I had a breast reduction with Dr. Flint four years ago and I was immediately unhappy with my…read moreresults. I mentioned how unhappy I was at every single follow-up appointment, but was gaslit out of my feelings. It is only within the past year that I've gotten around to doing revision consults with other surgeons -- all of whom were shocked at my results. Several of them made comments asking if my surgeon was new, if this was their first day, if this was their first time doing this procedure, if they just "winged it" without taking any measurements, etc. I've now had multiple other surgeons offer to do my revision for free because of how poorly my procedure was done the first time! I trusted Dr. Flint with my self-esteem, my health, and my life. I repeatedly voiced my concerns to her, and in response, I was horribly mistreated. Dr. Flint insisted that I had unrealistic expectations, that I was being difficult, and that the very obvious mistakes I was seeing were not actually there. She even went so far as to complain about me to the nurses in the hallway right outside of my room. Dr. Flint watched me cry during my follow-up appointments as I expressed how disappointed and mutilated I felt...and she had no empathy for me. She has taken absolutely no responsibility for her mistakes, nor has she made any effort to amend them. Dr. Flint was dismissive, arrogant, cold, and just mean to me from the moment I met her to our last appointment where I left crying and decided to never come back. I thought I could handle her horrible bedside manner because she seemed like a competent surgeon. But I never would've imagined I would end up like this, and dealing with Dr. Flint's contempt whilst experiencing the emotional devastation of a botched procedure made everything much, much worse. I would have more grace for her if she had met me with empathy instead of cruelty. I would not recommend Dr. Flint to anyone. If you're looking for a surgeon, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I don't think Dr. Flint deserved the trust I gave her, and I certainly don't think she deserves your trust. I'm not one to leave reviews, but after receiving confirmation from multiple other surgeons that my results were not just bad--but shockingly bad--it felt too important not to. I would hate to see anyone else suffer the way I have because of Dr. Flint.

I had endured several shoddy breast augmentation…read moresurgeries by another "plastic surgeon" in Scottsdale and subsequent infections leading to implant rupture. By the time I was healed enough to seek out another surgeon to fix me, the damage and my scar tissue was extensive. After my consult with Dr. Wilson I felt at ease that he could help me. I have since had Dr. Wilson try to repair the damage caused by the other "surgeon" and the results are better than anticipated. He explained everything to me with sincerity and concern for what was best for me. I didn't feel pressured into anything and he insisted that we take it slow and allow plenty of recovery time. All in all I would say I feel like Dr. Wilson really cares about his patients and I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Wilson for any procedure.

( maybe she was not patient that day). Set up consultation, attended it, and seemed like it went well, asked for the quote before leaving and they said they will call me,.. okay...I received a phone call later that evening and she ramled off the numbers to me verbally, I was unable to right them down at the time as I was driving. I kindly asked for the information to be emailed to me. She said she cant do that and it will have to be sent to me in the mail. Okay.. Now after getting all the money together from the quote.. cash mind you...I needed to set up appt.. In order to set up appointment for surgery, they must receive 500.00 cash in person or 500.00 cashiers check sent via mail... So, my thoughts are Im going to send you 500 dollars and dont know if I can even get the date I NEED for surgery.. to align with my home/work/life balance and time off work with recovery time frame.. I needed a specific date.. nope they couldnt guarantee it or tell me if I could choose that date until they had my 500.00.. and thet wont take the pmt over the phone, no cc, no debit cards, nothing. So I had to leave work early to get a cashiers check from bank before the bank closed since they are opened from 930-5 and I work 830-5. I had to send them the money as soon as possible so that I could HOPEFULLY get a specific date that im requesting.... oh and let me add, while talking to them Nov 29th, they dont even have the anesthesiologist schedules to see when they will be available for dates in Jan... surgery cant even be scheduled if they had my 500 in hand.... Meanwhile they need clearance from my PCP to proceed with surgery, but my PCP is asking for a clearance letter to be sent to them explaining what is required or needed and I get told by Kathy at Dr. Wilsons office they dont do that, they dont have nothing to send out but will try and call them... ?? Advised them on multiple conversations they have made this whole process stressful and caused so much anxiety, that what if I am not cleared or what if I cant do surgery because heart rate or blood pressure goes up (white coat syndrome) due to nervousness or whatever the case may be on the day of surgery..... She says it will be a fee of 88% of your fee since its 72 hours or less..... so basically I will lose 15k out of pocket cash if for some reason I cannot proceed with surgery. Well ever since I heard that, everytime I think of it ,my heart starts pounding.. I cannot phathom losing that much money if my body decided to get nervous or something on surgery day...they have not been comforting during this entire "ELECTIVE SURGERY" process...So I will not be going through with this surgery and I will not be going back to this place period because of how I was treated by the staff. They need to learn patience and consideration on how they speak to people that have never done an elective surgery before and willing to pay thousands cash to have the procedure done. They dont need to make people feel like a burden and possibly enhance their protocol and procedure on how to collect the money from someone to make a smoother transaction..THIS IS SOMETHING I HAVE WANTED TO DO FOR 2 YEARS SINCE LOSING OVER 100 LBS ON MY OWN AND SAVED CASH TO DO IT, IT HAS NOW BECOME A STRESSFUL DISASTER I FAIL TO COMPLETE.

I have been a loyal costumer since 2020. My experience with her recently has changed however…read more Shortly after I got my second full set (3 years ago) I have been unhappy with the tail end of one of my eyebrows being noticeably thicker. I've always just used makeup to even them out. Since its started to fade, it's gotten even more noticeable and bothersome, especially in pictures, as one eyebrow is consequently more arched. I never knew you could remove microblade until recently when my friend told me. As soon as I learned about this option, I asked Tia if she could help me and remove a couple strokes towards the tail end of my eyebrow. She immediately tried to discredit my concerns and said it looks like this because I haven't maintained my annual "color boosts" appointments. She told me I must sleep on the thinner eyebrow, which is not true. There has never been ink that thick on the other eyebrow, and it's always been slightly thinner. She recommended getting a full set WITH removal at the same time, but warned me that it will possibly remove new ink as well so I will have to come back to get it re-done shortly after. I asked her if I could just get it removed first, then come back for the full set after - that way I dont have to damage my skin back to back and risk my eyebrows looking messed up. She said if I do that route, it will be $300 per session and will probably consist of multiple sessions. $300 is what she charges for 2 FULL eyebrow removals and I only need a fraction of that. I would've paid half, but $300 is greedy! I can get 3 laser removal sessions for $100! Clearly she was trying to manipulate me into getting a full set so she can get more money upfront, without regards for my concerns. Why would I want to rush a process that is PERMANENTLY on my face? Overall I truly felt that she only cares about money, not the long term satisfaction of a customer that has never let anyone else touch their eyebrows. I felt penalized for not keeping up with "annual color boosts". I would have continued being her customer too, but I expect someone who actually cares about my concerns and doesn't try to minimize and invalidate them - even if they seem small or stupid to you. It's MY face and I notice this eyebrow every day. Very disappointing.

I have perfect teeth, literally always had good hygiene and literally just wanted to go somewhere to get established as a new patient with a cleaning. I was scheduled for just that. The lady at the front desk when i came in to my appointment said to me "I have no idea why you're here today, can you give me an idea what we can do for you?" So already I'm kinda put off with the professionalism because it wasn't that complicated, i wanted a cleaning, easy, she could have asked a bit differently or maybe even apologize, I get it things get lost but the phrasing just felt it could have been nicer for a new patient who's already nervous being somewhere new. Anyways when i told her I was in for a cleaning only she mentioned a $65 fee to see a dentist and I wasn't allowed to do a cleaning unless the dentist saw me first for the oral exam. She mentioned I had on my record to have a cleaning still available per my insurance but the 'oral exam' wasn't covered. I explained easily that I just wanted a cleaning, i dont have any teeth issues, just wanted a cleaning. I was told 'no exam, no cleaning', they wernt allowing to do one without the other and she was really dismissive, not trying to work with me at all. No apologies and not even trying to be polite either. So I called my insurance and CONFIRMED this was false. My insurance absolutely told me that there is no limitation like I was being explained by this lady at the front desk and its something I could totally do and he covered for. I was on the phone with my insurance right out front for 30 minutes confirming this information and yes I have a record of my conversation and what I confirmed. My insurance wasn't sure why they were refusing to do a cleaning and mentioning a oral exam charge like this. So I didn't want to go back in there, now being 30 minutes past my appointment and I didn't want to be a Karen by risking any verbal confrontation with a employee that was making it quite obvious they didn't want me as a new patient haha. It was really weird, I have no idea why they'd lie to me as it was something I could very easily check with my insurance which I did. I also took time off work to attend this cleaning so i was admittedly annoyed that i wasted my PTO time in the morning for this. My insurance gave me the names of a few other Dental offices near me. I called the first place and my interest in just a cleaning. They had a cancelation and advised they could take me at Noon same day. They didn't do Oral Exams before cleaning and mentioned it's usually done after a cleaning depending on what comes up during my cleaning, it's not necessarily needed all the time depending on my teeth health. I went to my appointment at Noon and it was all charged 100% to my insurance, no 'oral exam' fee like this place was trying to do which further reinforced that the employee likely had no idea what she was talking about or was misleading me unintentionally. I dunno, it didn't feel purposeful and was likely an honest mistake but still, was a weird encounter. I mean I been to dental appointments my whole life and this is the only place that tried to do this to me. I've always seen a hygienist before the dentist, my teeth are all veneers on the top so i rarely needed a dentist as they are pretty healthy. Anyways this place also lost business on an implant too. The place I ended up going to did end up getting the dentist in after my cleaning for a quick talk about an interest about a tooth implant that i expressed and didn't even charge me an out of pocket 'oral exam' for that either. Seriously no idea what this place was thinking, maybe talk to your front desk staff about this 'oral exam' charge, maybe they are misunderstanding a procedure because it's the first time I heard about this being mandatory and especially when I voiced a interest in just a cleaning.
