I arrived for my stem cell facial and was directed to the 2nd floor. I saw that only the first room inside the treatment area was occupied and waited. As soon as the previous client left, I was called in within seconds and ushered to the same treatment room that was just occupied. The covers on the bed could not have been changed that fast. The gown I was told to change was wet around the neck so I asked for another (should have probably left at this point realizing they were re-using the same gown) To start the facial, the girl applied cotton pads to my eyes that she put lavender oil on! and my eye started burning immediately. Then she proceeded to steam and clean my face, but never applied an astringent or current wand after to close the pores. During the "relaxing" mask time, the girl proceeded to wash the cloths in the sink behind my head, not allowing me to relax and enjoy the down time. For the cost of the facial and the reputation of the facility, I am shocked that this was the service I received. Will certainly not go back there again! read more

Maritza calms the soul and did an amazing job on my cuticles, which was of utmost importance to me. I highly recommend getting your nails done at Frasada. The 20 minute trip there is so worth it. Frasada is my go-to day spa. But between coming home from a week-long business trip and birthday two weeks later, I went three weeks in a row. First, a Swedish massage by Barbara which was fabulous. The following week an aroma mani and pedi by Maritza, which was fantastic -- and my mani was still intact and looking fantastic a full week later. Frasada has all the covid saftey measures. temp taking, just few clients socially distant, plexiglass, disinfecting everywhere, UV lights at night, hand washing and masks. They do it all! Plus very long lasting manicures, great hair color & cuts and I love the yummy scalp treatments. read more

Went here to get my makeup done for my sweet 16 and then I wound up in the hospital for almost an entire week with a severe skin infection. Never called because I didnt want to deal with the hassle, but the makeup was dirty, the brushes were not cleaned, and I paid the price with permanent scarring to my face!! read more

All the employees were very nice. That being said , the place was dirty and in need of a makeover, especially the downstairs area. The hair cutter that did my hair had brushes that looked like they had not been cleaned EVER! They were full of hair and they were actually gross. Love Frasada. I go there for my waxings, facials, and massages. It's expensive, but the experience is worth it. I willingly pay the extra money because they listen to my needs and address them. I recently moved from Oceanside to Queens, and still go to Frasada (to see Ella) for my eyebrows. The entire staff is always personable and helpful. Other staff members who have given me a pleasant experience: Jen at the desk, Elsy, and Melissa. The reason for the 4 stars is simply the price, and nothing else. read more
