Reminded me of my childhood, I felt like I walked into a time machine especially with the 80's music playing in the mini golf course. I couldn't find when this place was built but google earth pics show it was there in 1995 so I guess it was built in the 90's. Arcade - Actually up to date but not my style. Mostly ticket type games which is what you typically see these days. They had token machines instead of swipe cards which was nostalgic. The kids seemed to enjoy it. Facility - Looks like they're maintaining rather than improving the property. Late 80 to early 90's architecture. Facility was clean and retro with neon lights inside the building. Food - The kitchen looked clean. I didn't eat there but saw food others got and it looked like normal concession type foods. They were making pizza to order that looked ok. A bottle of water and a medium diet pepsi were normal prices for a place of that type. Mini Golf - Three courses, all of them seemed the same. Water from the waterfall had a foul smell but it was still fun. Didn't try the bumper boats, go karts, laser tag or batting cages but they seemed popular. A sign inside had specials every day of the week that seemed reasonable for families. All around a good time. I think the corporate office should spend more on the property. I will go back when it's cooler for another round of mini golf. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. A waste of money and time. Worst experience EVER. Most of the games do not work including the laser tag equipment. One of the staff members stated they are all old sorry "y'all can just keep playing but the vets don't work". Spoke with the manager Jennifer, who is the absolute worst and extremely unprofessional. My teacher partner took 4 our our students here today for a party that we booked to reward them for their excellent STAAR scores on reading and math. We booked the mega-party and were not disappointed. Our students had so much fun at the arcade. Great variety of games to please everyone. We were provided a party room that was all set up and ordered our food and drinks that came with the party package. Our party host was wonderful and kept coming by to ask if we needed anything. Food was good and plentiful. The service from the staff was excellent from the management, party host, ride attendants, and prize redeemer. We even had the go-car staff offer to drive one of our kiddos who could not drive himself. Music was excellent and brought back memories from my teenage years. (I am in my 50s.) This place is HORRIBLE so run down and horrible workers.We did the go carts and the track and karts were so run down and barely would start.once we started driving the carts about every 15 seconds the karts would stop moving for about 10 seconds and would not even go fast. Then my son got kicked out for bumping somebody 1 time. The put put golf was horrible and there were so many holes and it was bumpy. Honestly this place is so run down it is 100 percent not worth the money and time.Also the go kart workers were smoking and drinking alcohol. The manger was totally drunk and after the race was finished he got in a go kart and started doing donuts and laughing with some of the other employees while smoking. Came in an hour before they closed and we were unable to purchase anything (even an arcade card) due to all their registers being "closed". All the employees were laying down on benches checking their cell phones. Don't waste your time. This place is a solid 3 stars. For a Friday afternoon mini-golf date the place isn't too bad. It's definitely a scene for teens, but there's plenty of fun adults can enjoy as well. Some of the things we hated were the minimal presence of the staff. We stood around for a good 5 minutes before someone rang us up to golf. When we encountered the endangered species known as Staff Member, they were friendly. The course itself (specifically course #2, the "hardest" one) was okay. Putting was challenging with all of the cracked concrete beneath the course, but I guess you could say the cracks added an additional obstacle! Some of the holes were duplicates and not challenging at all. I'd say the only thing hard about it was that every hole was Par 2 otherwise it's just your typical course. Overall, we had a good time. A round with 2 people took around 20 minutes. The arcade had a few good games, but a majority of the games either wouldn't accept our tokens or ate our tokens without letting us play. We were stuck with like 8 games out of the ~30 they had. Again, still fun, but a bummer that we couldn't play the games we really wanted to. Also, the prizes are a joke. They're just a bunch of random crap that you'd find in a Christmas stocking at grandma's house. We were banking on buying a butt ton of candy, but nope! They only had Airheads. Seriously, nothing else. We ended up giving our nearly 1000 tickets to a random kid. Seeing as this is the only "all-in-one activity" place nearby, I'd come back if a group of my friends just wanted to kill some time on a weekend. On a sunny day I was looking for an outdoor batting cage nearby and here I found the best place to get about 25 pitches per token. For $10 you can get 7 tokens and there are nine personal batting cages you can choose from (four fast pitch and three slow pitch). You bring your own bat, and they supply the balls (that's right). You have to walk through the arcade portion of the venue to get to the cages, but on a bright Saturday afternoon, that was not a problem. I took my kids here for some fun this past weekend. We were EXTREMELY disappointed! The arcade games took our coins a few times and the games didn't work, so we had to chase down a staff member each time to get help getting our coins back. A good bit of the games take 4 coins and they are not really worth that many. The tickets don't print out as many as they are supposed too. I won 100 tickets on the wheel of fortune and it literally printed out 2 tickets. Some games didn't print out any tickets at all. The entire place just seems old, out of date, dirty, and unkept. When we walked in, there were 3 trash cans with tied bags inside near the front of the concession area, when we left 2 hours later the trash bags were still there. The restrooms were filthy too, I felt dirty after walking out of them. My kids and I played a round of golf. We had a good time but the course also needs some updating. One bench we came across had rotting wood so we couldn't sit on it. We didn't try the go-carts, but there was a very long line of people waiting to ride because several of the carts were out of commission. We are from North Carolina and have really enjoyed Frankie's Fun Park which has state of the art equipment, games, rides, and a card system with no tickets and coins. So I guess we were a little spoiled. This place is in a convenient location, so if they just do some renovations and upgrades to their games and golf course, this would be a great place. read more

My son wanted to try a new spot that offered go-karts, laser tag, arcade games, and miniature golf. First off let me say this place needs some serious renovations and cleaning. It was filthy and a lot of games and the batting cage was not working. I mean I did not want to use the restroom there let alone buy any food. The employees did not seem like they wanted to be there very poor customer service skills. Since I paid for the batting cage and it didn't work I requested a refund the manager acted like it was a problem that I asked for my money back. I would not ever return to this place. I pretty much take my 3 year old Grandson here every week on a Tuesday. We play mini golf on two of the most boring courses but what does a 3 year old know? We also play an increasing number of arcade games as he seems to be pretty good at these. I made the mistake of going on a Saturday and it was a zoo. In my rush to get to his favorite arcade game I used a $20 bill to get tokens from a machine; that's' a lot of tokens and my pockets were still bulging as we went to sign in and pay for mini golf. The "manager" refused to let me pay for the golf with tokens and would not let me cash them in. What's the big deal in relieving me of this poundage? Guess they figure once they got your money their not going to take the chance of losing a penny. Total lack of common courtesy and customer relations savvy. On 10-17-20 I took 2 of my grandsons to enjoy the go-karts. It was not only a terrible experience for them, but, also for me and other racers/parents/grandparents. The lack of kart maintenance was on display with sputtering engines but also the karts "stopping" while on the track. This happened many, many times for not only my grandsons, but it appeared for many other riders. Other parents expressed concerned as well. I discussed this concern with the on-site manager. Additionally, the was some F.O.D. [foreign object debris on the track itself...a spray can laying against the safety railing]. Make sure you flush out the public water fountains near the "kiddie track"...nasty rusty water streamed out for several minutes. Fortunate it wasn't an extremely hot weather day. A potential safety hazard! To his credit, the manager did go out to the track to verify the hazard. And apologized for the experience. My take-a-way is that the owners are squeezing all of the profits from the amusement facility with nothing going back into maintenance. I did survey a few employees working at various locations/venues the park offered. Some of them shared information...some did not. In this case I was told it is difficult to find a go-kart mechanic...REALLY!?!?! Maybe paying a good mechanic their value would be helpful. We won't go back. I should have turned around as soon as I stepped foot in the place because it was soooo hot. The place is in need of major renovations. I said well ok I'll get my tickets, grab a bite to eat and go outside. Stood in line for 15 mins because they only had one register working...smh As I stepped to the counter I asked if I could substitute a regular drink for slushes and I'd pay the difference. Manager stated no because they didn't have a button on the register...Are you serious? What freaking year are we in. So boom moving forward. I order a pizza drinks and chicken nuggets and then attempted to sit down. The food area was atrocious. Trash everywhere. I go to the counter and ask if they could clean a table and reminded them that it's COVID and they should stay on top of it. Young lady comes and soaks the tables down and didn't dry them off...Interesting..My nieces and I grab napkins and dry the tables off. So then the food comes but no chicken nuggets. I advice the food counter and they immediately pull nuggets out the freezer and bring them to me in 3 mins...Guess what? They were frozen on the inside. I take the nuggets back and the young lady asks if I would like a refund for my nuggets. I say yes and she's like well stand in line...The line is literally wrapped around the place...So now I pissed and I say forget it. We walk outside and stand in line for about an hour to get on the go karts and then we are informed that the go karts would be down for an hour and a half or more. I could have passed out from that because everything was just so bad and the disappointment on the kids face is what hurt the most. Went today with my boyfriend after we bought Groupon passes online. It was $22 for 2 people. That got you access to three attractions. So you got to pick. We did mini golf first, it was a decent course. Nothing that exciting. It was basic at best, you could tell this location is very old. It needs a good remodel. Next was laser tag we had wanted to play upon arrival but the rope was up in front of it and not a worker in site. We finally asked the snack counter when would the laster tag be open. The girl walked back and asked a few coworkers then asked us a few times if we wanted to play right now. We definitely did, so she came out and got it set. The actual game attendant came over immediately. He had to double check and make sure our vests worked. So that wasn't a good sign, the gear looked really old. It was just the two of us playing but we enjoyed it. I liked how the gun told you the time left in the game. The course wasn't that exciting but we didn't pay much for our pass so it was okay. It's a one level course with these plastic walls to hide behind and windows to look through. It's nothing compared to main events laster tag area. Last was bumper boats, it was okay. You should wait till there's more people to play against we played against each other. Which was amusing cause it was just us squirting each other constantly. My boyfriend did one round on the batting cage. He enjoyed that. Overall nothing I'd ever pay full price for. If you can come on a discount day, or buy Groupon. Then I'd say go for it. I will give you 3 stars only because my husband and I and little girl had fun yesterday. We got there and no one was at the registers inside so we walked outside where the putters are. They told us to go back inside we would pay inside. Well the register wasn't working even with two people helping. So she said to walk outside again they would turn the register on. We walk outside the girl that was already there said "oh my register closed go back inside", we told her they're going to turn it on the other one isn't working. So that girl, and the one before and a guy came out all three of them after sliding my husband card 4 times, she continued to make faces everytime the machine didn't work. Finally she was like here's your wrist bands come back after you're done with putt putting the machines should be working. So we came back, it worked and we paid. We went go karting well the first car I had stopped a couple of times in the middle of the track, I had to bang on the gas, I was going really slow one point fast in another, the car would jerk my daughter and I and then the car would be going so fast it was out of control. I tried to tell the guys but instead of offering another go around they said we would look at the car. The second go around, the guy wasn't paying attention so I had to scream for him can we go ride again, he gave me another two seater and this is how I know the other car was messed up because I was going fast the whole time no problems. I can tell you that you have about 4 men out there while we ride, they need to be more attentive they shouldn't be walking across the track to talk on his cell phone, they shouldn't have there backs turned to have a conversation. The same guy who was on his phone apparently runs the bumper boats. Bumper boats were really fun. We played games inside, had to call someone over because the ski ball machine wasn't giving us our tickets. My conclusion, it shouldn't take 3 people and 1 hour almost for y'all to get the registers to work. Fix your go karts could had been out of gas. I went here to use the batting cages. I bought several batting cage tokens and went to the cages. The first machine ate my token and threw zero pitches. I went back to the desk and they gave me the token again, and said they sent a guy to fix the machine. He "fixed" the machine, and then I went into a different cage. It threw 2 pitches (it was supposed to throw 20 pitches per token). I went back to the desk again and asked for a refund, since their machines obviously don't work. They said they won't do a refund for any reason. I was angry and just left. This was a really terrible experience. read more

The equipments are ripped or broken for all their activities! Don't waste your money. I took my grandson here while he was staying with me. The putt putt golf is fun - no different from any other putt putt golf course. The rest had issues. Most of the arcade games were broken. When I informed the desk they told me to go to the broken game and page the technician. Er...how do I page the technician? Couldn't figure it out. Why couldn't she page the technician? After losing a quanitty of tokens in third rate arcade games tht didin't work, the bumper boats were not operational that day. We were told they would be running the next day and the day after. Dallas is a long way from where we live. We were in Dallas for another event, and we had no plans to travel up there again to play bumper boats. To ride the Go-carts, a specific hieght requirement was stated on the phone message. My grandson met the height requirement. When we decided to get a double cart, I was told it could only be used by someone over sixteen with a valid driver's license. If you are an adult with a valid driver 's license, you don't need to drive G-carts to go fast around corners. Whether he would have been allowed to operate a single g-cart, I don't know. When I was in high school, this is the type of place that we drove an hour to visit. Although the allure has faded a bit, it still kicks ass that this is in my back yard. OK, I would give it 5 stars for the batting cage alone. What the heck happened to all of those? Just because the Rangers haven't been to the playoffs in 10 years , you have to close down all the cages? How the heck is local talent supposed to develop? Seriously, they have 8 cages of varying speeds and they generally work real well. Truly a rare find! On the flip side, the arcade kind of sucks, which caused me to drop one star.The games seemed out of old and ready to be retired. Does no one care now that every other kid has a Wii? If you're looking for deals, winter is your time of year. When I was there on Thursday night. They had a $9 all-you-can-play putt-putt (although I'm worried that they will charge you extra for all of the hyphens). Heck, you were going to spend that money on some piss-poor movie anyway. Putt putt golf: pretty decent size or shall I say tremendously huge? 3.Go kart racing: This is pretty much self explanatory but just imagine a part of the track going above the main track. Kind of like a bridge that overlaps the track which is awesome. 4. Video Games; pretty much all of the kiddy games but whats better than that huH? where kids can be kids, and where adults can pwned kids and feel good about their self esteem without feeling like a jerk. But you throw them all together . . . and this place was perfect for what we were looking for. This is a solid place to go to have fun, even as an adult. From first date with the girl who is now my wife, to batting practice this past weekend, I've come plenty of times. They post lots of coupons on their own website, so make sure you go there and print before coming. Miniature golf is always a classic. The course is not particularly well-maintained - there are plenty of broken spots on the course, damaged greens, etc., but it's mini golf. We're not expecting a five-star experience. Kids generally don't notice those things. Isn't it great how kids just adapt to whatever the circumstance is without wishing it were something better or different? I wish we could still have some of that as adults. There's a small arcade inside, with some fun options. Tickets for prizes, all the usual sorts of things. Outside there are also waterboats (great fun for a group of adults, as I know from experience!) and go-karts. The go-karts are reasonably fast and on a fun course. There are also batting cages outside, which I go to relatively often. Generally good experiences there, although the bats are pretty worn. They have a variety of baseball speed settings, as well as softball. The softballs are midway between a slow-pitch and fast-pitch...not as much arc as a slow-pitch, not as fast as a fast-pitch. Still helpful practice. All in all, it's an aging place. I used to come here with my family when I was a little kiddo with my parents. Now I'm 27 and I'm still coming here. Not much has changed in all those years, but it's still a great place to come, as a kid, as an adult, or even with a group of adults! read more
