Norman (front office staff) is always very friendly and always makes sure to make reminder phone calls before each appointment (super important for me as I don't always enter appts into my calendar ). Norman also makes your wait comfortable by either engaging in conversation (or not) depending on your mood. Haha It is important to note-Dr llanes does NOT complete any paperwork for disability leave, FMLA,etc. HOWEVER this is something that Norman will advise any potential patient of before an appointment will be made and Dr Llanes will reiterate at an appointment if she deems it necessary.
