This was my first time here. Smaller compared to similar concepts but easily navigable and it was clean. All thr games worked without issues though they had two pricing structures. Regular and VIP. I wasn't sure what VIP was or if that's something we could sign up for. My kids earned some tickets, not a whole lot but was happy the award center had small items they could still get and were happy. The guy managing it has a lot of patience dealing with some of the craziness abound. Kudos to him. He was helpful and very nice. I reserved bowling online and got sticker shock. For two adults and 3 kids 6 and under for one lane came out to a hair over $100 for Friday night. I was really turned off by the online convenience fee of $8. The process was easy though and check in a good experience. They had the names populated for thr game. Although they ask you for players shoe sizes before hand if available, that didn't carry over to the staff at check in so we had to relate it again. While bowling we enjoyed ourselves. The equipment was maintained and operational. It was cool you could upload photos of your visit and it would appear on the screens in the lanes. Table configurations were a little tight. Food ordering was straightforward. The person that took care of us was Thai. I got to give him credit as he was a one man show it seemed. Bartending, taking orders and making sure we're were taken care of. The pizza was horrible. Fries were better. Cocktails were good. Food pricing was reasonable. All in all, it's a good choice if you are looking for a less chaotic place for family or even a date.

I came here with my family recently and had a good experience. We did the Late Night Pick N' Play. This allows you to pay $9.99 and choose between bowling, billiards, or arcades for unlimited play until closing. We went bowling and arcades. We also ordered kids' meals for my kids. The bowling included shoe rentals, and there were plenty of balls in good condition; the lane we used had no issues, and we had a good time bowling. The kids enjoyed their pizza and tenders. The meals came with friends and a fountain drink. The drinks are refillable. This is a good value for $8! The arcades included free play, so you didn't get tickets to redeem for prizes. However, my kids enjoyed it, and there were nice makes of arcades and games for prizes. We'll be back to try to Lazer tag. We didn't get to try it because of low staffing. Give them a try if you're in the area and need a bowling alley with more than just bowling.

I came here during the summer time with my group of big kids from my school program! FIELD TRIP!!! Woohoo! We had a blast!!!! We played for an hour or so until the time ran out. Afterward, we had pepperoni pizza, lemonade and fruit punch. Although the allotted slices were 2/each per kid, the kids were still hungry! Can I suggest something else to go with the pizza? Maybe fries or some other kid friendly party food? I think the 2 slices/each was part of the package deal, though so we got what we got. And looking through the menu, I was shocked. Is that the price of a soda these days? *grumbles in Middle Millennial 90's kid* We didn't really see much of the staff because we came early, but the manager was really helpful and nice. The kid taking our shoe sizes was less than responsive...Maybe he hasn't had his coffee yet? IDK. But the personalities between the two was like night and day. I'd TOTALLY come here with a group of friends so I wouldn't have to go easy on them LOL

I was in the area and made a last minute decision to take my daughter. She had a blast! It was very clean, well lit, and tons of lanes. On top of that, they much more entertainment to enjoy. I'm sure we'll be back!

Here for my daughter's birthday party. Seems the kids had a blast. Didn't do much bowling but loved the arcade. Only reason I'm deducting 1 star is for the super-rude, apparently unhappy with her life teen who was annoyed that I wanted more $$$ on the game card because it interrupted her phone play time (see pic). Sweet baby Jesus, that was one helluva scowl on her face.

Nice entertainment spot for the kids and family. They have a small arcade on one side and bowling on the other side. Big spacious dining room. Games are extra pricey compared to other games spot. $1.25 - $2.00 that's alot.

Great fun for family and friends. They have lots to do here for all ages. We bowled on the neon lanes and had a great time. They played tons of 90's hit music that brought back some great memories for me. We arrived around 6:00pm on a weekday which was perfect timing, we ended up having the entire neon lane area to ourselves for an hour. By 7:30pm all of the lanes were packed. The bartender was fantastic, he was so funny and had great humor as he came over to our lane to take our drink orders. They also have an arcade with a variety of games, laser tag, virtual darts, and so much more. I highly recommend Strikz if you're feeling a little competitive and looking for some friendly fun. Oh, I almost forgot... make sure to check-in on the Yelp app when you get here. They will give you a free $10 gift card for the arcade. Enjoy!

Great 'first bowling experience' for our daughter. We've been here before, but this was the first time with kids and choosing the upgraded bowling area. I definitely think it's worth the extra couple bucks to be in this spot. I like that it was less crowded and the black lights give it a cool vibe. We ordered the southwest chicken egg rolls and chicken tenders. Both were so delicious, we didn't leave a bite behind. Good food, great service, and the bowling couldn't have been better with the family. We'll be back!

Strikz is a wonderful escape. There's so much to do there. Fun place to enjoy bowling, lots of games. Unlimited laser tag for a reasonable cost! The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Everyone is very friendly, attentive helpful and professional. Great family environment with good food, and always clean. Very nice facility. Consistently great!

I went for a networking event and they provided the food and entertainment. I tired several of their appetizers which were mostly finger foods but were decent for an entertainment establishment. Drinks were reasonably priced but I wish they had a bigger selection. I had got settle for my third option because the first two they didn't carry. We tried the axe throwing and it was so much fun. I'll definitely go back and try some of the other activities they have available like bowling or pool.

Shout out to Daniel, Trevor and Joe at Strikz! This place is open and they have implemented every precaution under CDC guidelines. We went to bowl this Sunday and was greeted by Daniel who had us in a lane and told us all the info needed to have tons of fun and be safe at the same time. He explained all the new guidelines and got us set up in a lane with every other lane blocked off for social distancing . While enjoying our bowling Trevor was very helpful and their menu list is great and has reasonable prices. The place was clean, there's hand sanitizer available for use everywhere! Overall my family had a great time, and we highly recommend this place . Please support this local business and keep it running in this difficult times for businesses everywhere.

Can't remember last time I went to or saw an indoor mini golf place, but given that it was a bit warm that afternoon and it was October, indoor-monster-themed-mini-golf was the perfect mix. After finishing the mini golf, we enjoyed their small arcade area and our son was able to get some cool monster-themed prizes with his tickets. I really liked the theme and how unique this place was, compared to the other kids places of this variety (Dave and Busters, Chuck E Cheese, etc). After our weekend in Frisco, Monster Mini golf was actually one of the highlights of the trip and the friendly staff made it all the better. He's been racing regularly since early November at another Andretti location and has already been officially verified as meeting the height requirement for the junior track. We came to this location excited, with family in town, expecting the same consistency. Instead, he was denied access based on a manager's visual guess from behind the counter. No one measured him. No policy was clearly explained. No customer records were checked. And the manager refused to even come out to engage directly. If height requirements are about safety (which we fully respect), then they should be enforced objectively and consistently. Guessing from a distance is not safety--it's laziness and poor leadership. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy. Watching a child who loves racing go from excited to confused and disappointed--without explanation or care--was heartbreaking and entirely avoidable. The Andretti name stands for precision and professionalism. What we experienced here was the opposite: disengaged management, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a total breakdown in customer experience. We didn't ask for special treatment. We expected competence, consistency, and basic respect--especially when dealing with kids. This experience ruined our visit and seriously damaged our trust in this location. Until Andretti addresses these leadership and operational issues, we won't be returning--and we'll think twice before recommending it to other families.

The race cars are really the main attraction here and the entire place revolves around the racing. You cannot make a reservation. It's a first come, first serve situation. There are four racing categories (see below), so if you come with a group of mixed ages or heights you may not all be able to race together (I've witnessed this shock when birthday parties assume they can race together). The Intermediate and Junior Races are slower than you'd assume. I could jog faster, but the WORST part is the speed. They go so slow and are controlled so it's nearly impossible to pass another racer or actually RACE! The Mini Mario has some speed and speed is adjusted based on the general age of the racers in the heat. The cost is $29 down to $15, which doesn't sound horrible, but after waiting for a long time for your group to be called and then racing for 1min to 7 minutes, the cost is really high! High enough you're not likely to get in line and do it again. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ugh. There are kiosks and a giant line with actual people at a counter. Don't be mistaken YOU MUST go to the kiosk FIRST and fill out waivers, although there are no signs anywhere telling you that. We've filled out waivers on line before arriving, only to find ourselves at the front of the line and told "we can't find it, now to to the kiosks and get back in line". It's awful. The employees don't seem to like their jobs, or likely are sick of people being upset at them for the HORRIBLE process management has set up. We've never been able to find someone on the floor to help us when a video game eats our money or doesn't work either. The guys in the race area are hit or miss. Sometimes they're patient and kind. Other times they mumble and seem pissed off to be there. GAMES: The video games are the same as other places around town, but after driving all the way out here, searching for parking and then racing for 5 minutes we've always felt like we need to play a few games to make the trip worth it. FOOD: We've never eaten here, but it's basic bar food (hamburger, hot dogs, nachos, etc) and the cost is high for such basic food. We'd rather pay the same amount for better food options in the area. All that to say, expect to spend $$$ to come race, eat and play at Andrettis. Make sure your group has checked the height & age requirements to make sure you can race together. And finally, come with a lot of patience. ----- Race Categories ----- ADULT RACE 7- Minute Heat. We got an appetizer two entrées and a dessert along with 2 90 minute unlimited gameplay cards. My wife and I had an amazing experience beginning with the service. Our waitress was very friendly did a very good job of explaining the package and made sure that we had a great experience throughout the night. For the appetizer, my wife and I ordered the pretzel dogs and I am not kidding when I say these are some of the best pretzel dogs that I've ever had. It was also accompanied by a cheese sauce that had a little bit of a kick with possibly some paprika mixed it. It was the perfect combo and it was a great bite, dipping the hotdog into the cheese sauce. This will definitely be on the rotation for when my wife and I come back to Dave & Buster's. For entrées, my wife ordered the sirloin steak and I ordered the teriyaki sirloin steak. For Dave and Busters not being a steakhouse, these steaks were very good and definitely over exceeded my expectations. The steak was perfectly cooked and had very good seasoning and some very good flavor around it. I usually do not recommend ordering steaks outside of a steakhouse but my wife and I decided we were trying to be a little bit healthier, but and I would recommend the sirloin steak option if you're looking for something a little bit healthier at Dave & Buster's. The fries are very good and also very well seasoned. The steak also came with some frazzled onions. They were also very good and having a bite with the steak the frazzled onions and some fries was what's wrong Luca a tasty bite. To close out our dinner, my wife and I ordered the brownie sundae and it was a slam dunk and capped off a perfect rotation for our dual meal. The brownies were not too rich, and that ice cream was very good and it was the perfect combination. The restaurant had a great atmosphere over overall and after our dinner, we went ahead and took advantage of unlimited play for an hour and a half and I was reminded of my childhood and how much fun I had at Dave & Buster's and was glad that my wife recommended doing this as a date night suggestion for Valentines. Especially for a Friday night it was not overly crowded. We did not have to wait to play any of the games that we wanted Luca Luca, and they had a greatest assortment of different types of games to play they kept that's very entertained for the whole hour and a half. This was a great experience. The food was delicious. The gameplay was a lot of fun and felt for $100 that this was extremely great value will definitely look at coming back to Dave & Buster's for future date night occasions and taking up some of the other different dining and gaming options.
