 months to have this work scheduled to be done, again being patient because you guys came so highly recommended. Over the past three days I have been going over and taking progress pictures of the work, The first day I was happy with what I was seeing and was hopeful that there would be an end in sight to this mold nightmare. When I came the second day, I started to be a little concerned when I noticed that there was still moldy subfloor that had not been removed around the perimeter of the bathroom, no where did it state that would not be removed. One of the kind workers did tell me that they were not done yet, meaning that they would be cutting out more of the moldy perimeter out. When I came back on the third day, I noticed that did not happen and that the floor was being patched together like a puzzle piece. It was bending and making noise when walking on, which is not normal. The worker that laid the floor even said to me that he was not happy with the way that it had turned out, but he did not do any of the cutting out of the mold. He would've wanted to butt the new plywood up to the wall instead of patching it together like a puzzle and not remediating all of the mold. I actually felt bad for the guy that laid it, because I could tell he was disappointed with the job. Today I went over to check the progress, and spoke with my father who owns the house and he was told that the floor was done ( he was told this by the office assistant). I turn the water back on to use the toilet in the other bathroom and heard a spraying noise in the master bathroom l as I walked out. The noise was coming from the master bathroom where the mold had been not completely remediated..I ran in there and saw water spraying from below the subfloor where there was a large space, and it appeared that the water line under the floor had been nicked. I went back through my old pictures and discovered that there was a picture that clearly shows that the line had been nicked by whoever cut the subfloor out. I've included pictures so that you can see what I hack job this was, and the damage that has been caused from your company coming to do this work. There also is now three large holes in the vapor barrier beneath that were not repaired when they went to access below the flooring. This is an absolute nightmare and has caused so much more stress than the initial discovery of the mold. I will make sure to To tell everyone that I know to never use this terrible company. I hope that you plan on making this right. This is a reflection of the owner of the company and how he does work. And lastly, I have cameras surrounding my home so I saw who was coming and going, At one point one of the workers wives was there, And also children that I do not know entered my home.
