All about the money... total waste of time. Purchased a 6 pack laser removal. Saw no difference after the first 4 sessions. Have seen maybe 30% reduction total despite being a "prime candidate" - light skin dark hair and this is probably because I kept telling the person (every time i went) that i saw no progress and had her go over areas several times. Service, fees, and policies in general are unclear and to their advantage only. Seem totally uninterested in customer experience and satisfaction because they are able to keep bringing in new client via groupon. Save your money go somewhere else. read more

Horrible experience! I reached out to Dr Greenberg about a fraxel procedure. First off, Dr Greenberg doesn't do the fraxel procedure, an esthetician named Liz of Holistic Aesthetics who graduated from the Brittany Beauty Academy in March 2019 does lol. They did not mention that on the phone. Greenberg wasn't even in the building. Greenberg uses his machine, his name and his nice office and Liz from there Beauty Academy does the Fraxel procedure, and she's not very good at it. The fraxel machine Greenberg has is the 1927/1550 dual. Liz tells me she's going to set it for fine lines and do the procedure at the 1927 setting, actually the 1927 setting is for pigment and the 1550 setting is for lines or scars. So right off the bat I know she doesn't know how to operate the machine. Now weeks out from having it done I have major hyperpigmentation and my skin looks so much worse then before. All she did was apply a massive amount of heat under the skin that caused damage. I got a slight crust that came off after 2 days and now almost 2 months out my face is still red from all the massive heat she put into my face because she doesn't know the proper settings. An ablative full-field CO2 laser would leave someone red for this long not fraxel when done correctly. I'm now being treated by my dermatologist who was astounded by the amount of redness and hyperpigmentation i have. I've had the procedure done several times in the past, but this was my first and last time with Liz. My skin looks rougher and worse since allowing her to do this procedure. All sun spots still here, some ever darker now. Hyperpigmentation all over! Texture worse, and red....I'm not talking rosary pink cheeks. I would not go again, even if it was free. Don't be lured in by Specials, and given a false sense of skill based off friends writing reviews. Horrible experience! It's unfair practices, Greenberg using his name as a Plastic Surgeon while having someone from there Beauty Academy preform the procedure. Actually based on state law and code of ethics, Laser use must be performed under the "direction and supervision" of licensed physicians. An aesthetician can fire a laser only for the purpose of hair removal. If you'd had issues like I've had, consider contacting an attorney. read more

I will never go here again. I have only been going here because of the reasonable price. However, they are not even worth it! I have seen no results. The staff is extremely unfriendly, and you can feel an unwelcome atmosphere as soon as you walk in. It is also never busy, so I cannot see how they are still in business or doing well at all. My second time here didn't get a chance to check in last time found this medical center on Groupon. Pretty good deal but I'm sure everyone knows that's getting any type of cosmetic medical treatment can be pricey. So I look I for the god deals. I'm happy I found this to deal it's really not easy finding a place with good deal that also does good work. When first came a 6 weeks ago I liked that the area is quite you can get things done with people being in your business. The office is well kept and nice. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly. The tech does a great job. They work with here, they have a variety oc facial treatments. Looking forward to my next appointment to have more results on my face. I would definitely recommend this treatment office. You'll also have a chance to get a consultation I believe at no cost. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. They burned me horribly (luckily I don't have scars) and they didn't apologize or do anything to make up for burning me. If I knew how to post pictures of the burns... I would. DON'T GO TO AESTHETIC MEDICAL NETWORK!!! The customer service here is horrible. Alex the manager tries her best to rip you of. Their policies are very shady. The aestheticians purposely lower the setting at the end of your treatment package so that you are forced to buy additional treatments. When you tell them that you don't feel the laser as strong, they say it's a different or new machine. The charge you a missed appointment fee of $25 even if you call hour in advance of your appointment to cancel due to an emergency. After 2 complete packages of 6 treatments each with only minor results I finally looked for a different place. On Groupon I found Bare NY in Floral Park who had similar prices and saw major results after just one treatment and the aesthetician at Bare NY worked with me to customize my treatment plan so I saw the best results and their customer service is phenomenal! I purchased a series of 6 laser treatments for both my bikini and underarms, and 4 treatments in, I have seen NO discernible difference. After complaining to the front desk person, instead of offering to either provide me with free or discounted additional sessions, or refund me some of the money I had already paid, or at the very least acknowledge what I was saying, she instead argued with me that results will only be visible after the full 6 treatments were completed. I've had my lower legs lasered at Laser Touch Aesthetic in Garden City, and based on my experience there, I knew that was a lie, since my results at Laser Touch were greatly visible with the very first treatment. Another creepy thing that I came across is that on 2 separate occasions while I was getting my bikini area lasered, there was someone on the other side of the room also getting a laser treatment. Even though the room was divided by a hospital room type curtain, I truly did not feel comfortable with that set-up, since most other experiences I've had getting lasered were done in completely private rooms. Ultimately, I decided to not even bother finishing up the remaining treatments since it was really just a waste of time since you have a waiting period between treatments. I decided instead to get my underarms and bikini done at Laser Touch Aesthetic. Don't waste your time or money at this place. They don't even deserve 1 star. read more
