Was on my way to the post office mentally preparing myself to be yelled at for not having enough tape on my package/too much tape/the wrong kind of tape/for it being Saturday/for the sky being blue, etc. I looked to my left while driving down Aero drive and saw this place. There's a older lady with long black hair and she's shorter, her customer service is very unpleasant, I went in one day and they way she treats the workers is very unprofessional it was 2 younger girls that she was being disrespectful to and arcelia and efrphan were never this was to there employees or customers. I want to say this is one of the best experiences i've ever had at any mail place. I needed to send out a computer keyboard to be fixed so I decided to go here since it was close to my work. When I first arrived I was greeted by Darlina who was just awesome. She helped me find a box that would fit my keyboard correctly and she even helped me pack it with bubble wrap and made sure it was secure, since it was an expensive one. After that she helped me find the best shipping method that was the fastest and the least expensive. Darlina gave some really awesome customer service and even went out of her way to help me get everything ready. Even when I call in to see if I have mail they know my name just by telling them my box number.
