He came on the agreed time, discussed what he thought were the problems, laid down a practical & straight-forward quotation and when we agreed with the amount he went ahead and did his awesome job. Unlike others who are unscrupulous, Ron would not change parts and ask additional charge/s to take advantage of the innocence of his customer. He is honest. He believes in karma as he briefly stated. The way I met the owner of this company was through him going out of his way to return some lost property to me. I was helping recover a vehicle in the desert this past weekend and had lost my wallet with my drivers license and all of my bank/credit cards. Adrienne in the office was so helpful and kept me in the loop regarding my garage door spring needing replacement and approval from the realty company. She sent someone out Gerardo who was on time and tried on a weekend to get approval and complete the job but being a weekend realty company was closed but rescheduled for Wednesday and Henry came and finished the job! I have had him do maintenance on my garage doors at two different locations within 6 months, and both times he has done a great job. The first one was him installing a new garage opener and maintenance of the rails etc - he did it quickly and I was very happy with how it turned out. Ron was excellent! My garage door is a typical track home 2 car aluminum door. It was rickety for 5 years and then finally caved in the middle when it closed one day because the structural integrity was off. I sent Ron some pictures of the damage to his cell phone and he told me from the looks of it he could try to reinforce the door before replacing it. That meant the world to me that he was going to try the lower cost option first. Long story short, he was right on that my door needed some extra bracing and then it worked like new. It even quieted the opening/closing dramatically! He even showed up 2 days earlier than originally scheduled. I can't recommend Ron enough if you need a garage door repair or a new install. I called because one of the torsion springs broke on my garage door. I thought I was able to buy one and install it myself because I have experience installing these, but no one sells these springs because California prohibits it unless you are licensed to install them. Anyway, I went online and the first company that popped up was Advantage. I talked to Ron and I explained my situation, he told me he was very busy but he found an opening during lunch hours. He told me he would be at my house from 1200 to 1400. He arrived at 1215 and quickly worked on my garage door. He even straighten my garage door opener's rail at no extra charge.
