Recommended by a friend and it was worth it. Reservation recommended so you are not waiting in line and easy check in. Came from out of town and did not realize we needed reservation but they were able to check us in Good customer service for whoever was at the desk Sunday afternoon (6/8/25) . Entertaining activities for both children and adults. We picked the squid game and both adult and kids had fun. 60 minutes go by quick and by the time you are done with the obstacles , you are sweating. Easy parking around the corner . If you are around downtown Dallas, definitely check it out for group interactive activity.

SO MUCH FUN!! We had an absolute blast here!! Place was nice and clean. Staff super friendly!! We did the Squid Game experience and had the best time! An hour went by so quick and we plan to go back to do more. Easy set up, easy to order drinks in your game cube, and lots of fun! Be back soon for more!!

Fun, fun, fun!!!! We had a blast with this interactive game room. It was something different to do and was outside of the box for sure; we get tired of dinner and movies. I love that there are drinks offered for purchase (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) to sip on while you play because you get parched while playing the games. To play, you wear hats that have GPS trackers to track your movements in the room. And you complete multiple tasks and obstacles. It is truly fun!!!! If I could offer one criticism... it would be that the rooms get hot after about 20 minutes of game play. They have a fan on in the rooms while you play, but it is not sufficient to keep you cool. We played for 90 minutes so it was not very comfortable towards the end due to the heat. Had the rooms been cooler I would have easily been able to rate 5 stars.

Might I suggest a can-can with hands up for your gif?

I went with a friend for a birthday celebration. I recommend reservations. Even on a random day. I've been to the one in Grandscapes and didn't seem to really need reservations. I went to this one in Deep Ellum on a Monday, checked on Sunday and Monday morning and Monday lunch time was open. I didn't make reservations because I didn't know what time our lunch would end. We walked in behind a business group. First--what an awesome team building idea! Second--holy moly, what a ton of people. We were lucky that they had one room open but that was a near miss. We signed waivers and the emails we provided later received our gif email, more on that later. We were lied to our room which has a sort of picture shelf for drinks and narrow items (like my clutch purse) or we could hang purses from the hat holders. This game is driven with hats which gauge your height and player color in the game. I had a tough time getting mine to fit for the first 20 mins, adjusting and readjusting. But it didn't take away from the experience. This game is fun if you go with fun people. It's completely about dynamics and having a memorable time together. I would not go with mean, competitive people--you know the type. But regular, fun-loving, competitive people are the best! We had a fantastic time trying to become CIA agents (we wouldn't make it) in the Psychedelic Mansion. I don't plan to tell anyone how many junior agents we lost, but it was more than we rescued. When the game was over, we had a well-directed 5 second gif. Have a plan. There's nothing more awkward than shrugging gifs in the lobby. I would absolutely recommend Immersive Gamebox for a unique memory for people that like games and love fun.

Grab your friends and get ready to have some fun! So we weren't sure what we were getting into but by the end we were all laughing and agreeing that we would come back and do this again. So most folks were doing Squid games however as it was our first time we did alien aptitude test and if I tell you it was a work out that I didn't see coming. There were different levels consisting of different games (memory, a maze, etc) that you work as a team to get a high score on. We found ourselves laughing so much as we cheered each other on and at times screaming each other to the finish. The staff there were great, explained to us the dos and donts and let us know how to contact them if we needed anything once the game got started. At the end we were able to take a group picture (they also have a mount for your camera so you can take pictures while playing) and they have free lockers to put your stuff while you play. This is great for a birthday, a date night, a group night or whatever . . . Can't wait to do it again!

Loved it! We played squid games, it was so fun. Would definitely visit again!!! I had my 2 year old who wasn't really interested in playing the game but he was able to stay in the room with us while we played!!

Lockers to store personal items. (There are also hooks inside of the rooms)

Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable of game. Signing in & getting started was easy, up to 6 players per room, a staff member steps in to explain a few quick rules to the game and how the system itself works. Our team was great, it's very interactive and inclusive. There really isn't anyway to not have a good time! Only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. If you luck up on street parking, take it! Garage parking was $21 and I was told they had no way to validate tickets. Grab your friends (carpool, or ride share) and have a great time! Team photos are taken at the end & emailed to you. Plenty of near by restaurants & bars to visit before or after.

Such a fun time! This space is nice and chilly inside, perfect for an immersive Gamebox experience. My group did the new Squid Games challenge and had to work together as a team to pass each level in the most efficient way to win with the most yens. Drinks are available for purchase, and you don't even need to leave your box. Groups range from 2-6 people max, so get gather your squad and get to Immersive Gamebox already!

This was so much fun. You will get a workout I got all my steps for the day. You have to work together to win the games and it's even funner when you have adult beverages. I would so do this again!

March 2023 S U M M A R Y A good time. When you come here and play a game you'll definitely be immersed and leave with a smile. G A M E S I think this constitutes virtual reality even though there's no headset (But there is a headpiece). My group of five played the Squid Games experience. It consisted of six games and each player got to play 3 to 4 times each round/game. Overall, it took about an hour to get through the entire experience and it was very entertaining. I was really excited to try the squid games version because in 2021 I was obsessed with the show and I really loved it. I do feel like they encompassed the show really well in the game and it was very reminiscent of the show. These games are great for all ages I would say about 12 years old and up and will keep the entire family entertained. S E R V I C E Employees were really nice. They helped to get us checked in really quickly and explain the games really well. They also gave us some hints prior to playing the games. They do have alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages for purchase if you're interested. A M B I E N C E It's dark inside with a lot of neon colored lights and makes you feel like you're about to play video games. P R I C E 1 game for 35$. The more games you play, the cheaper. Ex. 2 games costs 54-63$ R A T I N G No stars off. Great experience.

So with that said I'd like to level set what you should expect. The park is clean, reasonably priced, and has about 4 rides you'll write home about. The park is mainly limited by space since it's in the greater Dallas area. It was fun and you'll make memories. But it's best to take this park for what it is and not compare it to other parks. It's great for 4-7 hours.

This park relies on technology to work which blows my mind when it comes to customer service. Well 3hrs into the park, rides were closed or not working. Finally got to a ride that was and sure enough the digital pass doesn't want to work since apparently it has to be scanned at every ride. God forbid someone take the fast lane that shouldn't be there. Although my tickets said fast pass, the date and order number, we were told we need to exit the ride and go to customer service. Customer service if you can even call it that is also useless. I was told by 2 different workers that they "unfortunately don't do refunds" oh you bet your ass you're going to give me a refund. I did not pay $350 for nothing. I continued to ask for rank up until I was talking with the regional manager that finally said she'd get me a refund. But not for parking. I asked for a card to contact corporate. Who never responded until I made a Google review. Finally they tell me no refund for parking. Although they were at fault. Nothing to sweeten the deal. I don't care about the money as much as principle. I worked in customer service for 10 years hell even as a construction project manager I'm still in customer service. This right here is not service. This park absolutely sucks. Don't waste your money or time, they don't respect yours. So disappointing. I was really looking forward to this too. Typical business profit over people. I won't be sad to see them go out of business, I'll build a data center right where they are at.

My card was charged, but I was then told they couldn't see the payment on their end and refused to let us ride unless I paid again. The first charge had already processed, and I even showed them my bank statement, but they wouldn't accept it. Since it was my wife's birthday and we didn't want to ruin the evening, I paid a second time so we could ride. Later that night, I lost my wallet. Thankfully it was found, but when I got it back, the $200 cash that had been inside was missing. I know it was there because I originally tried to pay with cash and was told they only accepted cards. When I brought these issues to Phillip, the manager, he was dismissive, rude, and took no accountability for the situation. As for the duplicate charge, they denied any responsibility and refused to refund it, despite the charge clearly appearing on my bank account. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank, and after more than a month, the dispute was resolved in my favor. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this business.

With 90 students and over 20 adults quite a bit of questions arose and some things were unclear. It would be helpful to assign a staff member to each field trip group to limit having to speak to multiple staff. Lastly, be mindful of the tunnels. So this was my first time at Epic, and I came on a 21 and up night. I appreciate that they have a…read morehuge parking lot, which made it easy to find parking and make it inside. So first of all, I love that there were no kids running around and it was a grown and sexy vibe, they had a DJ and they had different areas that were selling drinks and food I believe. I don't think regular pricing reflects the experience, so we wait for deals and go in the off season, spring break in the summer is crazy packed unless you go right at open in a weekday, and even then lines get long before noon. I would never go on a weekend. It is also incredibly humid so bring tons of water, more than you would think. The rises are great, the staff is well trained and super sweet, and the side activities or entertainment they get occasionally is always a great addition. The crowding really does take away from the experience though.
