The customer service was awful and their selection was small. Whoever was working the day I attended was of no help. His first question to us was "what's your budget?" My family felt offended. His body language & the way he treated us insinuated that he thought we couldn't afford it and that we are wasting his time. Your first question should never be of that when speaking to a customer. How about "what are you looking for? What are you needs for a vacuum". As a salesperson myself, I never ask my potential clients "what's your budget" right off the bat. We ignored his question & simply told him we wanted to see what Electrolux vacuums they carried. He then asked again, "what's your budget". He then told us to hold on so he could continue helping a customer on the phone. We were waiting and eventually decided to just take our business elsewhere. As we walked to the car, the salesman ran after us saying "i had to hang up this phone call to do this. Our prices range from $2,000-$3,000". First off, telling us you had to hang up your phone call with someone else, is not of my concern. Second, he could have told us from the beginning the prices, instead of making us wait and questioning what our budget was...he could have utilized that small time frame to tell us and get back to whoever he was speaking to on the phone. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere and purchased a Miele Canister Vacuum from Mr.Vac & Mr. Sew online. They have a wide range of high end quality vacuums! Would have loved to give this business my money to support, but was not a fan of the way i was treated or the lousy customer service. read more

I am delighted with my purchase of 2 Aerus Beyond Guardian Air (Nasa Technology- best on the planet.) I had a mold remediation project at my house for a bad roof leak and horrible mold-mildew smell that did not seem to want to leave immediately after the drywall was replaced and the painting was finished. Only 30 minutes after starting up my 2 new Aerus units, I was nicely delighted with the cleaner air, and it just keeps getting better day over day. It is a major bonus in these times of the COVID 19 as I know all the viruses, bacteria and mold spores are being killed off by the UV-C blue light technology and my kitchen counters and all surfaces are being sanitized by the active pure technology. A true air scrubber experience. I have pets so this is a nice little gift to myself. I sleep like a baby and am no longer congested when I wake in the mornings.!! Marshall went the extra mile to help get these 2 units to my house quickly! (I am a good 1.5 hour drive away from Fresno.) I have done business with them for over 30 years. My mom had a 3500.00 Electrolux. I took it in for service and it was over 600 repair. I asked if they would keep it and they said they would I told them I would pick it up if I needed to and they said it would be fine. I spoke to them a year later same story. I just have not had the money. I offered to pick it up if I needed to. They said no. I went in today and asked about my vacuum. They informed me they keep them 30 days only. The y were very condescending and not interested in any conversation , including and accusational attacking approach . I tried to tell them what I was told and the young lady spoke over me the entire time. I was trying to get her to listen so I would speak louder. She final asked me to leave....... I was fine with leaving and fine with they did not have it.... It was after all my fault. I was not fine with the attacking attitude and condescending conversation. I am sorry I would not do business with them. I am sure no one throws away a $3500 vacuum.. My one year old son was diagnosed 6 months ago with a bone marrow failure disorder. He will be having a bone marrow transplant next month. Because we have only had 6 months to digest this information, new lifestyle, prepare to relocate for the transplant, etc... I have connected with some other moms that have gone through transplant with their children. One especially helpful mom told me that I need to get air purifiers for our home and for the transitional housing that we will be in after we are released from the hospital. She said this is the single most important thing that we can do to prevent infections for our son whose immune system will be extremely weak. Because we had such little time, I just asked her which one she chose (knowing that she had done extensive research). She said... you need the Guardian Air. Period. Just get it. So, I called Aerus Electrolux and told them the situation and that I just needed to order the purifiers ASAP. Jennifer was the employee that I spoke with. She immediately too interest and told me to hold tight... that she would call me right back with all the information I needed. It was so unexpected to find a stranger so caring and willing to help. She pulled everything together and made all the right contacts. She set our units aside and spoke with her boss about doing everything they could to make this purchase easy for us. They were amazing, helpful, caring, and VERY genuine. In this whirlwind of an experience, I've encountered so many people who make things more difficult for me. I was so surprised to find such wonderful people in such an unexpected place. I will never forget the help that they gave us and how they truly cared about our family. Many many thanks! read more

Beware! Beware!!! These people are crooks! They will wait 3 weeks before they give you an estimate on your repair or maintenance and say it's ready when you didn't even authorize the repair at the quoted price because they never call to quote you in the first place. Then they will steal your vacuum the moment your vacuum has been in their shop for repairs for 30 days. They will sell it to someone else. It doesn't matter if you call and tell them you are out of town for therapy because you had a stroke. This is what they did to me. How any business could choose to do this to someone who's had a stroke is beyond me. Karma always comes back around. Do not take your business to these people. The best customer service experience I have had in a LONG time. I went in to the Electrolux store, dropped off my old Hoover vacuum cleaner, they delivered it right back to me. I didn't have to go back and pick it up! It was awesome. AND, after my service, my machine was so clean I didn't even recognize it. I have, an will always be, a customer of theirs and I recommend them to anyone looking for true service. read more
