So after coordinating time off from work and driving 45 minutes one way, I left without being treated. I was offered to come back in 3 hours or to schedule for another day, both if which I declined. I will be changing my referral to another provider. Peoples time is important, please pay closer attention when doing your job, and have a little more respect for your patients time and maybe consider not wasting people's time and having a negative impact on their work lives as well.

Before the accident and at 73 years old I believe I was slowly letting myself go down the road of decrepitude. I think that the accident woke me up and showed me that the low-impact exercise that is offered by physical therapy outfits like PRO-PT is the way. I call BS on that old adage "no pain, no gain" as a sure way to deliver doubt to us older citizens. Physical therapy is a very good thing to start with and if you wish to look like Jack La Lane (before he went on to his reward) well then go for the gymnasium with at least a good start. Estephanie was awesome as an assistant; she's very professional and has great customer service skills. My therapist, Don, was awesome! He is very thorough and informative; he listens and makes sure the patient understands. Don is also very encouraging and praises improvement; he has a great sense of humor also. The office/facility is small but not in a bad way; there is enough room do exercises without bumping into anyone or anything and it does not feel crowded. I would recommend this office to friends and family!

Aunt was there for a few years until the end of her life…read more The staff has always been helpful and kind to my mil & husband & i when visiting except for once. They even let us bring in our pups to see her because my aunt loved our dog, as long as they were vaccinated which they were because we belonged to a dog park that requires them. The other residents really enjoyed our dogs as well. The one time that they were kinda rude was the day my aunt passed away. She already crossed to the other side, but we were all in there to say our goodbyes. It was extremely hot in the room so I had to step out a few times. One of the times I stepped out, it was a young man I had never met before demand rudely why I was out in the hallway several times. He was working at the desk right across the room so I figured he would have known that the patient across from his desk had passed. I explained to him that our family member had passed, but it was extremely hot in the room which he did finally turn his attitude around for. I've had nothing, but pleasant experiences here while visiting except for with this person.
