They missed two holes in pipes that led to water coming through our ceiling as soon as we ran them for more than a couple of minutes. Team was respectful and kind, but I've never had so many issues go wrong with the house that weren't raised on inspection. Overall deeply disappointed.

The response time was phenomenal from my very first inquiry, and Marshall was kind and professional every step of the way. When I spoke with him and explained our situation, that we were making this purchase from across the Country, he didn't view it as an obstacle but rather gave me several options for how to handle the Inspection and how to communicate during and after. The morning of the Inspection I received a text message along the lines of, focus on work and know I've got this covered. I almost cried with relief! Our Inspection report was timely and thorough including pictures and some video. Marshall walked through the entire report, made recommendations, and was patient while we asked a million questions. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. He's also easy to reach and very responsive. NOTE: If you're looking for an inspector who's going to call it as he sees it, this is the guy. Your realtor/builder/whomever's interested in just getting the deal done will not like him.This is a good thing. Future you in 5-10 years down the road of owning the house will love him. He's a little more expensive, but brings more value for dollar than other inspectors I've worked with. No stone will be left unturned. I was in the middle of a new construction and needed an independent set of eyes on my builder's workmanship. Bobby's first inspection came during the rough-in phase, and he found a number of issues that weren't caught. I then had him come out for our final walk-through inspection, and boy was he thorough. He caught a number of issues that were missed, and multiple times my builder asked where I found such a meticulous home inspector. In the world of homebuilding, any inspector who's able to impress/annoy a builder is worth their weight in gold. I've also referred him to others and they've been similarly impressed with not only his knowledge but his willing to teach and advocate on their behalf, especially in the face of a pushy realtor. I'll have him back out to do our end of warranty inspection and could not recommend him any higher.
