This place is the BOMB!!!! Took girlfriend here for a romantic getaway and man she was worth all the romantic upgrades!! This place has jacuzzis in every room so I had champagne waiting with rose petals spread out everywhere and it ended with a heart shape in bed. Charcuterie board was setup for us...man it was a dope setup and the look on her face was priceless when we entered the room. There were definitely fireworks in New Hampshire during our visit. Each room is a different theme and it's near the border of Maine so we got to enjoy both NH and Maine. Our time together was an absolute dream!! My mind is still blown away at how I wanted so badly to have a different life right now BUT GOD decided to give me what I needed and a precious gift she is. This was the perfect location to truly be romantic and show the love that I have to give because of God in my life. I'm the person I used to be, hopeless romantic, and she deserves it. Absolutely fabulous! In full disclosure, I am a sucker for themed places so this type of place is made for me. Even the outside is super cute! The interior has all sorts of fun things to look at and if the other rooms are unoccupied they may let you take a peek. The service was excellent. The two main ladies that were there were wonderful and although they were working hard the entire time they stayed friendly and happy. There was even a medical emergency with a guest while we were there and they handled it expertly. They have a little store and an amazing bar/restaurant. The backyard is also very nice and we enjoyed talking to the other guests around the fire. We stayed in the Victorian Spa room. It was great and the sauna was a great extra that was kinda part of the bathroom. We had such a great stay here and look forward to doing it again sometime. read more

We had a great time at Adventure Suites. As part of our Christmas present our son and daughter in law got the whole family a weekend here to visit. My husband and I had the "Log Cabin" suite which was very rustic with log walls and furniture, there was a big heart shaped jacuzzi tub in the room and we had a back door with a semi private deck with a beautiful view. My son and his family were next door to us in the "showtime" suite and they had a giant projector TV with movie seating. They had a kitchen in their suite with a movie style popcorn machine (and the resort supplied all the ready to make popcorn packages). My older grandchildren in this suite really enjoyed watching movies here! My daughter and her family were down the hall in the "Treehouse Suite" and it was adorable!!! A giant tree trunk in the middle of the suite with a place for the little grandchildren to play inside! They also had a kitchen area in their suite and the area to sleep was up above the main suite. This suite was a dream come true for littles!!! We particularly enjoyed the outside area sitting in the chairs and tables provided. If the weather is nice when booking I'd recommend a suite in the back so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. They have a fire pit out back too, unfortunately when we were there another large party pretty much had dibs on it so we really didn't get to enjoy that. Probably the only issue is that they need more outside seating. Our room came with 2 outside seats which was fine, but our sons suite was for 6 people and they only had 2 seats too. The suite on the other side of us was the haunted suite and they had a party of 10 women and they only had a medium size table that probably couldn't seat more than half of them. There was a few other seats around, but they were grabbed up quickly. Everyone who worked here was friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place! read more

This place was AMAZING! It is pricey, but worth it. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is bc the only thing this is missing is a pool. I was a bit surprised that they don't have a pool as they have plenty of space for it. These rooms are beyond anything I could have imagined. Just the detail alone is with seeing. They offer tours to view all the themed rooms. The staff is really friendly. Nicki was great and knowledgeable. I could go on and on about this place. I stayed in the Showtime room. It had a huge protector and angled leather seats. At night they have live music and a great fire pit, Cornhole, horseshoes and a nice playground. They offer breakfast for a fee and they will bring it right to your room. They offer free coffee from 6 to 12, but charge $2 per cup after 12. I was a bit surprised by that. Considering what it costs to stay there coffee should be complimentary. But all in all. I would go back for sure! read more

This place is amazing we did the DJ room which I don't remember what they call it. They brought cots in because we were having another family stay with us and we had a blast. There was music and Little play area for the kids in the back area. where we could sip a beer and just relax it was a little pricey, but you got a lot for it. There was even free popcorn. We stayed in the Haunted Castle and really enjoyed the whole experience. The castle is huge and incredibly impressive with tons of detail. The staff gives you a tour of the place when you get there pointing out all sorts of trivia of the building of the castle. This place is definitely an all inclusive type place with a nicely decorated backyard with plenty of games (like horseshoe), a barbecue for guest use, and a campfire every night. We went during a week day and it wasn't too busy by the fire but I feel like on the weekend there would definitely need to be additional chairs out there. The haunted castle is a whole immersive experience with projections, sounds, etc. and plenty of surprises. I would highly recommend spending a night there after getting a good night sleep the night before as you won't be sleeping much there. I also wanted to discuss room add ons as I don't see many reviews mentioning them. We were celebrating a birthday so we got two cupcakes (very yummy) and a balloon bouquet. The balloons died after one day which was a bit sad (they were pricey). We also got the imperial package which included sparkling cider (or white wine) over ice and two bath robes. The robes were actually very thick and heavy, great quality and had adventure suites printed on them. All a bit pricey but added to the fun of it. Other than the cupcakes we didn't have any of the food at the restaurant. Room also had a very nice hot tub and there's tons of dvds to choose from. I've loved Adventure Suites since the first day I found it, but during the pandemic this place saved my sanity. I'm a complete dork and not afraid to say it - so believe me when I say that this place is hilarious and perfect in all the right ways. If you love movies, funky decor (think the coolest antique shop crossed with your wacky old aunts house), mountain views, better Jell-O shots than you had in college and some very decent late night fries, all with a side of Disney style themed room: this is your place. Most recently we stayed in the Showtime...which resulted in our booking it again in the fall before checking out. This place has strict rules, i had just checked in and littearally had to leave 10mins later as my son had been rushed to hospital back at home so i had to leave. I asked if there was anything they can do they said nope. No future credit not nothing. For the 10mins i was there i wouldn't recommended this place unless you have no respect/class for yourself or partner. We had the wolf den what a shit show outdated and you can feel the scumminess. Glad we had to leave as i felt like we would have caught something that night DISGUSTING Also main area/hallway looks very outdated and run down. Will never be back due to both issues we had. Sad part i called an hour later to see if they had rooms available and they said yes the wolf den, not only did they not give me credit or money back they were trying to double dip it and resale it for the night. The rooms were nice. Besides the Love Shack. That wasn't worth the money at all. The wine cellar was great but small. They are very overpriced and charged a lot of hidden charges including 170. Dollars after the stay was over. We stayed two nights on a Sunday and Monday for boyfriend's birthday. Hated the love shack but stayed one night and then moved to a cheaper room the second night. They would not take the room difference off our bill. Over a hundred dollars for the cheaper room we moved to and it was a week night. It's was well over 1,300 $ for 2 nights and on weeks days. Not worth it at all. The food for breakfast was horrible and the bar they had was not up to par. The food was as cold and the bartender no personality. I tried to contact the manager and got no where. They owe me the over charged amount of 100 for room change and the 170. They charged for the horrible food and gross over priced breakfast. I did not get a response when asking to make this right. I tried dealing with my credit card company for repayment but they insisted that they did not over charge us so I got no where. We won't be going back unfortunately the l Place had potential. Very unhappy with the customer service. When I am unhappy to hey should make it right and not rob me of money that wasn't there's. read more

This place is very expensive so if you plan on spending a lot of money then this is place for you. I was in between if I should give her three or four stars. When you walk in this place is super cute however I will say that their gift shop where they sell their little water guns don't get because they break within minutes and they don't even work And obviously they're expensive. You can pick from so many movies which is like a really cool part. The room itself is really cool however it's like hard to find a comfy spot for everyone to sleep. I love the little details of it. I mean I really love the food here was pretty decent especially the caramel hot chocolate and the way that they serve the food and however I do wish it wasn't so expensive. Overall a great weekend away. This place is super expensive and they will nickel and dime you for everything. You can get free coffee in the saloon or pay for a carafe??? Kind of silly when you think if it. Bed was super comfy, the pull out bed was a big disappointment for my kids. It looked old and warn out and was hard as a rock. The food we ordered was good and arrived in a timely matter. Room was very clean, bath linens were worn out and had bleach spots all over them. Our room (the Dragon Lair) had the coolest little details, a really nice jacuzzi next to the bed, a very clean/comfortable, swinging bed. It had a beautiful bathroom with heated floors, heated toilet seat, a tv in the shower and so much more! This was the first room we have gone to and we plan on visiting more. We also brought our dog which they were so sweet to, they had bowls set up for him in the room and there's a field in the back for them to run around. Overall an awesome stay and worth the price. Let me tell you something. This is the coolest hotel I have ever been to. Me and my wife go all the time to try the different rooms. Each room I would estimate cost atleast 100000$ to build. It's funny you go down a regular hallway then you enter the room and it's like it's from a different world. Each room has a hot tub. I had roses put on the bed for a surprise for my wife and flannel sheets omg so comfortable. If you haven't been you have to go. Amy is the best there she helped us so much and the food is great. My BF and I came here for our 9 year "anniversary " because we had heard about it through friends of ours who had stayed. We aren't exactly rolling out in cash and can just drop 400$ for a ONE night hotel stay so this was a once in a long time probably won't be back for 5 years kinda stay. We could have found other accommodations for FAR less but the fun, playful themed atmosphere is what we wanted to experience. Ok first it's extremely expensive for people like us living paycheck to paycheck with two children. We chose the NY penthouse to pretend for an evening we were one of the wealthy and spend one on one much needed quality time together. The room was very clean and made up. Nothing extra special other than the "golf green " shown on website pics, room is decent for two people. Bathroom had two person jacuzzi which is nice we just HATED the shape of it. We wanted to snuggle and cuddle while relaxing and it's damn near impossible the way it's shaped. You can't get comfortable. So you sit there. It's fine for those who want to relax separately and talk etc but out stay was about us and our time together. I liked the fact it was a jacuzzi and not a hot tub so we could pick the temperature we wanted. Bathroom was a little overkill on "relieving " yourself options..had normal toilet, a bidet AND a urinal . I would have LOVED to have had a LARGER more NORMAL shaped jacuzzi/shower to relax in than that!! The place has free WiFi that works decently, free dvd "rental", In their brochure it stated that EACH suite comes with complementary bath robes and keurig with coffee tea cream and sugar. They were NOT THERE!! I didn't think much of it cuz I was like oh well until Mornings when I wanted coffee hahaha it MIGHT be something you have to ask for at reception desk but NO WHERE in the brochure does it state that. Loved the "private " patios for the rooms ! They are outback facing the beautiful mountains and gathering/outside activity area. There's a hammock, lighting , fire pit with chairs where you can toast marshmallows and make s'mores (bring your own supplies or you can purchase some in their tiny shop, table lamps with chairs, a grill and "granite bar" (employee grills and makes drinks) the grassy field area has corn hole games. The staff here were all super friendly, accommodating and helpful! Great customer service!! Had no unpleasant experiences with employees or guests (even the "feeling REALLY good alcohol fueled guests) ! It's family friendly if you don't mind your children being around people drinking: (outside in gathering area) there's a bar/pub in the building. We didn't personally have any problems or see anyone of the patrons get uncontrollable/rude/fighting/ obnoxious etc. They just had a good time. This place also is PET FRIENDLY ONLY with DOGS. You can stay in CERTAIN rooms and have up to 3 Fur babies stay with you for a set amount per pooch! I thought that was awesome! My ONLY other COMPLAINT is their "gift shop ". It's extremely tiny and barely any merchandise. In my review of our stay I highly recommended they need it up!' They need more snacks, every day items , more ANYTHING but especially GIFTS!! I was shocked honestly when I saw it. Everyone knows a gift shop brings in the "cash money" especially in a place like this!! People aren't staying there because it's a cheap motel: it's a lot of families with children and what do kids want??! Something from the gift shop!! There is a lot of bachelorette parties and couples like us wanting "adult fun" and qualify time together with our lovers and what do we want?! "Fun stuff " and something to remember our stay!! As people who are traveling we also FORGET things ...like essentials like toothpaste, shampoo or say you realized you forgot your babies pacifier and you will do anything for them to sleep, or what if you are like Me and want snacks ? It's that stuff..which is a WIDE variety I know but it also means MORE PROFIT for them and lots of happy customers!!We wanted to purchase a couple shirts or hoodies to "remember " our stay and we couldn't because all they had were children size or adult sm/ med and they only had a couple. They are losing out on what could be good profits because of this. We were pretty disappointed to say the least. Again this is all one couples opinion, you decide for you. Adventure suites is one of the coolest experiences you can have. We've stayed in a few rooms and they have all been out of this world, but our favorite is the farm apartment off property. Talk about bang for your buck! Kathy and Alan are the best hosts we've ever had. Between the animals, the beautiful house and the fairy garden, you can't get a better vacation than this. The owners clearly take pride in what they do and everything is beyond well thought out. What they do is creative genius with an artistic flair. Every time we come they have updated and not just a coat of paint here and there, I mean constant additions of new fun things. Staff is great, room and properties are clean and safe. We stayed in the haunted castle. The first night was ok you could tel some things did not work. The second night we talked to the desk and they fixed everything and the night was insane. We ran around like little kids looking at everything and had so much fun. The last night there i said ok lets make our last night a fun one but everything barely worked and no one at the desk to fix it so last night was very disapointing for the money you pay you should get full experience. they should have someone at the desk. They clearly have lots of bugs to work out in the system. The staff was very nice and friendly. We did enjoy them. We had a fantastic weekend in this wonderful hotel. It does book quickly so plan ahead a book in advance. This place is like a group up version of playgrounds. Every room is filled with unique features such a light up dance floor or a movie screen. The lobby is decorated with lots of fun statues and cool furniture We were greeted by friendly staff who let us view some of the other rooms. She gave us a full you of the room and all the features and remotes. There is shelf full of games, many many shelves full of DVDs to rent for free and a pool table. Three is a fire pit in the back that is lit each night in the summer. Perfect spot to meet other guests and enjoy a drink. There are lawn games available too. The staff were friendly and pleasant and always seeing above and beyond with any request or questions we had. There is also a full breakfast in the mornings with waffle maker, eggs, bagels, muffins, fruit, sausage and fresh brewed coffee. There is also fruit infused waters and cookies in the lounge during the day. We stayed in the love shack. The room was clean and had every amenity, including microwave and I'll fridge. The hot tub was relaxing with lots of light options and jet settings. You could even watch tv, which swiveled, right in the hot tub. The bed was big and comfy with soft pillows and cozy blankets. The shower had a tv in it. It. did steam up and was hard to watch but still very cool. There was a fireplace in the room but is off in the summer. There were lots of light to play with inclusion black lights and a disco ball. The toilet even has 35 different features including a heated seat and butt washing option. I would defiantly love to come back and enjoy another weekend in a different room. So much fun. read more

After our long trek from NY, Labor Day weekend this hotel is just what me and some rowdy girlfriends needed. Although it was priced a little high for N. Conway, the decor of the room made up for it. We stayed in the Harley room and everything was true to HD! HD bar, bar stools, towels, bedding, pictures on the wall, a little HD garage on the side of the room, and a kick ass hot tub right in the middle of the room. We spent nearly half our time in that thing! Free use of a very large DVD collection, free breakfast that serves more than just danish and bagels, great in room Keurig coffee machine and a front office staff that makes you feel like family. I am obsessed with this place! If I could visit all the time I most certainly would. North Conway in general is full of nostalgia for me since I use to go there a lot as a kid. As an adult when I drove by the themed exterior of the Adventure Suites I knew I had to see what it was all about. I've been twice and stayed at the Sugar Shack and the Love Shack. All of the suites look awesome but due to the price I have stuck with the economy priced options. The heart shaped hot tubs facing the TV are the perfect way to wind down and relax. Want a snack? They have a popcorn machine in the lobby and have cookies out later in the day. Want to watch a movie? They have plenty to chose from in the lobby! The staff is always super friendly and the rooms are always clean. If you are looking for a different/relaxing place to stay or a place your kids will be obsessed with, I suggest you check out the adventure suites! read more

We stayed in the Victorian room. The jacuzzi was amazing and shower/sauna. I wanted to give more stars but the room was small..more like "adventure room" not a suite..some of the furniture is a bit worn as well. The bathroom toilet sink area is a tight squeeze and we are two average size people.Our patio deck was not private which was a bummer to use jacuzzi but you obviously can't leave shade open and look out the window while people play cornhole... lastly was highly disappointed that in mid September when temperatures are low 50s and below that our fireplace wasn't useable. I know they don't during summer but mid September they should be turned on. I would try another room as there were a few great parts. read more

Disappointed at the staff and policies. Very rigid policies on reservations. I give them a zero on customer service

The low rating is in response to: (1) the lack of any apparent COVID awareness, which might just be a NH v MA issue. The nature of the hotel allows people to visit rooms before their guests arrive (which is otherwise cool). This meant we couldn't not share indoor air with staff and other patrons, after everyone in our suite had pointedly gotten tested before the trip! I was staying in the haunted castle but this was what still fills me with terror. (2) The suite begs for spooky games, but oddly does not have good space for it. The big table in the kitchen is lovely, but the seating made it difficult to use. Trying to clamber over backed-benches was awful. I'd recommend replacing at least 2 of the benches with backless benches, and the rest with single chairs. (3) There is no way to turn off the hauntings as a guest, and the lobby is not staffed overnight. By the second night, the overnight program and the resulting poor quality sleep made us very grumbly. When we decided to take the staff up on the option of deactivating the program for the second night, they'd already left and locked up, and a few minutes before their listed closing time. At the very least, staff should be available to flip the switch Any Time guests are in this suite. Had I written this review at the time, it likely would've been one star. Now that I've gotten some sleep... The decor and the haunting program are excellent. The sound and lights and movement were in perfect sync. The folks among us who've worked in theater really wanted a mode allowing us to play with the settings. Or a "second night" version where we could keep the nice atmospheric lighting (which goes away when the program is deactivated) and condense all the hauntings into 1-2 hours, so folks can enjoy them, but also sleep. Otherwise, The hot tub was lovely. The fancy toilets were very, very fancy. The view was spectacular. The decor was social media heaven. Things to really consider as a potential guest, aside from possibly not getting a good night's sleep: (1) make sure your entire party likes haunted houses, or they might drag everyone's experience. (2) the bunkhouse can sleep 6-12 people, but only 2-4 of those will get beds that don't require climbing. It has room for the luggage of maybe 4, especially if they're bringing thematic games or costumes. (Room for only 2 CPAPs, if applicable.) The entire room feels significantly smaller than the primary suite. Be honest with yourself about whether you're comfortable climbing in the middle of the night, like if you have to use the bathroom. All 3 bathrooms are at least half a flight of stairs from the bedrooms. We're mostly old, cranky nerds, but we managed to survive. The only injury was someone nearly falling out of their bunk during the, er, haunting program. read more

Never had a problem. YES it IS pricey but the rooms are fun. We've stayed in several of the rooms. The only room we really didn't like was the Love Shack. Too many flashing, twinkling bright lights. The lobby was well decorated for Halloween when we stayed in the Jungle Suite on October 21. They do have a small bar with light food fare and a breakfast menu. There is a nice backyard with a cornhole area, child's play area, fire pit and a lovely view of the mountains. Many many dvd's to watch. A small gift shop that could use more snacks and more variety of beverages. IF you book your next room BEFORE you check out, you get a discount. Each guest in the room overnight is either $25 or $50 extra depending on the room. Staff was friendly to us as always. read more

Food is limited at new saloon drinks are pricey but they may usually be better if weren't limited due to covid. Nice outdoor area. Some rooms have porches some just an outdoor door access. This was our second stay first in showtime 4 years ago and had outdoor patio with glass door with views...this time love shack less view but very groovy anyway! Good size hot tub and comfortable bed. Awesome shower with rainfall head, tile work and TV in it. Cool bathroom sink, toilet with many functions. Decor way far-out !!disco lights , disco ball ,star lights, stop lights you can change however you like.. ceiling stars every where through punched tin roof- literally. Looks very cool at night! Liked we could change all lights with wall controls. Reto fridge and sink. Front door goes to front of building street view. Two small windows near hot tub. I've been wanting to stay here for years. The dragons layer looked amazing online and for my 30th birthday me and my BF decided to stay here for 2 nights midweek. I'm so happy we stayed midweek cause if i paid anymore for these rooms i would of felt even more ripped off...... This experience was not worth the price. Plus let me tell you, there photographer was excellent because once you saw the rooms, they are so much smaller than they appear online. For the price, you would of expected a lot more space. Also the 50 diners breakfast was a joke. I've had better breakfast and paid less money a night at Marriotts and Hlitons........ All they had was 3-4 types of cereal, frozen sausage and eggs, fruit cups from a can, and 2 waffle makers. Spending 265 a night, I expected better "free breakfast". The Dragons Layer: This was the room we originally chose for 2 nights. The bed was cool but unsleepable. You could feel all the springs as you layed on it because the matress was only 4 inches thick. Worst night sleep of my life. I was so aggravated, disappointed and kranky from my VK casue i coudln't sleep. Also the Dragons Lawyer room theme was such mismosh. It made no sense. It looked like the room was just thrown together. ( chinese theme, nights and dragons?) The air conditioner was so far from the bed, it didn't cool down half the room. We regretted using the jacuzzi cause it made the room so hot we couldn't even cool ourselves down! I went to the front desk to request a room change and the manager was VERY VERY nice. Customer service here was excellent. I have no complaints on the staff. The manager gave us options for our new room which i thought was very nice. During this time I checked out the the clubhouse because i thought about renting that in the future. I have no idea how the website says it fits 6-10 people. Cool room but very crammed if 10 people to sleep there. The room we decided to stay in the second night was the NYC Penthouse NYC Penthouse: This room was again overpriced. I can get a jacuzzi, surround sound and TV in the bathroom in Boston near the waterfront for cheaper. This room had a good amount of space compared to the dragons layer and the bed was much more comfortable, Again all that was special was the mini golf course near the door. In conclusion, I would never go back here for the price. Yes the rooms are different which make them fun, but after my first night in the dragons layer ( which was such a rip off) i'm good. I have no desire to return. This is a maybe do it once and your done. I was disappointed cause i really had high expectations for such low quality for the price. read more

My husband and I stayed in The Love Shack after we got married over Labor Day Weekend as part of our MiniMoon. We only stayed one night, but everything was wonderful! Actually, it was more than that. It was truly perfect. The decor was fabulous and well thought out. All the little details were fun to find. Everything from the backlit metal shack ceiling to the stained glass window, signs as part of the walls, and mosaics in the shower added to the ambiance of the room. The staff were so helpful and kind! Anything that we wanted, needed, or had questions about and they were more than happy to help as best as they could! My husband organized a limo tour of the mountains complete with champagne through the front desk. They took the details they needed and scheduled everything for him. We watched a movie from the hot tub in our room. Every room has either a hot tub or a water jet tub. It is obvious that details are hyper important at Adventure Suites. And, seriously, the toilet is magical. No joke! They have an extensive movie library to borrow from, popcorn, an outdoor fireplace that is lit every night around sunset, a decent breakfast, very clean rooms ... We were super impressed! My husband did have some communication problems trying to get ahold of them at some points. When we got there, it was very clear as to why: they give so many tours! Being able to see some of the other rooms was a treat. They really go all out with a theme. Nothing is half-done. It is worth the price to stay, even if it is just for one night. The tours are totally worth it. Basically, don't call them in the middle of the day - it is better to call in the morning or late afternoon, but not really between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm when they are cleaning rooms and doing check in/out for guests. Emailing is also not really reliable if you want to hear back quickly. Talking on the phone is best. They aren't super great at returning calls - again, I think mostly that was because we went in the off season immediately after Labor Day Weekend. They were super busy when we got there with everyday hotel tasks, giving tours, answering questions, and being overall the most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered in my life. I will repeat - these hard working people were the MOST HELPFUL hotel staff I have EVER encountered. We were immediately made to feel welcome and I felt so at home after only a few moments. Found food in the freezer, half eaten twizzlers on the mantle, joints by the hot tub and edibles in the kitchen. This was mortifying as it is a family resort and I had my 2 young children with me. It was obviously not cleaned to Covid-19 regulations. Guest services was couldn't care less as they only offered $50 on my next trip which they never gave to me. read more

Very cool room, would have loved in pre-Covid times. This place is probably perfect if you're an anti-masker "covid is a hoax" type. Otherwise, don't bother. They don't follow any of the guidelines set by the NH reopening plan. Mask rule, they tell you "as is your own comfort"...which means none of their employees wear them. Felt so uncomfortable being feet away from unmasked staff. It was so rude and ridiculous. Then they go in your room unmasked. If we hadn't spent so much we would have considered just leaving. Made me question their sanitation in general. Had to air out the room for a while before I felt okay being in there. If the owner sees this, really rethink this. You endanger your customers and staff. read more

I had been dying to come here for years. We booked at the last minute so we had limited choice on what suite to stay in. Our first night was The Club. I feel like their website does not do it justice. The room was modern and clean. The hot tub was great and again very clean. Loved the two bathrooms and the fact that both have smart toilets. The lid opens when you get close, it self-flushes and the toilet seat is warm. Love! The mural over the hot tub with the glow in the dark alien is fun too. Most importantly, yes the adults liked it but my 11 year old loved it. Plenty of in-room entertainment. As an aside, we got dinner delivered and the room has no place to sit and eat so we sat on the floor. No biggie. Our 2nd night was at Motorcycle Madness. We chose this because it was our only choice other than The Club and we wanted to try a different suite. We are not motorcycle people and did not find the theme to be over the top. My 11 year old loved sleeping in the small garage with the tv. There is a window between the garage and master bed so I could peek and check on him. That room has a door to the exterior plus the garage door so I wanted to be extra vigilant and the window allowed that. We went to the desk and got poker cards/chips and darts for the board. We also played pool in the lobby. I felt that the bathroom could use updating. The toilet makes a loud noise when sitting down (and sadly it is not a smart toilet), the toilet paper holder is rusted and several tiles are chipped. I hope they make these small improvements as time and money allow. The small, complimentary breakfast was more than adequate and started at 6:45am. You can get bagels, yogurt, fruit cups and waffles. Knowing a Keurig was in the room I did bring k cups. But they have them here plus the kitchen area had a pot of coffee and hot water plus tea bags. I take milk not cream in mine and they eagerly brought me milk when asked. We liked having a fridge in the rooms for leftovers and we did bring our own drinks from home too which was convenient. They also have utensils, plates and cups for your convenience. Lastly, I thought the staff was great. While Jake was awesome, both nights we were here with Amoure and she really stood out. I never would have known but usually there are 2 staff on in the evening. One worker has fallen ill so Amoure has been all alone. She handled her job with grace and professionalism. She gave excellent customer service across the board and had we not chatted, I would not have realized she was doing a 2 person job alone as she made it look effortless and did not miss a beat. Please note that they do have free wifi. However, the signal was poor and service was spotty at best. This was frustrating for me but I assume it is not something the hotel can change. We cannot wait to return next year! However, I have vowed to book well ahead of time so we can choose whatever suite my son wants! read more

I was dying to come here for years and finally made it! My boyfriend and I stayed in the Deserted Island room and it was amazing. The heart shaped tub was so relaxing. The bed was so comfortable and the shell actually opens and closes which we thought was cool. Everyone was super nice and helpful as well. Lots of movies to choose from, pool table, and bar. Definitely will be coming back!!! read more

I booked the Roman room for my boyfriend and I as a Christmas gift to him. Unfortunately we are only staying two nights (in January) we were both so excited our drive there just for three days away from the normal chaos of everyday life! When we arrived we were both surprised the staff is unbelievable way above your normal hotel customer service! We were a little early for the 3pm check in but the lady at the front counter was extremely friendly offered to get our paperwork done and then gave us a tour of two other rooms (I love that they do this!) As soon as we finished our room was ready! We were escorted to our room when we entered there was even music playing! The room was beautiful high round bed, surround sound, Blu-ray player, candles above the bed! The bathroom was an adventure on its own TV in the shower, heated towels and floors, the most amazing toilet ever! I could keep going but you must experience it for yourself! The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing we definitely got use out of it!! We were shown how to use everything and then left to start our romantic mini getaway! Every interaction we had with a new staff member was just as great as our last... they do a great job at making you feel comfortable! We ordered drinks and a late night snack one night (bbq steak nachos they were delicious!!!!) Every single interaction with any staff was a pleasant one I was impressed with just that alone! I was told before I booked that Adventure Suites was "pricey" in my opinion it is worth every penny... it's not your normal hotel it's an experience! My only issue is my next stay I want to experience other rooms but LOVED the one we stayed in so much! read more

It's a crime that this place has no reviews. This is, hands down, the goofiest, campiest place in the world. Granted, in MY world, which is admittedly smaller than I'd like. But it's still a world. Seriously, this place is goofy, and that's a plus. The hot tubs are super nice, and with all the DVDs and Popcorn you can stand, just pop in a movie, veg in the tub with your girl, and relax for a bit. Open a window, to get that brisk New Hampshire air in. A lot of good restaurants around means you don't need to stay in, and the campy environment makes those more willing to be silly relax more. I've stayed in the Champagne room and the Island room. I must say, the irony of being in a clam in the Island room did not escape me, I found it hilariously awful. Come here for a weekend trip. You'll enjoy it, so much to see in the area. Be sure to visit Zeb's and if it's in season, take a train ride. read more
