This place is a joke, to say the least. Their office is filthy, sometimes the doctor doesn't show up for appointments, you never receive a reminder call, and to top it off, they rip you off. Two times, I sat in the office over an hour past my appointment time. I was charged $1,200 for a service that was advertised as $600 because no one bothered explaining that there was a catch hidden in the terms. I cannot believe this place is still open. It is not reputable, it is not organized, and most importantly, it is not sanitary. I saw no results for the services I paid $1,200 for. Absolutely zero. I'd been told by two orthopedic surgeons I needed a full knee replacement. I was terrified not just about the surgery but about the anesthesia not to mention the months long painful recovery period. The services themselves we're okay. The doctor was polite enough. The office smells funny and it's definitely a ghetto area and clientele. Dirty bathrooms and unclean floors. Mostly though, an extremely unorganized office. My first appointment I wasn't told that 2 coolscuplting sessions were actually 2 applicators. So, I reset a second session and was told I owed $1,200 unknowingly. After and before the first appt I was never told any explanation regarding the application/session title. "Luckily",I suppose, the doctor stated he would split the cost. But, I was still out $600 without any warning. No real contract signed before or after or anything explaining what I was getting. THEN... I set up my laser appt. Showed up, and the doctor wasn't there and office closed. I called the next day to confirm that my appt time and date were correct, which it was. How do you just not show up?? I set a second appt because I was not about to let this horrible business get away with screwing me over again. Oh, and by the way, they never call, text, or email you in advance to confirm appts either. I set my next appt for 2pm. Knowing I had work all that am. I get a call at 10:30, "Why aren't you here for you 10:10 appt?" SERIOUSLY!! They "graciously" moved me to my actual appt time. I show up, and they don't even call my name for over half an hour after the appt. I have never known a more unorganized and unprofessional office. I've done a number of various treatments at multiple locations and would never ever recommend this place to even someone I don't know. I'm just glad I never have to go there again. read more

When came down to OC I was told that this place does the best job on prp facelifts so I went over and did my consultation for prp facial with Dr. Keith and Dr. Chase and the results were amazing. After a couple of weeks of getting the prp therapy I saw the quality in my skin and face and couldn't be happier. I will definitely go for more prp therapies to this place. The doctors were so professional and explained every step of prp facelift and to be honest since I didn't wanna do any surgeries this was the best treatment for me. If you wanna get a facelift with a clear skin I'd definitely recommend going to this place and get the prp facials done. The price makes sense when compared to other places that offer prp therapies and the atmosphere is very great. I thought long and hard about writing this review. Let me first say that I am mindful of the fact that these things take time, so I was patient. Noe this is my $2000 story! I went in for the Cool Sculpting after doing lots of research on different places. I had gone twice before with a friend to a different facility that was closer to her where they did her procedures. I kind of knew what to expect from that. She had lots of success despite the fact that she didn't do any other life altering things like change up her exercise or eating habits although she had always gone for walks in the morning. Now I had always been slim but after a gallbladder remove surgery, weight was gained. A lot. I managed to do the work and lost lots of weight, but hit a plateau after losing 50 lbs so I thought to try this. I settled on this place. I go in and my $1000 voucher said for 2 treatments... 2 treatments meant apparently only 2 devices, not 2 locations. So I could either do either my full lower abdomen (2 treatments), my upper abdomen or both my love handle areas. This was not explained in their voucher and ultimately made them more expensive than other places I looked into. The doctor was nice, dont get me wrong, so I opted to stay after he explained the procedure and I told him my issues. He gad said he would help me out and use a bigger device to cover my lower abdomen and part of my side. His words were "I will do this for you" so I thought, "wow! Ok!" Went along with it. Mind you, the place they took me to is in a room completely separate from the main office. Like you have to go outside and try to disregard the sound of all the construction going on. I was not warned of the severe numbness that would transpire. I am (or rather was) an absurdly ticklish person, so when they'd do the massaging , it tickled. When the 2nd paddle was placed and done, I felt faint. They dont tell you to eat beforehand and I felt so faint and even my limbs shook like crazy. They gave me water and watched me for another 10 or 15 minutes which i was thankful for and gave me a cough drop. Thats when they then hit me with your total is $2000...I told the lady I had the voucher....she said okay yes so its going to be an additional thousand dollars.... My eyes nearly bulged out.... the doctor came and explained that he was doing the courtesy for me since I had to take a full day off work to meet their hours. I said I thought you were using the bigger paddles as a courtesy. And he said no this was to cover more area. Im not that big! I was so mad and already felt ill and had to leave since Ihad a regular ol check up after that and went on to that where I was told my pressure was seriously low that I shouldnt have been let go like that! Furthermore, the next 2 months were agony!!! My stomach was in constant pain and I felt like someone was constantly stabbing my abdomen! They said use sun screen or aloe vera to help.... it didn't! My stomach ballooned... I couldn't get into my fat pants anymore. I was so upset but tried to remain hopeful, after all, I had spent $2000! Its been 4/5 months... the swelling is down... but I have lost no added inches or weight from wheb I first went in AND I have lost sensation on my stomache. It took MONTHS before I could wear anything other than baggy sweats and loose shirts because even clothing agitated my abdomen. Sleeping was a nightmare! A total waste of time, money and needless pain! I now have to see a specialist in regards to the loss of sensation in my stomach. Horrible experience! read more

There is Netflix and pillows for all the procedures that require you to lay down while a machine does its thing. Dr. Keith goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are well educated on the procedures they are interested in. He also is always on time - there are no long waiting periods. The staff and the doctors at this facility are very friendly and professional. I came to find out about PRP therapy and stem cell therapy for an injury I had on my knee. I had my consultation with Dr. Keith and was very impressed with the amount of knowledge he has about prp injection therapy and stem cell therapy. He spoke about the different options that I had and told me about the pros and cons of stem cell therapy and prp injection. Overall I was very impressed with the whole experience. He also explained that both stem cell injection therapy and prp ( later found out it's platelet rich plasma) are non-invasive treatments that can be done without using any surgery that I'm trying to avoid at all cost. Anyways if you have knee or any joint injuries and thinking of treatment I think prp therapy or stem cell therapy could be good options for you and I definitely recommend this place.
