They said that's fine. After four days of letting my bike sit in their shop while they worked on 100s of bikes all throughout the week, I finally came in because I got the news. FedEx had lost my package. They were Johnny on a spot. The front cashier ALEIDA asked me if I wanted to go pick up a different tire and I told her that was my only transportation I told her I could Uber, but she said that she wouldn't allow that. so she went out her way and picked up my tire for me so they could get started on my bike. The mechanic LOGAN came up to me. He said there's a lot of bikes in front of you, but I will get you done today. So after hours of him working on 10+ ahead of me the team stayed late just to get me back on the road talk about AMAZING service and care for other Riders. Big shout out to ALEIDA and LOGAN. Sunrise is a great team. huge respect 10/10 would definitely be back for anything.

Chris does great work. Bikes they sell are quality. Sometimes it takes awhile to get things done…read morebecause they are genuinely really busy. The owner, jake, is incredibly nice and is conscientious when working with customers. 4 stars only because the worker, Richard, who only works saturdays, likes to act like he knows what he's doing. He doesn't, and you will end up being charged more for his work. Avoid that mechanic at all costs. Just take your bike in during the week and let Chris do the work. It'll save you money in the long run and you are supporting someone who does great work and is a kind person, rather than someone who is abusive to other employees and will tell you your lying if you say something is wrong with your bike. The only other game in town for this type of work is fusion, and you will be overcharged for shoddy work there, so just see Chris and Jake for everything.

It establishes an unspoken trust in an industry riddled with untrustworthy types. Take it from me, I used to work in it. Having said that - this is the motorcycle shop an enthusiast, weekend warrior or someone just starting out can buy a bike, get it serviced or fill a parts order without having to second guess the professionalism or integrity of the staff. They are busy and it took them about a month to get the repair estimate but once I gave the go ahead they were terrific about keeping me updated about the status of the work being performed. After Mike got done working on it and I took it down Tidewater on the way home the bike ran like brand new. Of course it helped that I had drained the tank before putting it into storage. Real old school, reliable way of doing motorcycle maintenance.
