    I went in for glasses + contact lens. My glasses were broken and my contact lens were running low,…read moreso it was pretty urgent! I went in and did the whole process of exam, pick out the glasses, and check out..etc. Then, I go home, and I took the time to look at my receipt and saw an error for my 6-month bulk contact lens order. Wrong prescription, and 3 boxes for one eye and 2 boxes for the other eye... meaning they charged me for an extra box.... I was so happy that I caught that myself but, seriously? For a first time LensCrafter customer, I was getting really nervous and worried. I called first thing the next day to get this sorted out, but thank the Heavens a lovely lady named Samantha answered, and fixed the quantity and Dosage. She also processed a refund right away for the extra box and she sent me an email confirmation of the updated receipt. I understand mistakes do happen, but what really made me really happy was Samantha's customer service. She is a hidden gem in there! Please go when Samantha is in and ask for Samantha!

    I went in excited and had a great screening with the Eye Doctor…read more I was patient and waited for help with picking glasses. After a good hour, I sat there whilst the employee couldnt get into the computer. She couldn't figure out how to operate a device you look into. I was clear I wanted just glasses, nothing extra. She eventually handed me a bill. She insisted I was lying and keot calling me dear. I'm 59, she is a twenty something young lady with a heavy accent. I asked her to change the order and double check if she could get my preference in color that she says was out of stock. It was in stock and the manager apologized after hearing her say I'm a liar dear. It was bad. the atmosphere in there is strange. Genevieve was cold to her fellow team. Frustrated she had to help them. The manager apologized and gave me 50 off. Great. I came in a week later and the glasses were beautiful but made me see blurry. A simple I'm sorry would have gone a long way. Instead Genevieve was condescing. I have thick skin but this was one of the worst customer service experiences. When you accuse me of not telling the doctor what I needed instead of acknosledging an error, you need to take a step back. The manager, team leader and girl who set this whole experience in motion could not account for their error. Instead I was refunded my money. That's fine. But honestly if you watched the footage you'd see how bad the vibe is here. Particularly between Tr Leader and Manager. Unfortunately it was on me to take the hit. Too many stores around to accept this. I can't recommend this place.
