Shady! I came here first time on Groupon for Botox. Service was good. 6 months later I made another appointment and this time they didn't take Groupon which was fine. However, while Groupon was sold for $347 they wanted almost $600 instead. Catch is they will discount it if you sign up for $550 annual membership. Then the price goes down to about $450+. If they would have been honest first time when I came here and was told about membership based services, I would probably evaluate it and put it in perspective. Instead nobody mentioned membership until my appointment date. Dishonest and shady. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews. I do like getting my money's worth. I will say the staff was very nice and very friendly and accommodating when my phone was not getting the link for the financing part of it. I think that they should make it very known up front that you have to sign up for their yearly membership before getting decent pricing. I got marionette line and chin fillers. The marinette line filler left me with lumps. The chin filler a complete waste of money.There's absolutely zero noticeable effects. Contouring wirh makeup would probably have worked better. I'm very disappointed! When I called to ask some questions and cancel an appointment for mid face filler, I did't recall making, I let them know that I did not have good results, they said nothing. The place is cute, nice and easy to get to, parking is easy, however I bought 50 units to put in my forehead and after 4 weeks I still have A LOT of movement in my forehead and (forehead) the appearance isn't as smooth as what I've previously experienced when I receive treatments of 50 units. This is the 2nd time I've tried this location and the outcomes both times have been less than I'm used to. Disappointed. Maybe it's possible the Botox may not be the same quality as I've had in the past. read more

THEY BANNED ME FROM THEIR CLINIC AFTER RUINING MY FACE FOR MY WEDDING! Paid $900 for 50 units of Botox and a one year membership. I went in 2 weeks before my wedding and ended up with severe asymmetry, half of my face was drooping. I was devastated because it was at its worst on my wedding day. I can't bare to look at my wedding photos. What was supposed to be the best day of my life was destroyed. I felt far from a beautiful bride. l'm no stranger to Botox, I'm aware of the no laying down or leaning forward after treatment etc. this was just flat out poor placement and uneven units. After 5 days when I started to noticed it settling unevenly, I had contacted them to see what could be done. They encouraged me to wait the full 2 weeks and assured me it would even out. It never did. I kept calling and waiting for them to offer solutions and they never did. This could've easily been solved with a few more units to the affected area. They asked to see and I sent them the photos below. They did not care to fix it unless I was paying full price for another vial of Botox. I was so devastated and upset about my face being ruined for my wedding and them refusing to solve it, that I contacted my bank and filed a dispute as the services were not as expected. The bank investigated my dispute and Face Foward fought the dispute so my bank denied me a refund. But it gets worse... mind you I had paid $500 for a year membership. 6 months go by, I hadn't been in since my terrible visit. The year membership I paid for was going to waste. I decided to try and give them another chance. I thought perhaps a different injector would help me forget about my last experience. I called to make an appointment and when they pulled up my name they put me on hold for 10 minutes. They pick up the phone and tell me I'm permanently BANNED from their clinic because I had filed a dispute with my bank. (Which remember, was denied and I was never refunded anyway) Even though I had 6 months left of my year membership, and had not been in since I paid for it, the least they could've done was refund my membership. They refused. So I ended up paying $900 for the worst Botox I have ever received in my life along with a year membership to a clinic that I am banned from. read more

Morgan is amazing! I was scared of filler, but she was so patient and kind. I've been getting Botox for 15 years, and speaking from experience can say her placement is perfect. This was my first time receiving filler (Juvedurm Ultra XC; lips, nasal folds, and chin crease). I'm 18 days post-injection and a little disappointed with my lips; even after going in for the recommended lip massage, they are still uneven. I've been here twice after becoming a member. Janet was my injector both times. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Janet came up with a plan and explained everything to me. I was not pressured to do anything quickly or to spend money on jacked up services. I am thrilled with my results. The first service was a liquid facelift and no lumps or bruises. Second visit was lower face and lip filler, and there was bruising the following day, but I expected it and two days later everything is looking better. I am impressed by both Janet and Face Forward. I originally put five stars because Janet was so nice. However my previous Xeonmin still hadn't fully worn off from Revenge MD when I got this service in the end of June. I had a retouch done July 7th and let me tell you I still have wrinkles and lots of them. I am 37 and 50 units of generic botox does amazing but the Botox I received at this establishment - 50 units plus a touch up and I am still having tons of wrinkles and they are getting worse quickly. Please do not advertise botox if you are using another product. My guess is this is Dysport which requires a lot more. I would love a refund or a phone call from the owner. How terrible!! Janet is still amazingly kind. Updating- they called me and I said I didn't time to come in as I was leaving on vacation tomorrow for a month. I made time and came in waited 50 minutes for them to say basically to bad sorry your body must metabolize differently. Now I am beyond livid I wasted all that time and the drive when I needed to be packing. They CALLED me to tell me to come in and MaKE it right. Avoid. Bought the Groupon, made the appointment, arrived on time. The NP said she wasn't comfortable giving me Juvederm Ulta because it looks like I have some migration on one side from previous fillers (I've had my lips done multiple time at various places with actual doctors and never once said it was an issue). I asked for a second NP to come in to give a second opinion. The new NP said she would inject me with restylane kysse since it's a softer material. I told her I've already paid $399 for the Juvederm ultra and I know kysee is not as long lasting or firm as ultra. They tried to up sell me with the kysee at $699 but wanted to offer me $25 off for my troubles...feels like they've got a scam going on here to make the money back in house, I know how Groupon works. Wow! Melanie in the Henderson/Las Vegas location is SO RUDE. This person has ZERO customer service skills. I have spent over 4k at this location and in the past was treated well. Melanie was extremely rude arguing with me insisting I purchased a gift card from them when I clearly did not. I paid with a credit card and THEY APPLIED it as a gift card. It isn't my issue they did that, they were paid by my card CASH. They owe me a refund for the balance of what was left over. Melanie kept telling me I bought a gift card, over and over and over again. I have my statement from my card and did not ever purchase a gift card. She kept talking over me and was such a jerk. I I had already called ahead of time and knew exactly what I wanted . She handed me an IPad to fill out some paper work ( no more writing ) that helps with spell check ) . I first came here in 2019 for lip filler with Cheryl, who did an amazing job shaping my lips, and creating the perfect base and shape for my future filler treatments. Matthew, who was extremely personable, took care of my first consult, and wrote detailed notes to make my future experiences completely seamless. Because of him, I was able to walk into the clinic today with the girls knowing exactly what kind of look I go for when it comes to my injectables. Bianka, who helped out with my consult and making my appointments today, was extremely efficient and hospitable. She seems to truly take pride in what she does, and made me feel so valued.
