I'm here with my husband who's having a procedure. They now won't let you come back to the bay with your spouse before surgery. When I expressed my displeasure at that I was told they haven't since Covid which is entirely untrue since I was here with him a few years ago for the same procedure and could go back with him. Was also told the bays are too small and for HIPA purposes they don't let anyone back now. I'm so angry about this I could cry. That is utterly ridiculous. The patients and their "ride" need to be able to comfort each other and give them encouragement as surgery is scary no matter how minor. read more

Surgical center is great. I was in and out in no time, felt so much better, and my pain had been muted by a HUGE amount. I had a great experience while "in-office" for "surgery" -- doctors and staff are great. Surgeons are great. Never have I had an issue here... and I plan on using them again in future! Our first impression very nice and welcoming. So my daughter is having her surgery done by Dr. Wilcox this morning. I've read so many reviews on this hospital before we got here and I felt a little nervous. I am sorry that most of the reviews from the patients were negative. I'm not sure of the time of day but everyone should be treated fairly and given the utmost respect and care... We were greeted upon arrival and the ladies at the information desk were very polite and friendly. They checked us in and give us the direction to the surgery check in. It was up stairs on the second floor and was very nice. She helped my daughter get checked in. Susie and got her to do her weight and vitals. She was very nice as well. She took us to her preOp room to get started. Karen her preOp nurse came introduced herself and let us know she will be taking care of of her before. She did her vitals, iv and got her put in the computer. Christina came in and introduced herself in to let us know she will be taking care of my daughter during her recovery. the anesthesiologist came in and introduced himself to let us know he will be providing her care along with his assistant. Surgery started around 11am and ended around 1:40pm. Dr. Wilcox called me and let me know things went good and she was doing well. He let me know that someone would call me when she get to a room. Everything was going great until time kept winding down and and no details were provided about her being bought to a room. She had been in a room around 3 something and I didn't find out until 5:15 pm. The lack of communication on that part bothered me. Other than that everything else was good. read more

4/21/26-We went to get some old records for my mom. The guy at the front desk of the records office was super helpful. No long waits to get documents. Just had to fill out forms and we told him we could grab coffee while we waited. The food options were limited in the cafe. They needed to have more out. Went back and got all the info we needed. Super fast and they show that they care about the customer experience by not making you wait days to weeks to be able to access your medical records. read more

Went to the ER three times before bilateral Pulmonary embolisms were discovered. After they were discovered at the satellite ER in Southlands, they refused to admit me. Later I went to a pulmonologist and he was furious I wasn't admitted. I went baby to the ER two weeks ago because of breathless and feeling lightheaded. I was told I was experiencing anxiety. They didn't even consider a pulmonary test or nebulizer. After following up with the same pulmonologist, the doctor discovered I'm in heart failure. And to think I was prescribed anti-anxiety meds for heart failure. I will never return to this hospital unless I'm unconscious and taken without my knowledge. Unreal! read more

I was here for an x-ray. First of all, I got a wrong instructions for what to do at admission. The guy told me to sit and wait, but I should have check in with one of the people in the office with a number. So I ended up checking in late! And then waited for another 45 mins to get called in for x-ray. What's the point of having an appointment when you have to wait? I needed to get back to work and don't have all day to sit around. It's very frustrating! I will never come here again for anything. Health One Hospital is right around the corner is where I will go next time. read more

I have never written any negative feedback, but this time I felt it was necessary to share my experience in order to help you save both your life and your hard-earned money.  I will NEVER recommend this urgent care location, AdventHealth Parker, or any other AdventHealth. On May 6th, I went to the clinic at night due to rashes on my hands. It wasn't an emergency, as I had no fever, shortness of breath, or cough; I just wanted to be cautious. With measles in the news, I thought it was best to check right away. When Dr. saw me, he first said, " I don't know what type of rash this is. But definitely not measles. Maybe it could be dermatosis-related crashes. It went away in one week.  I never expected that this goodwill visit would come back to bite me.  I hardly spend 10-15 minutes in total.  After my visit, I went to pay an $800 bill, which the receptionist said was high. She gave me a phone number to call, but when i called 2 days later. I was told there was no bill to pay. Then, 2 months later, in July, I received a bill for $2,970.34.  Athenahealth billed a total of over 5,000,00 (five thousand) to my insurance. And my insurance paid them without questioning $1,094.59, and Dr. Mark Holly sent me a separate bill for approximately $1,036 from US Acute Care Solutions, which my insurance paid to him. I was shocked to receive a bill from AdventHealth for over $5,000, especially since no treatment was provided during my visit. I went to the AdventHealth Meridian location at 9949 S Oswego Street to ask about this billing error, but I couldn't find anyone available to speak with me about it. The front person gave me one name and phone number to call, but that person never picked up or returned my call. When I called billing ph# 855-214-2455, one person told me that something it could be an error. We sent the bill randomly. What!!! I was disappointed with the situation. The person who billed the insurance company made a mistake by not accurately reporting the time I spent at the facility and the service I received. I called multiple times, reading, and fixing the billing error because I was not in your facility for 1 hour.  When I call, every time is a new person, and you have to explain everything from the beginning.  I send feedback through their portal. But no solutions. It is very disappointing and frustrating.   Their doctors are not knowledgeable, and the facility is taking advantage of people and robbing them. read more

Eight years ago my wife and I had our first child at AdventHealth Parker. We were thrilled to be there after taking the tour of the facility and participating in some of the new parent courses they offered. Everything went well leading up to the birth and thereafter. I am posting this review now because while my wife was mid delivery, in the middle of the night, the nurse facilitating the child birth told my wife to stop pushing because there would be too much paperwork for her, point blank, and that we would need to wait for the on-call doctor. We followed directive and waited 10-15 minutes for the on-call doctor to arrive. Mind you my child's head was halfway out the entire time because to reiterate my wife was told to stop pushing because the nurse would have too much paperwork. At the time, my wife and I had no concept of if this was the correct thing to be doing. We simply followed the nurse's directive. We were under the assumption the nurse facilating the child birth had our and the newborn babies best interests in mind. 10-15 minutes after waiting for the on-call doctor; 10-15 minutes after my newborn babies head was already halfway out the on-call doctor arrived and the birth continued as expected. Immediately, as there were a series a newborn tests, sight, sound, etc. we were told that our newborn child had triggered the alert for astigmatism. What we were told at that time, I am assuming because this was extremely common at AdventHealth Parker, is that this could be a false positive or the newborn baby could grow out of it; not to worry. We were glad to hear that positive news, and again we thought the best interests of the newborn baby were priority. So, for approximately four years our child could not see and we had no idea. We were advised by a school teacher to revisit the astigmatism concern because she noticed that our child could not see in the classroom, as expected. During breastfeeding, as we were first time parents, we had no idea what to expect from our newborn baby. We breastfed to the best of our knowledge. During this time my wife often questioned our newborn babies latching ability and the amount of milk our newborn baby was actually getting. Come to find out approximately four years later our child had a tongue-tie, also exposed by the child's first teacher, and that this was most likely the reason my wife had questioned latching and volume during breastfeeding. We are still in speech therapy after releasing the tongue-tie. Most recently, my child has frequent ear infections and frequent strep throat. Come to find out it will need to be remediated by removing the tonsils and adenoids. I looked into medical malpractice lawsuits to address what happened that night, because as logical as I am this all seems to be rooted to my newborn babies head being halfway breached for 10-15 minutes so the nurse didn't have any extra work to do. Apparently, Colorado law states child birth medical malpractice lawsuits are no longer supported after the child's eight birthday. Etc, etc, I am not a lawyer, nor do I find the additional research applicable. The reason for posting this now is in attempt to prevent this from happening to someone else, somebody else's newborn baby only because the nurse did not want the extra paperwork. My child can barely see 20 feet of themself without glasses, this will never change. There is no getting better, fortunately, to the best of our knowledge, there is no getting worse. I strongly believe my family has not been the only family to fall victim to this type of carelessness and disregard at AdventHealth Parker, and also believe we will not be the last. My child has not had and will not have the same experiences as most others. We depended on these people. I can only speculate that what happened that night is the root cause of my child's severe astigmatism, ear, nose, and throat complications as I am not a doctor, but I believe my child's head was unnecessarily compressed resulting in the complications we have faced and are still facing today. read more

Took my 93 year old mother to their imaging department for a bone scan. I checked the day before and paid the $200 copay online. She had the procedure and a month later we received a bill for $100. I called her incusrance. They confirmed that her co-pay for the procedure in-network was $200, but that the hospital may have charged extra, but should have informed us of that. I called the imaging department. No answer. Had to leave a message. They called the next day and told me to call billing. The menu item said press 2 for billing, but that doesn't work because they don't have in-house billing. They contract a 3rd party. I got their number from imaging and called them and they said they couldn't help because they have to talk to my mother. I told them that Advent has me down as someone she has given permission to talk to. They said they don't have it. I said "But you pretend to be Advent when I call." They said I had to submit it to them personally. I told them they could confirm it with Advent who hired them. I tried calling the Admin office at the hospital. Turned out I was talking to an operator at Porter Hospital! She said to call billing back and ask for a supervisor and they would handle it. They didn't. Same answer. I told them Mom received a form related to the No Billing Surprise Act, that she had paid her co-pay, that I pay her bills and they don't want to talk to me, so they would not get $100 more. I left a final message, supposedly with the hospital admin department - but who knows? NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE! I gave my number, asked that someone call me to straighten this out, but no one ever did. I spent the entire day being jerked around, given different numbers to call. The worthless billing department was the only number that answered the phone, although they could barely speak English. I have no complaints with the care at Advent, but the administration is almost non-existant. read more

Over $30,000 for a few hours in their emrgency room. (That's an average American's annual salary for goodness sake! ) I spent most of that time sitting on a bed with zero staff interaction. I finally said enough is enough, I feel better, and I want to go home. I really think they keep you there as long as possible to increase the charges. Uneccessary testing too, in my opinion. And not every staff member was friendly. I don't think I REALLY needed a $6,000 neck Cscan for symptoms of pneumonia. But, I'm sure they'll say otherwise. Can't imagine going there with no insurance. I won't be going there again if I can help it. Oh, and they still want close to $1,500 out-of-pocket from me. Ridiculous! read more

I don't know who needs to read this, but the conditions at Advent Health Parker are deplorable. The staff is good but the equipment and rooms are literally a health risk. The beds, IVs, computers, and toilets caused problems for nurses, patients, and family members. I will not recommend the Parker hospital maternity or ER in its current condition. read more

The billing situation is awful. I went in for a routine colonoscopy. My insurance paid everything 100% which is what is supposed to happen. Then Advent Health somehow decides it wasn't routine (which it was) and now I have anesthesia and other companies trying to get me to pay almost $1000. I wish I could find out why the Dr or hospital staff decided to change the billing codes. Where are my rights? Who takes care of the patient when you're dealing with such a huge hospital? Came into the ER in the middle of the day on a Sunday. Got taken into a room right away. My room had a security camera that I didn't notice until after I was asked to change into a gown. The RNs were extremely rude and didn't care to talk to me and also were in the middle of the conversation about another patient. I was treated very poorly and was told not to come back unless I was bleeding, had a broken bone, or was in labor. This was after I had told them that the other ER (Skyridge Medical Center) told me to go back if I didn't feel better within a day or so. Given that I was closer to this Hospital I went here. I would drive the extra few miles and go to Skyridge instead of this place. read more

Wow!!!! My sister only had a minor surgery, that's it. At first I was impressed with the tracking system through her procedure and the communication after coming out of surgery. DON'T LET IT FOOL YOU, THATS WHERE IT ENDS. I was told she would be in a specific room. No direction to the room, walked past one empty nurses station to a bigger empty one where I stood for 10 min before someone kindly stopped their socializing or on the way to eat their lunch to ask me if I needed anything. I just wanted to make sure the room wasn't changed last minute or that someone else wouldn't be wheeled into the room they told me to go into because it looked dirty (and it was). The nurse said if they said its that room then,"I'm sure its that room." No double checking, nothing. Just to cover bases, no the nurse wasn't busy with a patient, she was in a hurry to get plastic cups for the break room they were all hiding out in. The security here is epic, hopefully the care is better than the help. I feel horrible for the people that have loved ones here for more serious issues or surgery just looking for a little help. Nothing this review is gonna fix but damn. Hope the right sister gets brought in!! Good luck, sister... hope you find me in your anesthetized state. read more

I have always had a relatively quick and positive experience with their ER. This time I was admitted for 6 days. Although short staffed, the nurses and CMAs were attentive and friendly. I have to say though, this facility is filthy. The floors in the hallways were sticky and dirty-so much so that my socks stuck to the floor when I was walking. When custodial staff came to the room they would empty trash- that is about all. They wouldn't pick up a towel off the floor or wipe anything down. One time they came in to do the floor and it was hit or miss. Overall, the care is above average but cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired read more

Care Quality is crap. I ended up developing gallstones after my pregnancy and I came here in severe pain. They put me in their mental health area of the ER. I had my husband and my son with me who was a few weeks old. First thing I noticed was the TV had a protector box around it and there was cameras in my room. They also had a garage door incase a patient tried to pull their wires off. They put me across the hall from a man who stared into my room the whole time even when I needed to change and breastfeed. The nurse told me "I can't believe you brought your baby here, I would never risk my kids life like that". First of all a hospital should be a clean environment, but no not the case here. Blood stains everywhere. Nasty stuff left behind. Literally had a dirty sock in my room. Also my son was exclusively breastfed and it took me 4 hours in this place to leave. I told them they had one shot to get my blood drawn and if they couldn't do it then they aren't running tests for abdominal pain after pregnancy. They messed up that shot and I kid you not after 5-6 nurses tried coming in to take blood again, I had 5-6 blood tubes on my tray by the end of my time there since they kept persisting and I kept denying. They truly will treat you like crap here. My last issue is with billing. They have billed my insurance the wrong name, the wrong social, and the out of nation version numerous times. I kept calling to give them correct details and they continued to bill wrong. I have been to this hospital before with the same insurance and everything not even a year before. They then sent my bill to collections over their billing issues. How hard is it to bill someone correctly. This hospital needs to close for malpractice, continuous issues and more. read more

I have now had two babies at the BirthPlace at Parker Adventist and had a great experience both times. The nurses on the Labor & Delivery floor are fantastic. They go out of the way to make sure you are comfortable as a new or soon to be mama. I had an emergent situation come up and the nurses were right on top of it, listening to me as I told them what was happening with me and getting it taken care of quickly even though it was 2am. I also have several other outpatient clinic offices I go to at Parker Adventist Hospital. I have had a good experience at all of them. Getting in and out of here is easy with ample parking all over. read more

Advent radiology, and Advent scheduling have been horrible. Nearly every time. Some of the people are very nice, but they are working within a system that turns everything into a horrible experience. Went here for a CAT scan for my bladder I was put on a false m1 hold wasn't told the reason for the hold before the hold was placed the Colorado mental health law requires those placing the hold to conduct a pre-hold interview and they did not do that They also took my rosary away from me claiming I could use it to endanger myself when anybody who has half a brain would know that if you tried to harm yourself with rosary it would break this means that they violated my first amendment rights because I was attempting to pray with it the first amendment says that no governing body shall make a rule that bands are threatens the practice of religion in the Public square here is all the laws that were broken during my stay at the hospital 1. Failure to Properly Inform You of the M-1 Hold Relevant Law: C.R.S. § 27-65-105 * Under Colorado law, individuals placed on an M-1 hold must be informed of the reasons for their detention. * If you were not told before the hold was initiated, this violates due process and could have contributed to your distress and confusion. 2. Denying Access to Legal Counsel Relevant Laws: C.R.S. § 27-65-117, C.R.S. § 18-9-201 (False Imprisonment) * Colorado law states that individuals under an M-1 hold have the right to legal counsel. * If the hospital took away your phone or placed you in a room without access to a phone, they may have unlawfully restricted your ability to contact a lawyer. 3. Blocking Your Ability to Call 911 Relevant Law: C.R.S. § 18-9-311 (Interference with Emergency Communications) * It is illegal to intentionally block or prevent someone from making an emergency call. * If the hospital required you to disclose why you wanted to call 911 before allowing the call, they may have unlawfully restricted your right to seek emergency intervention. 4. Threatening Forced Medication Without Justification Relevant Law: C.R.S. § 27-65-111 * Forced medication is only allowed in an emergency where the person is an immediate danger to themselves or others. * Yelling and screaming due to confusion does not necessarily justify forced medication. * If the nurse used medication as a threat rather than for medical necessity, this may have been coercion and a violation of patient rights. 5. Taking Away Your Rosary (Violation of Religious Rights) Relevant Laws: C.R.S. § 27-65-117, Federal Religious Protections * Patients have the right to religious expression unless the object is being used in a dangerous way. * If you were using the rosary for prayer and calming down, and not in a harmful manner, confiscating it may have Violated your rights read more

Just a brilliant experience from start to finish. This was our 4th child birth and by far our best experience of the 4 hospitals we have used (some very good ones in there). Staff were fantastic, genuinely caring, adapted very quickly to a very quick birth (2cm to 10cm dilated in a matter of minutes)...at 330 in the morning. Nurse Jannelle and Lauren made us feel very comfortable and supported. We did our research beforehand and was told Parker Adventist was one of the best to give birth at - certainly was from our experience. We will never forget the role Nurse Janelle had in the very sudden birth of our daughter. Very thankful for her professionalism, caring nature and managing to keep us at. read more

This hospital has some really nice nurses who truly appreciated what a sweetheart my elderly friend was. "Was" because my friend died here after a long stay. Other aspects of his care weren't so great. WHERE'S MY STUFF? My ex and I were advocates for my friend at the hospital and shared medical power of attorney. We had to keep track of what was going on. An especially frustrating problem was that our friend's belongings got lost on two separate occasions, including his wallet and phone. Both of them mysteriously showed up at the funeral home where he was taken after he died. A hospital should not lose your stuff. There should be simple procedures in place to prevent this. WHAT IS HAPPENING? The second time that my friend was admitted to the hospital, a social worker told us that he was dying and agreed that he needed hospice care outside of my home (he lived with me and I was unable to give him the serious care that he needed). She said that she would arrange it. Two days later, a nurse told me that he was coming back home the next day. This was totally unexpected and upsetting. My ex scheduled an emergency meeting with the case manager and CNS (administrative nurse). The nurse told him that our friend would be at the hospital "until he wasn't (alive) anymore." Two days later, a doctor affiliated with the hospital called and told us that our friend was "doing great" and that he didn't qualify for hospice care at Parker because that was only for people who had only a few days to live. He said that he needed hospice care "in the community" but couldn't give us an idea of what that would be. Six days later, we got an emergency call from the CNS telling us that our friend was in danger of imminent death. A nurse had turned up his supplemental oxygen to a high level the night before in spite of his being designated for palliative care only. The CNS said that the oxygen would have to be titrated back down and that might result in immediate death. She said the case manager wanted to begin hospice care but that she herself felt it was unnecessary. The supplemental oxygen was reduced and our friend died a few hours later. So this was the good, the bad and the ugly (some of it) that we experienced over several weeks at Parker hospital. The good was so welcome. The bad and the ugly should be addressed. It shouldn't be that hard for an urban hospital to have procedures in place to keep track of patients' belongings. There isn't any excuse for losing a patient's wallet and phone. The confusing and inconsistent advice and other information that we got from medical providers? We never knew what was happening from day to day. It depended on whom we were talking to! Very confusing and stressful. There needs to be more communication among staff members and agreement on a care plan. read more

I'm a Covid patient. I have long Covid symptoms. While I so much appreciate the care that so many healthcare professionals are putting into patients like me, this hospital was horrible. Didn't come in to see me for an hour. I had to use the restroom. When I got back to my room, the nurse asked me to sit up. I had expended all of the energy in my body using the restroom. When I asked her to help me sit up, she said "you just walked all the way to the bathroom, you can do it yourself." How rude! I wouldn't have asked for help if I thought I could do it myself. It's your job to help people. Do your job. I was incredibly taken aback by that rudeness. I was nothing but kind to their staff. This whole ER is a nightmare, avoid. If a patient asks for help sitting up - why the heck wouldn't you just do it? The rudeness is beyond me. read more

My husband and I went for CT Calcium Score tests at AdventHealth Parker today. The test is not covered by insurance, but Advent Health only charges $99 for this CY imaging test, which is well worth it! We were able to do check in online, and then a quick 5 minute check in with admissions at the hospital. The radiology department is right next to admissions on the main floor of the hospital. Within 2 minutes of sitting in the waiting area, we were greeted by Courtney, who is head of CT imaging. Courtney whisked us back and I went in to another small waiting room while my husband had his CT done. His was done in 5 minutes, and then it was my turn. Courtney was sweet as can be and very professional. She was excellent at making small talk while I hopped on the table, and made me feel very comfortable. I put my hands above my head, and the scan was so so easy and only took a couple minutes. We were both out of there before the time that our first appointment was scheduled for. I highly recommend that anyone wanting to know more about their heart health gets a CT Calcium Score done at Advent Health Parker! read more

I called ahead before driving down to the ED. I wanted to know if they had Behavioral services like evaluations since it was an emergency, my father has bipolor disorder and was having an episode. Now after being passed around to different people someone finally got on the phone with me and told me their behavioral unit was full. They recommended I take him to a different center which was closed since it was after hours. I asked again if I couldn't even bring him in to get evaluated and they said no. I honestly felt so frustrated and not listened to. being a healthcare worker myself i definitely felt like they were no help. I ended up driving 1 hour away to a different hospital in Aurora. I have heard about my own patients bad experiences but first hand I probably won't ever be back. So much for what they promote. read more

Earlier this year I had foot surgery and was admitted to AdventHealth hospital in Parker, CO. I have to say I have never been treated so good at any other hospital. Then this past Tuesday I was admitted for foot surgery on my right foot. All the staff was so kind and attentive! From the RN's to the CNA's as well as the housekeepers and food service. Jennie the RN on the orthopedic floor as well as Audria were excellent and so kind. CNA Stephanie, Lawrence , and Patrice are great too. The Ot/Pt employees Emily and Kristen are amazing too!! I highly recommend this hospital and hope you'll find out for yourself how good it is!! read more

I'm came in here because I was living in a host home and I had enough of them mistreating me. So I call the police and instead of them finding me a safe place to stay for the night they put me on a M1 hold. I got here to the er and obviously they discontinued the M1. It was the middle of the night and instead of allowing me to stay until 8 in the morning when I would have money on my card to pay for a motel they made me leave the hospital in the middle of the night to sleep under a bridge. Should have read the reviews before coming here. Long wait time for no reason the nurse I had never came in to really check on me or my mom. The room they put us in is so shitty it looks like it's a room for a prisoner the tv is locked up and there is a whole ass camera in the corner of the room where is my privacy when I had to change into a gown! There is so much security they have to check your bags before even going to the emergency room making us feel like criminals. I'm Super upset with the service here. Nurses give the most attitude have no sympathy for anybody but themselves they get paid to be rude to you and not treat you well. You would think you would have the best care here because it's in a nice area but in reality you won't. I will not recommend anyone to come here do not waste your time at this emergency room!!!!! read more

My g/f went in to have sinus surgery, Dr. Boyd and his intake nurses were kind and on it, however the recovery nurse was terrible, she was lackadaisical at best with how she was doing her job, the worst part is she told my g/f to take Oxycodone and tynlenol space 2 hours apart. When this cocktail did not work and she was in excruciating pain I started to research what else we could do and re-read all of her discharge info, were it clearing stated DO NOT TAKE OXY AND OTHER TYLENOL products together, its ineffective and bad for your kidneys and liver. I switched her to ibprofen and she finally got some relief no thanks to that terrible recovery nurse's instructions. Do yourself a favor and make sure you get a competent recovery nurse if you go to this hospital or ask to speak with the doctor one more time before you leave, so you can avoid unnecessary discomfort. read more

Terrible service! These clowns literally refused service to a child after they'd waited 2 months for an appointment because the mom took their mask down to take a drink. Even though other doctors in the office weren't wearing masks. the office staff thinks they know better than the doctors and said that, "they can't control what the doctors do." They literally called the police on them and had them escorted off the property. Over a stupid face diaper! I'm livid! This place is an absolute joke. What kind of hospital refuses service to a person in need!? Don't ever go here! read more

Thankfully, my family has had several positive experiences at the Parker Adventist Hospital. From multiple ER visits with prompt attention to now 5 surgeries with top-notch care, we've been quite happy with the hospital in Parker. We are lucky to have such wonderful caregivers in the area. read more

Really wish I had read the reviews before taking my daughter here. It's like an inner city ER. Metal detectors, police everywhere. Ridiculously long wait times & they only allowed one of us to come back with my daughter so my husband is having to wait completely outside the ER. Parker hospital did not used to be like this. Not sure what's happened but next time we need an ER we will be going to castle rock or sky ridge. Truly awful experience. read more

Do I need to rate this hospital? Because this place doesn't deserve a star at all. I have been in the waiting room for like 3 hours now and the nurse at front told us the wait will be longer after she check us in. When i said if we can leave she said they will charge us? For what exactly? For just waiting in the waiting room? I have been in hospital at Denver and let me tell you something if something happens again I will drive to Denver or somewhere else instead of coming here. They act like they don't care for your health or well being. If you know as a nurse the wait is long and the condition you are in is not good you should have told us in advance so we can go to another hospital that could provide us a good service. Unprofessional, unconsidered and ridiculous. Not coming back. Disappointed! Now wait for that big bill in the mail for a service they didn't give well at all. read more

The healthcare providers do not listen to the patient at all. They perform unnecessary tests and are all about profit. Do not sign anything they put in front of you! $23,000 of tests to conclude that I should take an aspirin. Shady in all areas- doctor and "patient representative " work against you as a patient to line their pockets. Beware especially if you are 60 or over-totally ageist facility! read more
