I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this shop was disappointing enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a routine tire installation. When I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that both front rims had been damaged. Prior to the service, my rims were in good condition, and the damage was immediately noticeable afterward. What was even more frustrating than the damage itself was the complete lack of accountability. Rather than thoroughly investigating the issue, acknowledging the possibility of a mistake, or working toward a reasonable resolution, the shop declined to take responsibility. As a customer, I understand that mistakes can happen in any business. What separates a reputable business from a poor one is how it responds when those mistakes occur. In this case, I was left with damaged rims and no meaningful assistance. The experience left me questioning both the quality of workmanship and the level of customer service provided. If you care about your vehicle and expect a business to stand behind its work, I would strongly encourage you to exercise caution before bringing your car here. I came in for an oil change and somehow left with a list of repairs longer than a CVS receipt. Baby, I asked for fresh oil, not a full episode of "Everything Wrong With Your Car." The mechanic looked at my vehicle like it personally offended him. I came in expecting, "Your oil is changed, have a nice day." Instead I got a presentation, a diagnosis, a prophecy, and what felt like a 10-year financial plan. According to them, my car needed so many things fixed that I started wondering if I accidentally drove a shopping cart into the shop. Every five minutes it was: "You also need this." "And this." "Oh, and don't forget this." Sir, at this point just tell me my car needs baptism and an exorcism too. The oil change was the cheapest thing on the estimate. Everything else looked like they were trying to put their kids through college on my debit card. I know cars need maintenance, but if I come in for an oil change and leave feeling like I just applied for a mortgage, something ain't right. One star. The oil got changed, but my blood pressure did too. read more

Shoutout to James -- really professional, took my info and walked me through everything clearly. I stopped by during my lunch break and was in and out in about 30 minutes, which was perfect. What bothered me most was feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was charged without receiving an effective solution. As a customer, it's frustrating to pay for repairs and still have the exact same problem afterward. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and consider obtaining a second opinion before authorizing major repairs. I have a friend that has gone here for years and years for her two cars and after buying a brand new car and dealing with Honda and the headache they cause for the simplest things I decided to give Aero Auto repair a chance. So glad that I did. Customer service is amazing and I have sent everyone i know that needs auto repair to this business. Dan is great and James. I won't call anywhere else for work on my car. By the way, the first service was a broken backlight that I broke myself lol and the second service was an oil change and filter changes on a 2024 Honda. I like this place as this is conveniently located by work. I just call ahead to schedule an oil change and all I have to do is drop it off at the scheduled time and pick up in about an hour or so. The staff is great and friendly and they do have refreshments if you decide to wait for your vehicle while it is being serviced. read more

So when he told me we needed to get a 90K mile service and some other repairs, he wanted me to go to North Park Auto Repair. So glad I did. I brought my car into the shop around 10:00 AM for an oil change and to check for a coolant leak. There were no issues explaining what I needed. James told me the shop was short staffed and that the work would take a couple of hours, which I understood--especially if they needed to let the vehicle cool down before working on it. Around 2:30 PM, James called and confirmed that I was correct about where the coolant leak was coming from. During this call, he attempted to upsell additional maintenance that I was already aware of. I declined respectfully. Around 3:15 PM, James called again asking if I wanted to leave my car until Friday so they could replace the water pump and thermostat, stating the water pump "looked old." I informed him that the water pump had been replaced six months ago and declined the work. He then stated they were finishing up my vehicle and only needed to reassemble it after the pressure test. A few minutes later, I received the following text message verbatim: "Hi Diandra, the technician is finishing up a vehicle then the car will be ready. We will be picking you up by 5 today. Apologies for delay. Reply STOP to unsubscribe." Due to the inconsistency, I called James for clarification and was again told the delay was due to being short staffed. At 4:14 PM, James called and said they were buttoning up my car and were sending a driver to pick me up. While arriving at the shop, I saw my Jeep being pulled out of the bay, which reasonably led me to believe the work was complete. Inside, James reviewed the receipt and collected payment, then left to retrieve the keys. He returned and stated that the mechanic forgot to perform the oil change, explaining they got caught up conducting the pressure test. He then offered a refund only if I wanted to take the keys immediately without the oil change. I declined, as the oil change was the primary reason for my visit. I asked what components had been removed during the pressure test. James struggled to explain and eventually said they only removed the front air intake manifold to locate the leak at the water pump. Based on that explanation, it was difficult to understand why my vehicle had been there for over six hours, or why I had been told multiple times that it was nearly finished much earlier in the day. The repeated delays, inconsistent explanations, attempted upsells, and discovering after payment that a basic service had not been completed caused me to lose confidence in the shop's honesty and organization. My time was not respected, and communication throughout the day was misleading. I will not be returning for service and would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for professionalism, accountability, or clear communication. read more

They were jammed and they gave me a loaner car so the mechanic had some more time to replace my AC unit. It was a very considerant thing to do. Jasmine was great & had a good sense of humor. Both men up front were constantly involved with clients and the specific mechanics, getting parts shipped, calling on warranties, etc. They were moving people in and out efficiently.
