Additionally, in some cases, they will also let me know if they are running low on an item that I may be needing more than one of since the current inventory is limited to what's out on the shelf. This was the case with some fly traps I came in for on my most recent visit. (I guess flies are a problem in the general area at present). Prices are competitive and I can often find multiple choices at different price points. The only thing in recent memory that I couldn't find there was an Adventure Pass for parking along the forest's roadsides or trailheads - but several of the other local businesses that used to carry them also no longer do, as well. Don't neglect visiting here first if in need of a certain piece of hardware. The store is not as big as the major chains by any means, but there's a good chance you'll find what you need without going down the mountain. That's a good thing to be aware of - especially when dealing with an emergency repair!

It was during a snowstorm, and a power outage, and I was desperate for assistance. After speaking with Robert, with Blue Van Restoration, he assured me that he would be at my home at 6 o'clock, and at 6 o'clock, he arrived! For the next three days, he helped clean up the water that continued to run through my home, and he continued to come back every day, until my house was dry, and everything could be put back together. In January 2023, the same thing happened, after extensive rains. Robert arrived at my house within 20 minutes, assisted me with getting the water under control, as much as possible, and came back the following day to make sure that everything was going well. He has continued to follow up with calls and texts, to make sure my house is now in the process of drying out. There is nobody kinder, more professional, more reliable, than Robert with Blue Van Restoration. I cannot recommend him enough. He is an amazing human being, a talented professional, and has twice now saved my house from water damage. I will forever be grateful to Robert. This leaves an opening for water to leak in and damage my downstairs cieling. I mentioned it to them and sent pictures. The only response was we will discuss with the installer. I have heard nothing and fixed it myself. I don't plan to use them for my planned windows replacement. I was surprised at the poor response.
