Not only did they work so hard to get my glasses done in time they went out of their way to make it right. It was my first time and I will definitely be back. I have a difficult time finding the right fit and look in glasses. I'm sure I would tire anyone out looking but not Matthew! He was amazing! The time he spent with me was over the top! Without any questions, after they saw the glasses, they stood by their warranty and ordered new frames. (Unfortunately they were not in stock). I was told it would take a few weeks. A week or so later, I received a call from them letting me know there was a backorder on that frame from the manufacturer - not their fault but frustrating we'd have to wait and use an outdated prescription for a while - we're talking months of backorder. However, a few weeks later they called to say they were able to get them replaced sooner. So, we picked up the new glasses within the week of getting their call. While they are more expensive than the chain optical stores or stores like Costco, they stand by their work and provide "service with a smile."

Always had a great experience with Dr. Gusippe - he is a good optometrist. It's the office manager and the rest of the office that there is an issue with. Recently went to pick up glasses and and sun glasses. I could not see out of the lenses, pain in my eyes when wearing and the sunglasses seemed wavy so could not wear them either. I wanted to return both pair, but they would not give me a refund for the lenses! Only refunded me for the frames. Even when I could not see out of them. I called them a day after wearing g the glasses, but had to see dr before they would let me return them. I had them for a week and tried to wear them. I had been to another eye dr about a year ago, and when the glasses didn't work, they refunded in full. I guess with a new office, they need the money..... CRAZY that they won't refund a customers money when the glasses do not work!!!! They lost a long time customer. This is not the same place I have been going to for years.

In my experience, they have always been on time! Dr. Shahid is very friendly and thorough and she explains everything throughout the exam. Also, she doesn't take things too lightly and has recommended me to see another specialist to take some additional tests. After the exam, the staff is very helpful and makes sure to explain what is covered with my insurance. The answer any questions I have and give me the best options to ensure my out of pocket costs is down to the minimum. If I order anything like new glasses or contacts, they come in pretty quickly. Communication is great, I get a call, text or email. Lastly, if I need any adjustments, I walk right in and the staff is quick to make adjustments to my eye-ware. The staff was professional from the moment I walked in to the end of the visit. I was promptly greeted with a smile, given easy forms to sign, and seen by Dr. Roshnee Patel within ten minutes. The store is very clean, dust free, and sanitizer is readily available throughout. Dr. Patel was very warm, welcoming and so down to earth. Just from her warm smile greeting, Dr. Patel immediately made me feel comfortable. She took her time with the exam, explaining things as she went. She answered my questions and concerns with care. She eased my mind. She never rushed me through the exam. More importantly, the exam went well and I was confident that I (finally) received an accurate lens prescription. Via lens scan, she confirmed my suspicion that one of the lenses in my existing-old prescription from a different chain wasn't accurate. Her staff helped me select new frames based on what style I liked. Then, I was encouraged to browse on my own without the hovering nor upsell pressure. I found a great pair of frames in a style I hadn't considered before. There are many designer frames here: Versace, Michael Kors, etc. Later, I saw that the frames sold here are current designs and sold very close to retail price. The frames that I chose were just five dollars more than the manufacturer's website. If I could change anything, I would suggest that the thermostat be adjusted as needed. It was an unseasonally warm day, and it was very warm inside the building. Overall, this was my first time ever using Pearl Vision and Dr. Patel and her staff left a great impression. They've restored my faith in physicians and I will make this my permanent place for glasses.

We were told the person handing out the glasses didn't know which case these went with. If not sure, they should provide any generic case that would hold the glasses in. They shouldn't make others make another trip just for the case. Or they should advise no one is available to hand out a new pair of glasses. So, I am disappointed. I love to go there for an eye exam, but not buying a pair of glasses. When calling back, I was told my insurance didn't cover the case. The total price of the glasses was a bit over $500. A portion of it was paid by insurance, the rest by me. Anyone selling glasses at that price should have a case to go with it, even a generic one. Imagine a kid getting his first pair of glasses and not be given a case with it, but have it wrapped in a foil. The manager was contacted. They apologized. She is shipping the case to us. It makes one wonder how much does one need to spend on a pair of glasses to have the case go with it.
