We had heard good things about NBP, so my guy called to see if they could get the buggy in sooner. They got us in the day after we called. Their communication was great. They let us know ahead of time if they tore into it, and if it was our fault we would have to pay, if it wasn't then it would be covered under warranty. They got into it, and found it was a stuck valve, acting like it wasn't getting oil. Thankfully it wasn't anything we had done wrong, and so it was covered under warranty, because they called to tell us it needed a new motor because of what they found. The hardest part was the wait. Which wasn't their fault, and they kept us updated the whole time. It was mostly waiting on the shipping of the motor. Once they received it they did the install with in a day. We had it back by the 4th of July weekend to play. We think it ran even better than before! I would recommend them for servicing your Polaris. I reached to the department of motor vehicles in my state to ensure that I could title the vehicle (based on the information that the owner of the dealership had provided). The state I reside in assured me that I could title the vehicle (as long as the vehicle had not been titled). When I attempted to title the vehicle, the highway patrol (during vin inspection) informed me that the vehicle had a title and the vin number had been modified. I have made several attempts to contact the owner of the dealership (to resolve the problem). The owner is never available and will not return my calls. I am now left with moving forward with legal proceedings. I have contacted my lawyer and the dealer will have to deal with the recourse of a fraudulent transaction (which is a major legal matter)
