I recommend going to this place for shipping needs over the Kinkos in the same shopping center where I waited in a long line. Thank you!

If you're looking for a business mailbox, I caution you against Mail Station!…read more I signed up for a box with them in January 2024. At the time, customer service was great and I was really happy to be a customer. For a long time, I got my mail and had no issues. (Though I did often have package slips but no package) Then, in February of 2026, I got very sick, resulting in a hospital stay and major surgery. Once I got out of the hospital, I realized my payment to Mail Station hadn't come out of my business account. I called multiple times. No answer, so I left a message with my name and number explaining that I had been in the hospital, but I wanted to bring my account current if possible. I wasn't able to even walk at the time, so I couldn't go in. I never got a response. I assumed I'd changed the card on file and that my account was current, as I never heard anything. That was my mistake. In June 2026, I am finally physically functional again. I go in to check my mailbox and notice the mail inside isn't for me. I approach the counter and say, "I think my mailbox has been reassigned." They confirmed it had. I ask "Why, was I delinquent in payment?" The older man and the young woman behind the counter look me up in the system, but said they didn't know why my box was reassigned. I asked where my mail was. They didn't know that either. They asked if I had been out of town for a bit. I explained I was in the hospital getting surgery and hadn't been able to come in. I explained that'd I'd called Mail Station, and even left a detailed message with no response. They said, "Oh. Wow. Well, we don't know." So: - Mail Station closed my account without any attempt to contact me. No calls, no emails. If payment is the reason for the closure, I would've happily taken care of my account if I'd been contacted. As it stands, no one can confirm why my account was closed. - Mail Station reassigned my box without asking for the key back or changing the lock on the mailbox. This gave me access to another business' mail. That's not cool for the other business owner. I wish I remembered their name so I could let them know. - Mail Station lost, threw away, returned, or otherwise misplaced my mail but couldn't tell me anything about it. - Mail Station didn't attempt to in any way resolve the issue and I barely got an apology. They didn't even ask for the key back--I volunteered it as I never want to do business with them again and it's super unethical for me to have access to another business' mail. If you value your mail, which I assume you do since you're looking to rent a box, Mail Station is NOT your best option.

However, the news all came tumbling down on me on a Wednesday afternoon. It was 5:15 and I had no idea where I could find a notary. I briefly considered blaming myself and sinking into a cycle of self-loathing, but decided that perhaps, just this once, it might be better to actually try and fix the situation. I hopped on google and found CD Enterprises was the closest notary available. I called and reached Cheryl, who a kindly woman who simply asked, "Are ya desperate?" I replied I was, and she told me to come over to her nearby home that moment. I drove quickly and found an incredibly friendly, engaging lady who warmly welcomed me into her house. She was quick, efficient and to the point, making me extraordinarily comfortable--and did I mention that she saw me immediately? Oh yeah, Cheryl totally wins at life. If you do go see Cheryl, be sure to ask her about Impressionist paintings. She's a huge fan, and has a pretty extensive collection of Monets and Renoirs--including the one from Amelie (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/e/e2/Dejeuner-canotiers.jpg)! Thanks, Cheryl :)

But before hanging up the phone, she spent a good amount of time with me discussing my particular situation, my documents that needed notarizing, and made sure that I had all of my ducks lined up, and that I was comfortable with the wording on my papers. When I got there, she warmly welcomed me in, and I must say, I had a really nice time swapping stories with her about Woodstock, North Philly, and our families of origin. She was very personable and friendly, yet no nonsense and straightforward with business. I liked her right away, and trusted her professional opinions. Her prices were VERY reasonable, and I plan to do all of my future notary business with her.

The last time we use the services both times we use Justin as our contact person. He is a great technician and he has a reputation for having great customer service. This time I worked with Ken and he was very customer service oriented as well. What I like about this printer is that they have the ability to give you estimates of how much you are , expecting to pay, they give you options when it comes to print style and design, and they are very upfront and honest with you about outcomes of your project. You can do all of this on email with them before you even have to visit the store. When you visit the store, you've already sent your print job to them on email. You just might need to drop by to drop off materials like specialty invitations, which was our project this time. I appreciate that Ken verified and sent proofs of our printing job on email for us to have a look at before we approved the final project version. Overall, Ken is a great printing technician and expert. His patience with our event team was awesome. The rest of the staff is very customer service oriented too. I recommend Copy-It La Mesa, CA!

When I came in a few days ago, they told me they couldn't scan the code, printed the shipping label themselves, and then charged me for it without mentioning there would be a fee beforehand. I don't understand why customers are being charged for a service that is normally free, especially when the issue is that the store's equipment isn't working. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been clearly communicated before printing the label. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
