First of all, when you first walk into this place, it is like walking in to a luxury spa. It's very clean, quiet and chic. The receptionist always greets me kindly like she is already expecting me and asks if I'm here for Brooke every time. Brooke's room is super clean and well kept. Instead nobody mentioned membership until my appointment date. Dishonest and shady.

During my visit, Bertha told me the bumps and acne were actually being caused by waxing/shaving my face at home. This was causing ingrown hairs to form on my face, hence the bumps that would not go away no matter the products I used. She educated me thoroughly about my skin, which I appreciated so much. With just one visit, I understood the cause of my breakouts and what I could do to prevent them. Other estheticians I've went to recommended I come back every 2-3 weeks. But Bertha did such an amazing job with the extractions the first visit, she recommended I wait and see how my skin heals before scheduling again. This made me feel she really cared about my skin and was not just trying to keep me coming back. It was the most thorough extraction process I've had, as she went through each pore.
