This hospital damn near killed my brother. Went in because he had brown pee and clay colored poop. His liver enzymes were very high and after one day stopped giving him antibiotics and IV fluids even though drinking water made him nauseous. After 6 days and no answers they released him. He gets home and 2 days later his eyes and skin were turning yellow. He has been in liver failure. How do doctors miss this. If hes got permanent liver damage because of their incompetence we will be contacting a lawyer.

Kind , caring staff. Excellent outpatient testing. Mammograms are never fun, but the staff does their best to make it pleasant.

Because of the outstanding care and treatment my sister received from the doctors and the entire staff at St.

I came here to get knowledge about what's going on with me, and it was a mixed bag. Of course, they…read morestill helped me with the major issue I was having, but it felt like the doctor had shrugged off other symptoms I was having and I didn't appreciate that. I asked clarifying questions about what it could be and the doctor said, "I don't know," and didn't even try to figure it out further. The nurses/techs were nice, at least. I just wish I could have been helped more for what I paid. If you need to go to a urologist, I would look elsewhere.

We have been to this office twice this week as a new patient. Be prepared to WAIT! You aren't put…read morein the queue to be seen until after you fill out more forms. Staff seem to room all 6 patient rooms at once as the waiting room gets full. Waited 45 minutes after our appointment time and were seen out of order since we had to leave for another appointment. The nurse practitioner was very professional and as thorough as was expected. Never saw a doctor. As we exited the patient room we stood and waited to turn in paperwork and make additional appointments. There was a counter and sink full of urine samples next to where we stood behind 4 other patients waiting to check out. At the same time new patients were waiting to come in. Went back today for just a blood test.?Again a cluster of people at the entry desk with 4 people waiting. Don't know if it's a double booking issue or what? Waited 20 minutes after the appointment time. People seem to be constantly overstepping each other- both patients and staff. Parking is also a bit challenging since the office is adjacent to St David's hospital. Hoping the care level is worth the challenging office dynamics.

Love the doctors and staff but agree with Tina that they are thieves when it comes to over-…read morepayments. I have been trying since August to have a huge over-payment refunded and they give excuse after excuse. Even if they finally agree to return MY money, I was told it will be a minimum of 12 weeks to process the reimbursement. By then, they will have held my money hostage for almost a year. I found out about my over-payment accidentally - they only send statements when you owe them. Watch your account because there's no telling how many patients have overpaid and will never know it. Another annoyance is that the billing department takes forever to process insurance claims. You can't trust them and they couldn't care less about helping you. And an update: I had (my final) well-woman exam where lab work was done. In the past, a copy of my results came in the mail but after a month and no contact from them, I called the nurse practitioner. She said the new Little River policy is that she could tell me if I was in normal ranges over the phone, but if I wanted a copy of my results I would have to fill out a form and pay $25. WHAT? It's my blood, I paid to have it tested and I have to pay more to find out the results? Little River must really be in financial trouble to extort this kind of charge from patients. Another reason to go elsewhere.

I will start by saying my Orthopedic Doctor, Dr. English, is fantastic. I give him 5 stars. I've…read morebeen seeing him for years. He's the best. Georgetown orthopedics was recently bought out by Little River Health Care. I went in about a month ago and had an Xray (it was not Dr. English I saw that day) - the bill I revieved was super high.I've never seen a bill for an Xray that high - I had an MRI done for $150 less just last year. I called and was told when they were bought out by LRHC, the cost of xrays more than doubled. So - lesson learned. Great doctor, who I will continue to see, but go somewhere else for the Xray. Make sure you ask the cost before you allow them to do the Xray at the office - you will be shocked!!
