They have a beautiful selection of urns and specialized containers in the office, and those are works of art. In the end we selected one of the standard Cherry wood boxes that came included in the price (cherry or natural), and even that is a gorgeous container, well-finished and turned. AND, as my dad was a Veteran, the American flag was also presented in an absolutely beautiful wooden box (matches the Cherry wood perfectly), with a wood and beveled glass lid. My family entrusted All States with my mother's cremation and…read morememorial services, and what should have been handled with dignity turned into an ongoing nightmare. From the start, we made clear arrangements: a primary urn plus several keepsake urns for family, which we even purchased and dropped off ourselves. Despite paying in full and signing paperwork, All States failed to honor our wishes. On the day of my mother's memorial service, we were told "fingers crossed" the keepsakes might arrive in time -- they did not. Over the following weeks, I made repeated calls, left urgent messages, and even visited their Wheat Ridge office twice. Once, I waited 40 minutes only to be told they had "forgotten" to fill the keepsakes. Another time, I arrived during business hours, but no one even showed up to open the office. Calls went unanswered, and promises of management follow-up never happened. Finally, I was told our request was never properly documented by their own staff, and the only "options" offered were unthinkable: move my mother's remains from Fort Logan, wait for another person to die to place her remains in their casket, or go to court. As of weeks later, the keepsake urns still have not been returned to us. The level of negligence, lack of compassion, and refusal to take responsibility is beyond unacceptable. Losing a loved one is already devastating -- no family should have to endure this kind of mishandling and disregard. I strongly caution anyone considering All States: please think twice before trusting them with your loved one.
