The concession stand line went quickly and for one popcorn and one fountain drink it was $20. Geesh!! The previews started right on time. The movie theater itself wasn't that clean, popcorn all on the floor and the floor was sticky. Kinda gave me the ick but over all had a good time watching the movie.

Rather than assisting us, he simply pointed a finger toward concessions and directed us there to redeem our movie passes. The concessions area was not much better. The first thing you notice is the overwhelming smell of burnt popcorn, and the counters were covered in liquid from spilled or splashed drinks. The only bright spot of the entire experience was the young lady working behind the concession counter, who was polite and kind. We ordered two large drinks and a large popcorn, only to be told they couldn't sell large drinks because they had no lids. Instead, we were offered (and charged for) large ICEE cups. When it came time to pay and redeem our movie ticket vouchers, the employee repeatedly tried to process them without success before finally calling a manager. The manager slowly walked over, then slowly walked back to the ticket counter to retrieve replacement tickets. She eventually returned while we continued waiting, now approximately eight minutes late for our movie. We then had to wait even longer for the employee to finish washing her hands before she could scan the tickets. Once we finally made it to the drink machines, one of them wasn't working. Then we discovered the butter dispenser wasn't working either. My husband, who is handicapped, had to walk to the opposite side of the counter just to get butter for our popcorn. By this point, we were roughly 15 minutes late for the movie we had paid to see. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. When we entered the theater, the trash cans were overflowing and the floors were covered with popcorn and other garbage. We finally reached our seats only to discover that the theater did not have reclining seats. My husband struggled to get comfortable for the first half of the movie. To make matters worse, the auditorium was so warm that we were sweating. I actually had to leave the movie and track down the employee at the ticket counter--the only staff member I could find--to ask if someone could please turn on the air conditioning. This theater appears to be poorly managed, understaffed, and lacking even the most basic attention to cleanliness and customer service. From the dirty concessions area, malfunctioning equipment, and overflowing trash to the lack of urgency from management and uncomfortable theater conditions, nearly every aspect of our visit was frustrating. I will never return to this theater, and after this experience, it's easy to understand why so many movie theaters are struggling to keep customers coming back.

My husband and I love a dinner-and-a-movie date night, so having everything in one place is perfect for us. The reclining chairs are super comfortable, especially once you've eaten and can just settle back and relax during the movie. The menu is pretty basic, but that's expected for a movie theater, and it still has some solid options. Some of my favorites are the coconut shrimp and the hot honey pizza. Overall, this is my go-to spot for seeing a movie. Always an easy, enjoyable experience, and I'll definitely be back again soon.

Service was OK. The young lady was soft spoken which means she's spoke very lightly couldn't hear her and I knew she spoke lightly because everybody she went to kept telling her they could not hear her. I don't know what type of training is going on in Customer Service nowadays, but it just seems to get worse and worse by the minute I see now I gotta find a new location to watch a movie because although Edinburgh used to set the standard for cinema Café in his now since fallen along the wayside.

I've gotten the gyro but it leaks juice all over me as I'm eating and it's super annoying. I've gotten other salads and they just seem super salty and I usually love salty but even that was too much. I've got the coconut shrimp and while I thought those tasted great there were only like 7 small shrimps and I was still very hungry for the price. Pizzas are super hot and greasy. Hawaiian is my favorite if I have to choose. Idk if you can tell but I go to cinema cafe a lot. It would be nice to have a healthier option back like the Julius Caesar salad (with option to make it into a wrap like old times). This time I just ate before I went and got the fried dill pickle spears with a bull rock cider because they were out of my favorite blue moon. The spears should be cut thinner. Giving this place four out of five stars because the service was good and the chairs are comfortable so we keep coming back but please take some of the things that I said about the food and improve.

We normally order tickets online so when we get there, we can just scan the barcode or enter the confirmation number and grab them. The process is always very quick and easy. We've claimed the last row as "our seats" since we enjoy sitting in the back, and thankfully, the views of the movie are still great. As we looked over the menu waiting for the movie to start, we decided on the Mission Impossible Deluxe Nachos and The Fifth Element Supreme Pizza. Our food was served fairly quickly but unfortunately, the nachos lacked cheese and they only added a few, small dollops of chili. The pizza was pretty good though. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our movie night at Cinema Cafe. As many times as we go, we're probably going to try everything on the menu lol! We'll definitely be back.

My most recent visit was for the opening of Mission Impossible. It was impromptu, so tickets were not purchased in advance. Service was friendly up front and you chose your seats. After ticketing you can move to their bar and preorder your food and drinks to be brought to you. Or if running early hang out and have a drink. My visit was early afternoon and it was slow. The staff at the bar sad hello as I passed. From my perspective they reopened and did nothing with regards to needed renovations. Nothing major, but paint is peeling off doors etc. Also upon entering the theater it had a heavy musty smell. My server popped in and was great! Drink and popcorn ordered and came back in record speed. You pay upfront and no add service is provided. However you are always welcome to get yourself. The medium drink will get you through a movie. The small popcorn is likely a good share, but may need the medium. The seats were comfortable, just not the higher upgraded recliners that can be found in the area. Upon exiting I found the Men's room clean with proper supplies. Great flick and absolutely recommend, just not so sure the movie house. The service a 5, the concessions a 4. But the house itself falls short of my expectations for a full price theater 2. The location a 4. Seems a 3.5 fits and rounding down.

I ordered nachos with added chicken, cilantro, and sour cream, but received none of those items. There was toilet paper all over the floors, a strong smell of urine, several stalls had no toilet paper, and some toilets were overflowing with toilet paper that hadn't been flushed. It was clear the restrooms had not been maintained or cleaned properly. Between the poor service, incomplete food order, and unsanitary bathroom conditions, this was extremely disappointing. I expect much better from a movie theater experience and hope improvements are made.
