First and foremost I want to thank PA-C Layla. What a professional experience I had with her. I came to try their clinic through their review on google. They have the best reviews out of all the OC vein treatments. I was afraid of calling them because I thought they would be over priced. Back in 2024 I tried another clinic thinking I would paying less and getting a good treatment. Who was I kidding? I was unhappy and disappointed(I have been getting vein treatments all my life because of inheritance and 4 pregnancies). At last, this year I decided to give it a try and call them. Guess what? The price was the same as the other clinic I paid for. I came in for my consult and explained to PA-C Layla my concerns and desires. I met Dr. Wise in January 2024 because of my spider veins in my legs. I came in with my husband and had an initial consultation. Both of us were impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills. He provided several options to treat my illness. I was very worried initially about the procedure, but felt comfortable after his consultations. I had my first treatment of endovenous thermal ablation in February, and it went smoothly without any issues or complications. Dr. Wise performed a second procedure--an ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy. I started to notice a significant improvement in the appearance of my legs. I have had varicose veins since I was in my early thirties. I've had sclerotherapy several times at different facilities with different doctors. The treatment I recieved with Dr. Hoyle and his staff ( endovenous laser ablation treatment) was, by far, the most effective procedure. My job requires me to stand for ten to twelve hours a day and I was having a lot of pain and swelling in my legs. Since having the ELVT procedure my symtoms have almost completely disappeared. Dr Hoyle did a great job explaining the procedure to me and I was very confident in his abilities. He is, after all, the doctor who developed this technique. Dr. did not treat the specific area on my right front shin as requested/directed and discussed directly with him over 2 consults. I have a multiple red holes/dots in every other area in ankle and knee but nothing in the specific area, or feeder area, I asked specifically to be treated. Not ideal to try and bait and switch or cause me to have to come back at additional costs. Also seems he went verticle through my spider/red veins, versus into the spider vein horizontally. It's been 30 hours since the treatment. I am wearing my stocking and following post treatment to the tee! Also, he came in while nurses were putting on the stockings and gave them bottles of med product saying he is bringing them back after taking them home and one is expired... :( why did he take medical product home ? Nurse staff, Jackie, a bit agrumentative, staff not very good at conflict resolution. I call next day to discuss my situation and am told they will call back next week. read more

Two months ago I began medical treatment for varicose veins at Dr. Wise's clinic. The process included laser and cosmetic surgery. I was blown away by the excellent results I've obtained. I used to feel pain in my legs quite often, but now I have no pain at all. I used to be self-conscious about the way my legs looked before, but now they look great! So I left my legs like that for years I starting seeing advertisements about varicose veins office procedures to clear up legs.
