They were extremely unhelpful in every way, and offered no remedies. They were rude to my sisters and myself when we were disappointed. Additionally, they cut my sister's family completely out of the funeral pamphlet. The place was also quite dirty and the photos on the screen were washed out and difficult to see. All in all it was one of the worst days of our lives and it was made unbelievably more awful by this company. I would NEVER recommend them. In fact I hope everyone stays far, far away from them.

Becky took care of arranging the dates. At a time like this, it was great to have Becky there to answer questions and provide great service, advice and compassion. I had initially picked a different funeral home because my family had always used them. But, a friend recommended I make a few calls, even though it was 3:00 am when mom passed. During my third and final call, I phoned All-states cremation and talked to the kindest person ever. EVER! She warmed my heart with every word and I knew this was right. The two men who took mom to the funeral home were just so nice. Before they left, one of the men patted me on the back and said, I promise we will take care of your mom. I had tried to stay strong up, but I lost it. I was offered a few different locations, but their Centennial location was closet to me. I was greeted by yet another kind person. How were there so many nice people worked at this company? I know Yelp discourages mentioning names, even when it's positive so, I will keep quiet. The cremation arranger walked me through a process I wasn't sure if I was ready for. She explained things multiple times and must have sensed when I wasn't getting something because she would explain it again. Given my experience with the other funeral home my family usually uses, I was expecting to be sold things I didn't want. Before I walked in I was ready to get angry with anyone who tried to sell me an urn or a viewing, but it never happened. I knew my mom's friends would shame me for not buying a $500 urn, and it was nice that this company didn't push a sale or judge me. I went back on a Tuesday to pick up mom. Once again, they were just so kind! When they gave me mom, this may sound crazy, but I could feel her telling me that she was treated with love from start to finish. I couldn't believe this was all that had to happen. From the time I made that initial call at 3:00 am to picking up my mom's ashes less than a week later, I made zero phone calls to the company in-between. They did everything while I had time to grieve. I walked into this experience wanting cremation, not to be judged or pressured, to be treated with grace, and to pay a fair price. All states does not seem to be the least expensive, but not the most. But, WHY WOULD YOU GO WITH A CREMATION PLACE THAT IS THE LOWEST PRICE????? Don't treat buying cremation like trying to find the best deal on a printer! THIS IS YOUR LOVED ONE! THINK ABOUT IT!!!!! This was the kindest, simplest process I have ever been through. The last time I called a plumber to snake a drain, it was more complicated than this! We were walked through the entire process of how services would be held, walked through the difference in packages that were available, casket options, flower selection, and song choices. Fast forward several years until 2020 and the COVID19 pandemic and the sudden passing of my Father that once more brought me into this location. The funeral director was pretty helpful with things and it so went smoothly. We did have to wait a bit to have the service and we could only have 10 people there but Newcomer also posted the services online for our family in and out of state to watch. That was very nice. We only got 25, I was given blank candles, music was not played when she said she would play music as close to the genre we wanted. She was to have the bookmarks ready for my moms private viewing they were not. The hispanic front desk lady was RUDE and acted like we were bothering her asking for the bookmarks as the memorial was right after the private viewing. Lydia never responded to any of my emails confirming she received them or anything. During such a stressful time this was un called for, and the still owe us bookmarks, they never called to give a date for cremation nothing.....India called us and told us the day she received the permit, the day my father was to be cremated and had everything ready when we picked his ashes up. Im so disappointed on how my moms death was handled and wouldnlike to receive the rest of the bookmarks we paid for as well as an answer as to why Lydia did not respond to emails. Just disappointed in the service this go around.
