Recently I needed some very intricate faux painting blended due to a water leak.Don himself was able to match it perfectly in less than an hour. He didn't even want to charge me since he was able to blend it quickly. Don has had most of the same staff for years,and better yet they all speak English and are insured. Don might not be the cheapest but knowing his guys will be very careful and be around in years to come is critical to me.

I was given some information & guidance about reaching out to my HOA, which I had not thought of so that was helpful. They gave me options for the repair and all I had to do was choose the time frame. The overall the experience was convenient as they sent me an invoice. I was able to pay a portion of the bill until after they completed the replacement. They arrived promptly, actually early, on the agreed upon date and the beam was exchanged within 2 hours. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others.
