Moonshine prepared the old school way with business savvy. Says they sold their first batch and are growing based on demand. Main room has three pot stills with thumpers, they're working on a fourth still. HM is "proof" that with determination and know how, it's possible to make a go of it. But two of the samples are pickles and peaches. Those should just be samples, not part of the tasting. That said, the Ownby bourbon was good, I liked it a lot. I am generally against flavored whiskey but I enjoyed the espresso martini whiskey and root beer whiskey. I had sampled an ole Smokey moonshine years ago but didn't care for it. But sampling the razz n berry and the apple pie moonshines - I liked those. Walked out with too many bottles but I will definitely enjoy them over time.
