Visiting town for a week and craved Greek. Took a chance on this one from Yelp reviews and it was fabulous! Clean and friendly! Our server Danny was great. I have been going to Aegean for forever. The manager is so nice and the food is just simply amazing. I would strongly suggest getting their chicken souvlaki. Also their appetizers are amazing. This has been the go-to place for my lunch bunch for years and the food has always been good. As of late, I have noticed a decline, not only in food quality, but in customer service as well. Today I went there for lunch and ordered the Greek salad. When it was served I was horrified to find a baby roach in the lettuce. I sent my salad back and received a new (hopefully) one. I expected at least an apology and perhaps even a discounted bill for the extra protein in my food. Sadly, I received neither. My lunch buddies and I are going to have to find a new go-to place as I will not be returning to Aegean. I don't know what has prompted the downhill spiral but it is not the restaurant it used to be. Never again! Today I ate there during lunch with my 3 1/2 year old. He had to go to the bathroom, so I informed the cashier (we were seated right by her), that we were coming back. I even left my purse (dumb) and my cell phone so people knew that someone was there. We still had our food there as well. We came back to our table to find the owner cleaning our table. She had put our food in to go boxes and was already washing the table. I asked her what she was doing, we were eating there. And she replied nastily, how am I suppose to know, nobody was here. I explained to her that I had told the cashier we went to the bathroom and my purse and cell phone were there. Instead of an apology she had a horrible attitude with me, making a scene in front of a packed restaurant. She then said what do you want me to do get you some more food. Who treats patrons like that????? I was nearly in tears walking out. All I expected was an honest apology. And if she had thought I was gone why would she pack up our food? read more

My husband and I decided to try this place and I won't go back. Maybe Greek food is not for my taste because I thought my pasta was plain and way too buttery. But I guess Greeks are not known for pasta. However the staff was nice our waitress was really pushy to "save room for dessert" and told us like four times. read more

i ordered a chicken gyro wrap and first they got my order wrong so I had to send it back then 15 minutes later it came back with the right meat but there were onions which I did not order. also they forgot French fries so I had to wait 5 more minutes. not very satisfied with this place. read more

Good food. Normally get takeout and am pleased most the time. Make sure to order off the wine list because not long ago I ordered a house merlot and didn't realize until check out they had given me a "special" Greek Merlot at $11.00 a glass (poor serving); nearly the cost of my meal and wasn't even that good. It was upsetting the tattooed "manager" didn't have the authority to make any adjustment and told me to come in the next business day to discuss the matter with the owner. When I spoke with the owner over the phone she said she would make an adjustment or give me a credit if I came in. Owner rudely also told me not to complain again as if she was talking to a child. It's so unfortunate she has poor manners because you never know who you may be talking to. I decided instead to write this review, as the whole issue is based on principle and thought it best to alert the public of this unfair business practice. I have spent a lot of money here and it's a shame. As a result of how poorly this was handled, I will never return to the Aegean again and will be getting Greek food elsewhere.
