The chapel is a smaller room, but had several rows of seats as well as way to connect video and audio so everyone could see and hear. No problems with the staff the day of the service. The family did experience some issues prior to the service with communication and processes which didn't sound very helpful to the family during this time.

When more guests arrived than were expected, chairs were brought out for additional seating. There is a nice sound system for speakers and music, as well as a video system for slide shows. There is a small lobby for greetings, guest books, and memory cards. While the service ran smoothly, there were a few hiccups, previously, with other employees who took care of details with prior arrangements and death certificates. Some details were not explained and requests were not followed as to who to contact, which caused delays that could have been avoided.

Kristen had excellent communication skills and made sure I understood everything that would take place upon my family member passing. Kristen always answered all calls and emails promptly. Sad to say my loved one passed this past Sept. I was then assigned to work with Andrew and McKenna(sp). Andrew was AMAZING ! Even during this stressful time he made sure all of my request were completed. He went above and beyond in all aspects of planning the service, and setting up the day of the service. There were several times I would focus on what he was doing and he was meticulous again in paying attention to small details making sure things were perfect ! Andrew truly made this day smooth and let me to truly focus on the moment and nothing else... Everything was as perfect as it could be ! I'm truly happy that when my time comes that my family will be treated with utmost respect and have full confidence that all request will be met without stress beyond the normal, under those circumstances. There are several unusual monuments, particularly the snowboarder's display. The chapel, single-family mausoleums, and angel statuary are lovely. Brooke walked us through the process step by step and explained everything down to the minutia of details of how embalming and cremation works. I am so thankful we were able to have my mother in their care. Even with the the viewing, they let my family sit in the waiting area and talk about memories and laugh enjoying the time together and remembering our beloved mother/grandmother. Brooke even gave me the biggest, warmest hug and sent me a holiday card.
