Beg your insurance to find you another doctors office instead of this place. Or be prepared to wait "FOREVER".

Great Store and customer service I had Frank and Jonathon originally and I purchased the 3 step…read moresystem these are pricey but they do work if you follow through as directed it's not rocket science just patience. My personal experience you will have some slight discomfort initially as you realign your feet and support. After 8 weeks a still had a little discomfort at home with the thicker ones only the strengtheners at home. I went back to the store and they gave me a slightly thinner strengtheners one size down now no issues now I do not know I'm even wearing them at home that's the goal. The key here is patience and go back to the store if you have to so the professional staff can tweak the inserts by going smaller or larger. I love these now they are so comfortable and my knee and Achilles pain from injury and wearing boots for 25 years are now gone because my feet have proper weight distribution. It's been over 2 years and they still feel great lifetime warranty if your inserts happen to fail or wear out I come in every year so they can check the arch of the supports. I felt like some in the beginning and questioned myself if I made a bad decision now I know these are the best and my feet love it. 2026

High pressure sales, overpriced merchandise and a horrific return policy. Think before going here…read more A podiatrist can help so much more than these overprices, cookie-cutter inserts. The inserts are over $500 a pain and can be purchased elsewhere for $35. They will pressure you to buy more and more items, only the inserts are refundable if you meet there strict return policy, Save yourself some heartache and money, shop around.

NOTE, if you are trying to find this place on the building it is the actual spelling of the acronym…read more"Precision Orthotics & Prosthetics." It is called POP Prosthetics and on paper the POP logo is big so when I was looking for the location I was literally looking for the word POP. Don't do what I did! I was referred to POP by my doctor to obtain a hand brace. I was a bit confused because I thought it would be a regular store where you just walk in and pick up a brace, but when I arrived they had me check in, full out paperwork, obtained my driver's license and insurance. Similar to a doctor visit. I had a few questions, but the person at the front mentioned it was only her second day working so I said, "no problem, we can learn and find out together." They processed my insurance and gave me an option to bill my insurance to meet my deductible or pay for it without billing my insurance which would've been cheaper. Honestly, I thought was a bit weird, but I chose to bill my insurance. After that, they called my name and walked me into a room. The girl asked me a few questions then obtained my hand brace. She showed me how to try it on then I was on my way. One suggestion: you should notify the patient upon arrive the process to obtain the brace. I wasn't expecting to spend 40 minutes in there and I didn't know it would've been similar to a doctor's visit. The 3 girls in the front were super nice and friendly. The one that obtained my brace even offered me water while I was waiting. I'm not sure how they compare to other places or the cause of the not so positive reviews, but I've never had to shop for a brace before, but overall the experience was a positive one.

ROM Edema Center listed this place as one of the places that could order the compression stockings…read moreI needed. Last winter I took my prescription in and had it filled just fine although I finally called about six weeks later asking what was the status of my order because I really needed these!!! Some other item hadn't come in and they were just waiting until everything came in until calling me. I said I would come get what was in and I was given an appointment. When I arrived I was told that I didn't have an appointment. Evidently the person hadn't put it into the computer and it wasn't until i pulled out my phone and proved that I had received a phone call that I was believed and given the courtesy of a customer with an appointment. As it turned out I didn't even need the missing item that hadn't come in. I was entitled to a refill of my compression stockings after six months. When I called about that, the words were barely out of my mouth when the person on the other end of the phone and even others in the office with him started yelling No! We don't handle compression stockings anymore! We were inundated with hundreds and we don't have staff for that and we are done with THAT!!!! I told them that I just wanted to order a refill but they were NOT HAVING IT!!! I said Where am I supposed to go to get these? because I had called quite a few local shops and I was told no when I told them the brand I had been prescribed. They said call Hanger and rattled off the phone number. I called Hanger and got an appointment three weeks out and it was clear across town. Even though I had told Hanger my refill situation upfront, the day before my appointment they told me I would need a new prescription and they even tried telling me that I would need to get doctors notes (BS!!)!!! These local businesses are worthless!! I found an online store that took care of everything!!! Luna Medical!!!

The ER had me in a medical shoe but the Ortho MD changed it to a walking boot and had sent me downstairs to NV Limb & Brace to get my boot. The MA from the Ortho office brought me down here via wheelchair. Howard Lee, Certified Orthotist (C.O.) had taken care of me & fit me for my walking boot. He was so much fun! Lots of laughs with him, of course in a professional way. The office staff took my ID & insurance card and had told me that per my health insurance I didn't owe anything & until this day I haven't been charged for this office visit or my walking boot. There was a little wait as I think Howard was the only C.O. taking care of the patients in here. Office is small. He had wheeled me out back into a room & put the walking boot on me. He didn't give me any instructions on how to use it but it was pretty easy. There are straps with velcro on it and it also has a pump that you can insert air to help make a tighter fit. I have noticed over time (as I'm still wearing it) it can get stinky, like smelly feet stinky and I have hand washed it twice & the last time I stuck it in the washing machine. Your able to remove it. Also one of the side pieces has started to come apart & the velcro pieces that are glued on, one side came off. I was able to use my glue gun & fix the pieces. I really enjoyed my visit here after being in this building for a total of about 3hrs and most my time was spent upstairs @ the Ortho doctor.
