They even helped me pick up the flooring for a small fee, which was totally fair, and handled everything from there. Their pricing was better than a lot of the other quotes I got, and the whole process was smooth. The owners are a great husband and wife team, and all of their workers were friendly and respectful. Everyone had a great attitude. They were working hard, so I even jumped in to help unload some flooring and clean up a bit. That's not something I'd normally do, but they were just good people. The installation looked great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. I had to catch a flight the next day, so I didn't get a chance to inspect every room before leaving, but from what I saw, everything looked excellent. They even stayed late to make sure everything was finished before I had to leave for the airport. That meant a lot because my schedule was tight. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Ace Flooring if you're looking for fair pricing, quality work, and honest people who care about getting the job done right.

A competitor who had to do a special order and ship it from out of state, got us what we wanted, did so at almost half TFC price. Look elsewhere and get better service. The guys that came and did my floor worked really hard and did a great job of making it perfect. So glad that I found David's Tile. I had an issue that the subfloor in my bathroom was damaged and…read morewas causing the floor to sink a little, which was damaging the tile above. After having no success getting 3 prior contactors to do the job (they all were unreliable and never followed through in actually starting the job or giving a quote), I found David. He was very responsive to setting up a date/time for a quote, showed up on time to inspect, then promptly gave the quote, and was again on time and efficient in doing the job. Also, the damage to the subfloor was more extensive than anticipated, but David was readily able to adapt to get the job done. Some of the replacement tiles I had ordered also had damage, and David was also able to navigate that issue with no problem. Best of all, the price was fair and competitive. The end result looked great and the subfloor is solid once again. I cannot recommend David enough should you ever need tile work done. I know I'll be back and will recommend him to family and friends.

A denial letter is forthcoming. " - FrankCrum General Agency 07/23/2025. Not because they weren't responsible for the installation, but because they are not insured for negligent workmanship. To directly address their continued claim they were misled and a rogue employee performed the install, we have on camera Ricardo Naldi (the registered owner) coming to my home to bid the job, and then himself and three other employees on the following days coming in RNALDI branded T-shirts and in an RNALDI labeled vehicle to perform the install. No one was misled; RNALDI had every opportunity to inspect the site and perform an assessment of the materials to be installed. They sold us the glue and the vapor barrier as evidence by the checks they endorsed and cashed. The result of the work speaks for itself. We relied on their alleged expertise and professionalism, as well as their assurance that their work was insured. I am not sure why either Ulysses or Ricardo continue to state here misleading information or deny responsibility for the work they themselves performed. We will now pursue other options in order to remedy this situation.
