I googled the issue and it seemed the problem was my brake pads. I stopped at an auto store in High Springs and they recommended City Boy's. Before diagnosing the problem they made sure they could get all the parts first and assured me they could take care of it today. That was a great relief as I had to be at a convention the next morning a couple of hours away. In 30 minutes they called me and said they found the problem. Recently had our car towed by this company. Based on the name you would think this place would be a…read morelittle bit welcoming, right. Small tow hospitality right? Wrong. The owner is extremely rude, hates answering questions. Someone who owns a towing business should expect customers to be a little distraught seeing as their situation probably isn't a good one. We got stuck 3 miles from their shop and we were charged 260 for the tow, I don't care about that though. I know owning a business is rough and prices are prices, but when my girlfriend asked for a reciept for the services rendered, he looked directly at her and said "I ain't even talking to you, I'm talking to him". He was referring to me. Blatantly disrespecting her and myself for about the 5th time, which was the last straw for me. We went out back and I wasn't sure what was going to happen. I realize it's his property, I didn't totally lose my cool. I said theirs no need to be rude or disrespectful, you own a towing company sir, your a 45 year old man if you can't handle a 19 year old girl asking questions you don't need to be here.
