I've waited one year after surgery to post my review. I had the worst experience with this clinic. Please be aware that this doctor is not a plastic surgeon. He does hair but his advertising on social media misleads ( uses other doctors' results) and reels in naive patients such as myself who are looking for body and face improvement. I got breast augmentation and Tummy Tuck. I've always had a petite and beautiful body but after having children, I needed the skin around my C section area removed and also to tighten the skin around my belly button. His wife, Angelique, who is very good with reeling in patients, convinced me to have full TT with " muscle repair". I guess it's because she wanted to charge more money. My muscles now look bulged. She said " if you want your belly button like before, you need full tummy tuck with Dr. Do" she then went on to suggest fat transfer to my face and facelift which thankfully I didn't do. Please see my before and many months after photos. No matter how much I exercise, my stomach doesn't shrink. Immediately after surgery, I noticed my belly button area looked strange looking. When I asked him about it, he said "that's because you are sitting down". But since I'd seen many successful TT results from other doctors, I never believed him. Since then, I've consulted with a few "plastic"surgeons who believe my TT revision will be too risky because according to my operative report, Dr. Do "floated" my belly button and cut the blood flow to it instead of attaching it and my belly button may actually die. He also botched my right breast. Now I have one breast higher than the other and looking deformed as well. Also, they neglected to prescribe and order my pain meds on time and I went through EXCRUCIATING pain till finally my caregiver managed to get those. I had the worst experience being sedated with lidocaine. When I woke up from anesthesia, my teeth were uncontrollably chattering with loud noises for about 10 minutes Dr. Do didn't even bother to look at what was happening to me in the operating room. I thought I was going to die on that operating table without my family being there. I sent him my text dialogue with his nurse regarding being in pain and not having access to meds and her bad attitude toward me right after surgery. He never apologized or even responded. Also when he realized he had messed up, he only offered $1000 and in return he expected me to sign release papers that my attorney thought would put me in more trouble even if I promise not to do anything against him and there was no guarantee of payment in the document. At the end I feel it is my duty to warn all women the advice I received from the plastic surgeons I recently consulted with: "get your plastic surgeries done by a board certified plastic surgeon not a cosmetic surgeon who does hair". I wasn't going to write a review but I decided I should let people know about my experience. One month after my surgery this clinic redeemed my free 50 units of botox I received from Allē and they said it was an "accident". I work in the field and I know there's no such thing as an accident when it comes down to searching a patient on the Allē portal to redeem anything. It takes 4-5 minutes to do a client search, view account, redeem, etc. I called Allergan right away and the clinic told the rep that I was receiving treatment, mind you they're in HOUSTON and I live in COLORADO. The main reason of my 1 star though it is due to the fact that I developed a capsular contracture almost 5 months post op they told me to wait and see if it got better with meds but we would have to wait 6-8 months to to do something about it, so basically a year. I kept bugging them to let them know it wasn't getting better and they took months before getting back to me. Fast forward to a year they wanted to charge almost $8000 to fix one implant. Hey my name is sarah Im 27 I have had many surgeries all around the world!, This is by far my worst one. I went through so much crap with this office, They messed up my medications and claimed my pharmacist is an idiot because I won't take the medications they said to take when my pharmacist said that If I mix both I could end up not breathing!!!!!!. No follow ups on any results of my ultra sound! I had to call in every time had hard time getting my money back for half of my procedure, that I decided not to do thank god!! Omg I would have died!! Most important part they left my freaking boob bleeding for days telling me I'm fine. I even did a visit at the office and they did not look under the tape!! Just like on the phone you are fine it's normal no of course it's not normal! 5 days later after I made sure the gauze stopped the bleeding all by myself!!! When I was doing my daily showers day 5 the dry blood washes off I noticed no stitches :) .... letting you know that the night after my procedure there was so much blood I could have donated it, that's how much just from that boob in the picture! For 3 days straight!!! the other was just dots and dots is normal to me based off all surgeries iv done. I never had so much blood leave my body, they messed with me bad!!, After they said I was fine, drove back to Austin thinking I'm ok, not until I found out I actually never had stitches there, because post surgery I took my bra off looking into the mirror, under that bra is gauze then tape, and I was bleeding like crazy under the tape from that one boob sooo??? I know I was not stitched for sure. I had to drive back to Houston after I was told again and again I'm fine when I know I was not fine because I told them I'm not fine, but I kept lying to myself because they are doctors and this is my first boob job!!! This was so stressful for me. I had to drive back and forth to fix my problem that was not even fixed!!!! just because I told them hey I need stitches ASAP I had to Argue with them for them to say yes.????They said they would stitch me up, and they know I don't live in Houston! I found Dr. Do, his assistant, nurse Angelique and the rest of his team to be personable, kind and pleasant on every occasion that I visited ASI. The surgery itself however, left me with results that are overly disappointing and leaving me with no choice but to have to do it again (with a different surgeon this time). I understand completely that the healing process takes time and that you can't judge the work that was done until the time has passed (due to swelling, bruising, etc.). But I can't tell that anything was done during the tummy tuck procedure that I underwent, other than the incision, swelling and being sore. I mean, my stomach has the EXACT same amount of bothersome/excess skin as it did prior to surgery. I don't know if my procedure was rushed since we started 5 &1/2 hours later than anticipated, or if this is just the type of work that you can expect to have done at this establishment at any given time. Ok so this review may be about five years in the making but I can honestly say my experience with Dr Do and his staff have been nothing but the best. I first came to Dr Do back in 2015 for a mommy makeover. I had lipo, tummy tuck and a breast lift. From the moment I consulted with him I knew I was in the hands of someone who truly cared about me and achieving my best results. Dr Do did beautiful work and I could not be more pleased with my results. A few years had past and I gained and lost weight. I got into working out religiously and running daily. On the account of this my body changed. I lost quite a bit of weight and it left my boobs in less than desirable shape. We are currently in quarantine so only virtual consultations are available of course. My issue is that after sending in my pictures and inquiring about breast implants "Angelique" calls me and says that I would also need a lift as well. The only problem? SHE IS NOT A DOCTOR. She literally told me I would absolutely need a lift when I've seen other doctors perform an augmentation without a lift.
