Estephanie was awesome as an assistant; she's very professional and has great customer service skills. My therapist, Don, was awesome! He is very thorough and informative; he listens and makes sure the patient understands. Don is also very encouraging and praises improvement; he has a great sense of humor also. The office/facility is small but not in a bad way; there is enough room do exercises without bumping into anyone or anything and it does not feel crowded. I would recommend this office to friends and family!

I showed up and not only incurred a very costly lesson about checking with my actual insurance rather than the provider, but was lightly admonished for being late. I don't know if I believe in chiropractic care. This felt very scammy like I was being sold a used car. I'm feeling really foolish for falling for these tactics. My back still hurts and now I owe nearly $300 for two adjustments I could have had done for zero out of pocket expense if I had taken the time to search my insurance's website for doctors in my network (Dr. Shows said he knew of none in our area, there are actually pages of them). Go to this practice if you hate any kind of ethics oversight.

I had to reschedule twice due to work and summer school, but they were extremely accommodating despite the limited hours. Bedside manner is pleasant and when I was first examined, I felt like I was being cared for. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant, with a side of 80s music (which I loved lol). As for my neck and shoulder injury, it has significantly decreased to the point I feel no pain at all. If you want a caring, patient and kind physical therapist with amazing staff, go here!

Instead of receiving a straightforward response, the therapist became defensive, which made me very uncomfortable. I was also told that payment for the records had to be made in cash only, with no option to pay by card or any digital payment method. I found that unusual and inconvenient. Patients should be able to request their medical records and treatment plans without feeling like they're causing a problem. My goal was only to stay informed about my own care, but the interaction left me disappointed and frustrated.

Before the accident and at 73 years old I believe I was slowly letting myself go down the road of decrepitude. I think that the accident woke me up and showed me that the low-impact exercise that is offered by physical therapy outfits like PRO-PT is the way. I call BS on that old adage "no pain, no gain" as a sure way to deliver doubt to us older citizens. Physical therapy is a very good thing to start with and if you wish to look like Jack La Lane (before he went on to his reward) well then go for the gymnasium with at least a good start. Just an old guy's opinion.
