Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable. I have already reported this case to: My credit card company The Better Business Bureau The appropriate authorities here in California These two companies are working together to scam people. It's been my scent entre nous for at least a decade. No sneezing! This shop in Flatiron is so convenient and I can get my personal bottles in my rotation of the glorious Santal 33 scent refilled every time at 20% discount. Le Labo is pricey, however you definitely get what you pay for. Worth every scent. I also order their long lasting gorgeous fragrant candles online. Thank you so much!
