Even though this Soma is in an outlet center I found the prices to be comparable to what I pay during a sale at my local full price store. Bras were buy one, get one 1/2 off and my PJs were full price at around $70. I also had a $20 coupon that Soma had electronically stores in their system so I appreciated the extra savings. The employees were helpful and friendly so overall a pleasant experience as far as this type of necessity shopping goes!

While I like Soma's Bras, sizes offered, and generally think the quality is good, they should offer to fix, replace, or refund when one breaks. They aren't cheap! And being that their store was closed for so long due to the pandemic, I wasn't able to come in any sooner than I did to deal with the issue. The manager and one of the two associates were rude and unhelpful. Because of my chest size, I'm limited in where I can shop in-person in our area, or else I'd take my business elsewhere. Being told, "There's nothing I can do." is unacceptable...I work retail and know this is never the case.

Side note, when I went to the manufacturers website (VeDO Toys, Ltd), I saw that the item we paid $81 for in this store was only $69.99 and has free shipping.
