Just came back from a much needed family (traveling with a 3mo old) vaca and I had to yelp about our driver. On our way to SFO, I realized that I forgot to pack my milk storage bags and it was quite a distance to turn back. This happens when you're traveling with an infant and it seems like you have a million things to pack...diapers, tons of onsies, several outfits, toys, books, teether, bjorn, stroller, pump, blankets, socks...the list in infinite. I asked the driver if he knew there was a Walgreens close by and if we can make a pit stop. He was so nice to accommodated and waited for me to make a quick dash into the store to get what I needed. Love the quick thinking and great service. Also, I didn't realized they provide car seat for babies. Just one less hassle with carrying a car seat of my own and having to hook and unhook the seat belt! will keep this in mind the next time I travel. read more

I don't typically write reviews but I feel it is time to do so. I have been using Aegis limo and Ray for 5 years now. We met on happen stance on a business trip to San Francisco when my wife and I needed a short ride. We needed three trips that weekend and he was on time and service to perfection each time. Since I haven't used anyone else. I am in San Francisco about 4 times a year with each trip consisting of 3-4 day stays. We use his team with each trip and he has been providing service to many members of our organization on these trips and other trips out thorughout the year. Not one person has ever had anything less than first class service. We use Ray for airport transit and often for evening travel to restaurants, etc. My family flew out alone last year and he came prepared with an SUV and car seats. I found Aegis Limo online after gasping at parking prices at SFO, and I'm so thankful I did! Ray arrived at our home with time to spare, and assisted with bags, ensuring my parents didn't throw out a back the first day of our two-week vacation. His vehicle was immaculate and he arrived sharply dressed. He delivered us safely to the airport, and was super accommodating when we called on short notice for the pickup. He monitored the flight, and was right outside in a jiffy once we picked up our luggage. I would highly recommend Aegis Limo, and plan to use them for future travel due to the reliability, safety, and cost effectiveness of their service. Ray and Aegis limo service are the best. Im not one to write reviews but today's service that I received made me do so. I have been using Ray for the last 4 to 5 years. I travel to San Francisco a few times a year and I will usually text him the morning of my flight. He or one of his drivers are always waiting for me at the specified door when I exit the terminal. His rates are on par or better than a taxi and your always in an upscale car. I am writing this review in one of his cars. I forgot to text him this morning and didn't realize it until I was picking up my bag from baggage claim. I texted him then and he had a car there in 5 minutes. Now that's what I call service! It is with great pleasure to be able to write a most positive review for Aegis Limousine Service. We travel to California often and Aegis is only service I would use! Ray had been consistently, without exception, on time, easily accessible when airline delays occur, polite, attentive and so helpful! When my family arrived in SF from a 13-hour international flight, our clean SUV arrived on time, with the toddler seat already properly installed. I met Ray over 3 years ago when I was interviewing for a job. He gave me a ride from my hotel to the airport. We chatted along the way an he said when you get the job let me know and I will pick you up from the airport. Well I got the job and have been using him ever since.
