She had been in the hospital since Wednesday, September 2, 2026. While waiting in my mom's room, I heard a woman asking for someone to come. She had been calling for maybe 5 minutes. Then she got louder and called for someone to help her and still no one came to check on her, so I went to the door and looked down the hallway, no one was around. I was trying not to leave my mom's room because she was in the bathroom so I was trying to stay nearby in case she needed help, so I yelled out can someone come help this woman, no one came. I asked my mom if she was okay, and she said yes, so I walked down the hallway and looked around the corner where there were two nurses at the desk. I said that the woman kept calling for help and they said that they were aware. This angered me, because 3 years ago my husband died in a nursing home where he was there for a short respite. The day that we went to pick him up they said that he died. I don't know why or how many times that this woman was calling for help but for them to ignore her like that is uncalled for. The day before this happened there was a nurse's protest for better wages and more nurses. I agree that nurse's should be paid more and that there should be more of them in the hospitals, but for the two nurse's that were there they should have checked on that woman and taken care of her needs.

I've been to a midwest express clinic near my home before but this time i decided to go right after…read morework and this was the nearest one. i'm so glad i made that decision! i walked in, the place was clean and the receptionist was very kind! i was called in with the nurse pretty quickly and that process was very fast but not rushed! the best part was the doctor! she was very thorough with everything and asked many questions and made me feel like she was truly providing me with the best solution possible for my problem. i have ocd and a very anxious person but the doctor made me feel very informed and calm and i left the office fully confident in what she prescribed me. ill definitely choose this location over the one by my home as this experience was one i hope to have with any care provider!

The utter stupidity, attitude of "I'll get my work done with you after I'm done shopping, laughing, planning baby shower, walking around getting nothing done, ..." is OUTRAGEOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL. You are either WORKING or on a LUNCH BREAK. I have witnessed many changes; upgrades and improvements to the facility as well as the hiring of more highly qualified specialists. Slowly and carefully dealing with the recent passing of my birth mother, my care team has advised and ordered many tests. Most of us are aware that roots run deep. My mom suffered with heart issues and one of those issues caused her death. I arrived early for my bloodwork and EKG. I have two follow up appointments next week and will keep you posted. Everyone is always so nice and professional. They take really good care in making me comfortable knowing my fear of needles. There is one thing that recently disappointed me. That is finding out that my primary care physician is retiring at the end of this month. Something I was not aware of. The receptionist kept stating that a letter was supposed to be mailed out. I'm happy I will get to see her next week, say goodbye and wish her well.

Ended up in the ER with a severe infection due to the negligence and bad medical advice given by a…read morestaff member here. Came in for a very routine infection - should have been given a broad spectrum antibiotic with potential change after culture came back. Was sent on my way with a prescription for an antibiotic but wasn't given any "red flag symptoms" to watch out for with an active infection. Got the results from my culture back the next day that showed my infection was not going to respond to the antibiotic I was prescribed. Not a problem, but it was several hours before I heard anything from the clinic, and I had to call first. By the time I got a call back I was already in the ER with nonstop vomiting. The staff member from this clinic who originally saw me dismissed my vomiting as "viral" and not related to my infection. Turns out it was absolutely related. My blood pressure had skyrocketed and the infection was extremely advanced. Staff at this clinic are kind but do not know what they are talking about and miss clear warning signs. Could have avoided the ER if better attention had been paid, if test results were followed up with in a timely manner, and if better advice had been given. As a future healthcare professional myself, I do not recommend going here.
