She does not respond until days later which is so unprofessional. I had to keep on reminding to send me a quote and it took 2 and a half weeks for her to respond with a quote. And the quote she gave me was ridiculous!!! I live in a 2 bed room 2 bathroom apartment 1400 square feet, and she gave me a quote of $370 for 2 maids and 6 hours of work!!! I have never had a quote this high for my apartment, the maximum I have ever gotten quoted for was $150 for 2 maids. And 2 maids usually take no more than 3 hours to clean my whole place. Jen is ripping off her customers and is not responsive at all and has the worst service ever! STAY AWAY!!!!!

She was very kind and professional and patient when explaining to me the details of the service, billing, and scheduling. The deep clean for a 3 story, 5 bed/5.5 bath including linen changes was very reasonable and my house and I had no complaints. The team was able to get everything done and we felt very happy with the work that was done. I live with 4 other people so our house gets quite messy and Jen and her team did such a phenomenal job. Everything about the process from scheduling to the workers leaving was so seamless. The workers were very kind and friendly as well. My roommates and I were very excited about this service and could not speak more highly of it. I could not recommend a better team to work with!

IN THE AGREEMENT THEY SENT, THEY SPECIFICALLY SAY THE CLEANERS STAY UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED....but 3 1/2 hours into the job the cleaners told me they had a half hour left and the owners argued that there is a set time given for the deep cleaning contrary to the agreement they sent. I hired them to do a deep cleaning for my bungalow, one large main room, medium size bedroom and tiny bath and kitchen. I sent a detailed description and indicated it was a level 9 job. But they are never really clear about what a deep cleaning is, other than 'more thorough". THIS is the main problem. One of the company's complaints was that the cleaner had to take things out of my medicine cabinet in order to clean the shelves!! When I asked how do they clean shelves if they don't take things off the shelf they said "well if its a picture frame alright" Huh? On the website they say they will mop vacuum or handwash the floors but the company complained that the cleaners would have had to "move things" in order to clean the floors!! ( a few tv trays and small stand) Either way they never got that far. So be prepared to ask them...What Exactly is a deep cleaning?? So they charged an extra $65 to "deep clean". Fine. They also charged an extra $10 to wash my dishes (wondered why this wouldn't be considered part of regular or deep cleaning but...fine) and an extra $29 to clean out fridge. Fine. Total for regular cleaning one time $119, add the extras it came to $204 (with first time discount) Fine, BUT the cleaner showed up, (absolutely pleasant and good cleaner) and brings a helper she had to hire herself, which meant they sent one cleaner to do a Deep Cleaning on a one bedroom bungalow and gave her 4 hours to do it. After 3 1/2 hours of cleaning I am informed that they only had a half hour left!! - During that time only the bathroom (very small) got thoroughly and beautifully cleaned and only 1/3 of the kitchen, also tiny, got cleaned; stove cleaned, front and inside of fridge BUT excluding the dishes, the floor, the counter tops, shelves, cupboard doors and the fact that nothing else in the bungalow was touched... WHAT?? I was NEVER told that the $204 of deep cleaning included only 4 hours of cleaning. In fact I received an email that day that outlined the job and it specifically said cleaners stay until deep cleaning is Done. For regular cleaning they are given allotted hours. So after arguing with the company they reduced the rate down to $161 saying they had to pay for the cleaners time and they of course gave themselves a profit. It is not my responsibility to pay for the cleaners time or their profit. It is my responsibility to pay for the job rendered. So they wanted me to pay $161 to have my tiny bungalow bathroom and a third of my tiny kitchen cleaned and nothing else done. I broke the rate down to what they charge on their website and what was actually done and it came to $85 worth of service out of the $200 they were going to charge me for deep cleaning my bungalow. Which I am more than happy to pay. Of course I am disputing with the CC company. Buyer Beware!

Both before and after, Ella kept in touch constantly with me and seemingly with the cleaners to make sure everything was going smoothly, to update me on when they would be there, and to inform me of how pricing would work. About 10 minutes before they finished, I received a call from her to give me a final price and she was kind enough to offer a huge discount for the job done. While the pictures don't all show just how big of a disaster the house was, I know full well it was a lot of work. The occupants for the past 3 months consisted of a group of young adults (13-24) combined with a ridiculously furry (sheds on everything) husky. As I'm sure most of you know, this isn't the cleanest age group in terms of household chores. There was plenty of dog fur all over the floors, along the stairwell, on the carpet, and it sort of looked like a food bomb went off in the kitchen. Hair was chopped off and dyed in the restroom. Soap caked onto the sink. Grime from previous owners sat untouched on the blinds in the kitchen. Burnt drippings in the oven. Dust from unuse in the spare bedrooms coated everything. 5 hours later, all of this was remedied. Amazing customer service and attitude from both Ella and the two ladies (sorry, I'm awful with names!). I'm also getting excellent service! The new house was fairly clean but really needed a good kitchen/bathroom cleaning and all the floors mopped/walls cleaned/dusting top to bottom. Two super-friendly women came by to do the work. For a 3 bed/2bath house (including refrigerator and oven cleaning, tub with jets, all floors needing a mopping [no carpeting], plantation-blinds on everyyyyy window, etc..) they breezed through it in a timely manner! The house looks fab! I'm beyond pleased! I can't wait to see the magic that happens in the old house! I'll definitely be arranging a regular bi-weekly in the near future! I'm so excited to have found such a wonderful local business. Sure I can call one of the franchised services (not naming names but they rhyme with "jerry maids" and "jolly maids" lol) but as a self-employed woman I much prefer to give my hard-earned money to a small business owned and run by a woman, staffed by women. While they were always late (up to an hour late), they do a thorough job. The last time they came, someone broke two doors in our dining room buffet server and a scale in the bathroom. They pretended nothing happened and took lots of fruit that I had offered them. I found out and called the owner Carolina the next day. She initially denied it and said she was having dinner and would call me back. I waited one week and no response, so I stopped payment on the check. Finally I got an angry call. I said she never called me back as promised, and I had to find a way to get her attention. Also I was willing to pay her the cleaning fee minus the stop payment cost and the repair cost. And if she had been honest and told me she broke the doors in the first place, I would have worked with her to peacefully resolve this and still maintain a working relationship.
