My therapist has been Christina, who I've found to be professional, informative, and friendly to work with. I've had to bring two small children with me to my appointments for therapy--less than ideal! Insurance…read morewould not approve an open MRI and my doctor had to jump through hoops to try and get me approved but they still denied the open MRI.....Pam said she is claustrophobic and understood my concerns and fears. She let me go in and out of the machine to give a "test" run to make sure I could do the tests... she also let my son (23 yrs old) hold my hand and showed him where the emergency escape button was so if I started to panic that he could get me out faster. My doctor prescribed me 3 Xanax to help calm me but those didn't help much..until after the procedure then I fell asleep while he went to get the car...
