I am adding an additional star because they apologized for the inconvenience but they said it was a known system flaw. They claimed it's been fixed so, fingers crossed, the next group won't have the same issues we had. I paid in full when I booked online. When I arrived they said I had to pay the balance, minus the reservation fee. When I showed them my receipt showing that I had paid in full they would not accept my documentation. This was my first time here. Smaller compared to similar concepts but easily navigable and it was clean. All thr games worked without issues though they had two pricing structures. Regular and VIP. I wasn't sure what VIP was or if that's something we could sign up for. My kids earned some tickets, not a whole lot but was happy the award center had small items they could still get and were happy. The guy managing it has a lot of patience dealing with some of the craziness abound. Kudos to him. He was helpful and very nice. I reserved bowling online and got sticker shock. For two adults and 3 kids 6 and under for one lane came out to a hair over $100 for Friday night. I was really turned off by the online convenience fee of $8. The process was easy though and check in a good experience. They had the names populated for thr game. Although they ask you for players shoe sizes before hand if available, that didn't carry over to the staff at check in so we had to relate it again. While bowling we enjoyed ourselves. The equipment was maintained and operational. It was cool you could upload photos of your visit and it would appear on the screens in the lanes. Table configurations were a little tight. Food ordering was straightforward. The person that took care of us was Thai. I got to give him credit as he was a one man show it seemed. Bartending, taking orders and making sure we're were taken care of. The pizza was horrible. Fries were better. Cocktails were good. Food pricing was reasonable. All in all, it's a good choice if you are looking for a less chaotic place for family or even a date. read more

Went to Strikz on a Saturday night with my wife and family to bowl and then do laser tag. It was busy, which was expected, but credit where it's due, the place was running smoothly. Service stayed solid and nothing felt chaotic or out of control. Everything worked and the place was clean, which honestly puts it ahead of a lot of entertainment spots like this. Lanes were fine, laser tag ran without issues, and overall it did what it was supposed to do. That said, it was miserably hot inside. Not mildly uncomfortable. I'm talking had to step outside multiple times just to cool down. It was distracting enough to take away from the fun, especially when you're already moving around and it's packed. The arcade was also a letdown. If you're expecting actual games, this isn't really that. It's almost entirely ticket-based machines, which gets old fast if you're not there with little kids or chasing prizes. Overall, it's fun but flawed. It works for a group night out and I don't regret going, but it's not going to be my first choice next time. I'd probably check out another spot before circling back here. read more

I came here with my family recently and had a good experience. We did the Late Night Pick N' Play. This allows you to pay $9.99 and choose between bowling, billiards, or arcades for unlimited play until closing. We went bowling and arcades. We also ordered kids' meals for my kids. The bowling included shoe rentals, and there were plenty of balls in good condition; the lane we used had no issues, and we had a good time bowling. The kids enjoyed their pizza and tenders. The meals came with friends and a fountain drink. The drinks are refillable. This is a good value for $8! The arcades included free play, so you didn't get tickets to redeem for prizes. However, my kids enjoyed it, and there were nice makes of arcades and games for prizes. We'll be back to try to Lazer tag. We didn't get to try it because of low staffing. This was my first time at Strikz and it did not disappoint! We had so much fun that I forgot to take pictures. My husband and I went here on a double date with friends. The atmosphere is so friendly and upbeat. They are also well staffed. There was always someone available to assist us when needed. It's also a plus that the location is near several restaurants, so you can make it a complete date night with dinner before or afterwards. The drinks were basic, but it's a bowling alley, so we weren't expecting anything fancy. Beer and seltzer for the win! We did not try the food, so I can't speak to that, but our overall experience was a 10/10. read more

I came here during the summer time with my group of big kids from my school program! FIELD TRIP!!! Woohoo! We had a blast!!!! We played for an hour or so until the time ran out. Afterward, we had pepperoni pizza, lemonade and fruit punch. Although the allotted slices were 2/each per kid, the kids were still hungry! Can I suggest something else to go with the pizza? Maybe fries or some other kid friendly party food? I think the 2 slices/each was part of the package deal,though so we got what we got. And looking through the menu, I was shocked. Great fun for family and friends. They have lots to do here for all ages. We bowled on the neon lanes and had a great time. They played tons of 90's hit music that brought back some great memories for me. We arrived around 6:00pm on a weekday which was perfect timing, we ended up having the entire neon lane area to ourselves for an hour. By 7:30pm all of the lanes were packed. The bartender was fantastic, he was so funny and had great humor as he came over to our lane to take our drink orders. They also have an arcade with a variety of games, laser tag, virtual darts, and so much more. I highly recommend Strikz if you're feeling a little competitive and looking for some friendly fun. Great 'first bowling experience' for our daughter. We've been here before, but this was the first time with kids and choosing the upgraded bowling area. I definitely think it's worth the extra couple bucks to be in this spot. I like that it was less crowded and the black lights give it a cool vibe. We ordered the southwest chicken egg rolls and chicken tenders. Both were so delicious, we didn't leave a bite behind. I went for a networking event and they provided the food and entertainment. I tired several of their appetizers which were mostly finger foods but were decent for an entertainment establishment. We went to bowl this Sunday and was greeted by Daniel who had us in a lane and told us all the info needed to have tons of fun and be safe at the same time. He explained all the new guidelines and got us set up in a lane with every other lane blocked off for social distancing . While enjoying our bowling Trevor was very helpful and their menu list is great and has reasonable prices. The place was clean, there's hand sanitizer available for use everywhere! Great place to hang out with the family! We don't do all the games but we do enjoy lot bowling. Yesterday we went for an hour and ended up staying almost 2 since they charge for 1/2 an hour which is great! Plus our lane started giving some issues at the end and they added like 10 minutes for the few we lost!! Service is great! Food is ok but it's more like bar food. I forgot to mention something that is very important to me! I don't know who's in charge of the music selection in the bowling selection, but it was pretty inappropriate for a family environment. I was appalled to see music videos that had half naked women twerking on a large screen...in front of young kids enjoying bowling with their families! If I'm honest, I think it's inappropriate for all ages to be subjected that content without choosing. I know the moral of our culture has gone down substantially, but come on Strikz...some people still honor purity. It was not PG-13. It IS a big deal, and it was not okay. Fix that. read more

First I want to start this by saying the young man that was helping us was doing his absolute best and thus review is not a reflection on him. He was great. We went to this bowling alley and booked 2 hours of bowling. Fully understand the technical issues they may come along with bowling but the frustrating part was the fact that no one cared enough to see the issue through. 1. In 2 hours of bowling 4 people couldn't get through 2 games of bowling in 2 hours because the lane had so many issues. 2. Our lane wouldn't even keep the score 3. We continually asked for assistance but the majority of the time were waiting for someone to come reset it all for it to stop working the next turn. 4. We tried to give feedback when we were leaving and were told "we added time to your hourly reservation to remediate the issue" - they added a total of FOUR minutes! The lady at the front desk was very unhelpful. Hopefully they get it together. Such a cool bowling alley but if you run into challenges have low expectations on them being addressed. read more

After having been at another bowling alley on a waitlist for 3 hours and not bowling due to more of a wait time, we arrived at Strikz and were pleasantly surprised that there was a lane available for us. We bowled in the Rose room which was an awesome Experience. The one challenge we had was finding the right bowling ball. They didn't have all the sizes necessary and the bowling balls on the side were very limited. We had some food- the sampler platter, truffle fries, and a pepperoni pizza. We purchased a pogo pass and Strikz was one of the vendors included. When we got there we were told you can only use one activity on the card as in bowling or laser tag. I didn't realize that when I purchased the pogo pass. The manager was so nice and included 5 $5 game cards for all of us to use in the arcade! He absolutely did not have to do something so nice, but he did. All the staff were pleasant and attentive! We just started bowling on a league. I needed to bowl due to be missing a week going out of town. I called at 3pm asked if they would have lanes open, so I could pre bowl for day missing league night. she said they have a league but only half the lanes will be used I could come up. I said ok. I drove 30 miles and find out there is no lanes! I explained to the manger and all he could say was sorry! I just drove up here for nothing! I was really upset and manager acted like he didn't care which made me more mad. So if you call and they tell you they have lanes, don't be surprise if you don't bowl! We visited Strikz over the weekend and I cannot say enough amazing things. The facility is super clean, and if you've been to any type of arcade/family entertainment establishment, you know how big of a deal this is. The tables in the bowling area were spotless. There were zero smudges/fingerprints in the arcade area. No trash or stains on the floor. Very impressive! The bowling area has huge screens playing different music videos, all appropriate for children. The arcade was so fun, and I don't know who had more fun, the kids or adults! They also have a really great selection of quality prizes at the ticket redemption room...not little junky things. Strikz also has laser tag and axe throwing that looked fun, but we ran out of time and will have to return for that. This review is for the birthday party events. The birthday party was advertised as being 2 hours but you only get the private room for 45 minutes. The first 15 minutes of the official start of your party are spent doing nothing. The next little while is spent doing the activity that you picked, such as laser tag or bowling. Then you go back to the party room and get pizza/cake and get kicked out of the room. Note that your party has another hour to go and you don't get a chance to open presents in the private room. The second hour of your party is supposed to be spent playing arcade games. The birthday kid is given a $50 game card but everyone else gets a $10 game card. The games range in price from $0.75 to $3.00, and the time it takes to play a game ranges from 10 seconds (for the prize-oriented games) to 3 minutes. Hence the average cost is around $1.50 per minute. Just to lay out the math problem here, for 1 kid with a $10 game card, they will get around 7 minutes of game play time ($10/1.5). The birthday kid has a $50 game card, so he gets 33 minutes. Once all of the other kids run out of money while the birthday kid is still going, and the party is only half over, every parent is put in the position of having to pay to reload the game card. For every kid to be able to play as long as the birthday kid, every kid's parent will need to put $40 on their game card. If you invited 10 kids, then their parents will have to pay a combined $400 in game card reload fees to be able to have something to do for the remainder of the party. Therein lies the central scam of this place and how they rip off not only the birthday parents but the parents of every kid invited to the party. For the steep cost that you pay for an event here, you get very little out of this place other than someone cleaning up the birthday room mess for you. Also note that the prices listed on their website are not real prices as they add a 12% "service fee" - why can't they just tell you the real price upfront? read more
