I really like this Panera. It's close to my house and centrally located. I normally do drive thru. I ordered a soup that I normally don't order but it's cold today and I'm like why not?! Sitting at home eating chicken and wild rice soup and all of a sudden I feel something odd in my mouth. At first I thought it was a onion skin but this is way harder than that. Looks like they cut open soup from a bag and the plastic fell in. Unlucky me :( I hope my chicken noodle doesn't have any surprises. read more

The Gm at this location basically followed behind me while I was going into the bathroom peeped in my stall and told me to leave because he basically thought I was showering there. I was washing my hands I believe I am allowed to do that. He had no right to invade my privacy. I spent money there every day as a customer and from the outset he had a problem with me. He is rude and unfriendly. Workers at this location don't do their best and the food doesn't come out the same way each time. This store is a horrible representation for the brand. My food was served to me in dirty bowls and it was disgusting. I asked for a remake and a refund and manger handled the situation quickly and gracefully at first but then the remake wasn't being made until my girlfriend checked in with them at the counter after a while of sitting around waiting for the food to pop up in the window and we found out it wasn't even being worked on yet with a pretty slow customer flow in the store. Ordered $32.70 worth of food through the drive-through at 1 PM. The restaurant parking lot and drive through were full. I handed her $100 bill to pay for my $32.70 bill and she refused to take it saying they couldn't cash it. I asked why and she said they don't keep $20 bills in the cash register. I said I didn't bring my cards could she please take it, she still refused. Fortunately I was able to dig up enough change out of my car and purse to pay for it, while the line behind me got longer. Would give it less if I could .. we keep thinking it would get better and it just never does . Never any hot coffee always have to ask for them to refill the creamers . I actually wonder if they make there bagels fresh daily it's like they have been a fridge and places into the bins. Today the everything bagel had little topping and had moisture / dampness on top. When the order arrived, the sandwiches were there, but instead of the two bags of chips, there were two hunks of french bread just torn off and tossed in the top of the bag. When we tried to call Panera to inquire what the hell, we were told by message that we had to call Door Dash. Door Dash didn't throw those two torn off pieces of bread in the bag. Panera did. I decided to go inside to place my order since the drive thru was very busy. Mind you, I always go through the drive thru. My order consisted of 1 small cinnamon crunch latte and a pastry. I'm not kidding when I say it took 25 minutes to get my drink after asking several times. Employee from kitchen comes out to say they're busy and doing the best they can. Then, she says shish as she's walking. I finally got my coffee and as I'm driving I take a sip and it's just black coffee and not the actual drink I paid for. My order was more than $10.00. I went through this drive thru and what a disappointment... This bagel is cut less than 1/4in thick so when toasted it became a rock solid chip. The other half was about twice that thickness and still rock solid. Tried to eat that half out of hunger and desperation and I am dead serious when I say it cut my gums and they started to bleed. Panera is experiencing systemic failures in training and quality control. Expect something to be wrong with your order every time. Check your bag before leaving for rapid pickup. Did you order soup? Probably don't have a spoon. What do you get when you order a salad with extra dressing? That's right, NO dressing! Employees do not have attention to detail and this chain is quickly slipping away.
